Lego has been changing the system constantly. But they stated it should take 3-4 months on average for new parts to be listed after their initial release in sets. Figure parts are often available for non-licensed themes. But it's never a guarantee.

And I get that these things happen. But I feel that they should be more up front about wait times. Rare has been the time I've gotten an order in under 3 weeks. It's happened, but it's not normal. And I'm okay with waiting, just give it to me straight. I wait 8 months for LUGBulk. I can wait 2 months or more for PAB. Just tell me that's what's going to happen.

I always accept that it could be 2 months or more before an order arrives when I order from PAB. But my issue is that they state shorter times on their website. If a company promises a timeline to you, then it's fair to expect that timeline to be met. If they can't meet their own deadline then they need to rethink what they promise to their customers. I'm still waiting for my Jan order to arrive. After it finally shipped it apparently got rejected at customs and no one knows why. So I still don't have my Lion Knight pieces. Some of that is out of Lego's hands. But it's still been almost 6 months since my initial order. If they had shipped it by boat it would have been faster
