Both of my Fire Lord's hands have cracked from simple use. May I have that Drop Ship? XP

Clever. I was just messing with my pieces and I got something similar to that, but the pieces you used look like they work better.

Nice. I like the bulky, mechanical look of the legs. How did you attach the feet? This interests me.

Huh, haven't been here in a while... As figures, the Heroes don't look very interesting to me. Too similar. They look like they might have some cool pieces, though. "Fire Lord" (Ozai?) looks like a terrible combo-figure. That's what I thought he was. Until I saw he gets his own box. Please tell me I'm wrong and that is indeed a combo figure. =/

Nice! Love the 'stache, and that magnifying glass sure does make a nice monocle. I've used that trick on some of my creations, as well.

So these meteors fall to Earth, destroying major cities and landmarks, and all anyone cares about is FREE LEGO SETS? REALLY? lol

Except for Toph having full breasts when she's... what, 11? 12? These minifigs are very cool. I too liked a lot of the designs in the movie despite how awful it was overall.

I have this set, and I really like the aesthetic, but man... that weapon arm really is awful. Not as bad a Preston's, but not nearly as good as Bulk's, which actually has some solidness to it. I like the rookies a lot more than Alpha Team. Stringer's helmet is awesome, though.

I think I like the Squid Launchers best. Honest. They were fun but hard to use and the ammo was cute. =P And the launchers themselves looked very outlandish so that was cool too.

I like them the same until you get to the head tails... TLG's wins there.

The mask looks like it's made of really cheap plastic. How does it feel? I wanna get this set, if only to make a revamp. So much potential.

Someone cosplayed as Preston at Comic Con... pretty impressive costume.

I know I would be pretty freaked out if a man-bot walked up and started talking to me in a sweet-and-sultry lady voice. Just sayin'.

I don't have any in hand yet, but from the pictures, Von Nebula and Corroder look the least attractive...

Bulk looks like a cooler figure overall... but I guess it depends on whether you want the white or silver pieces more, because you like to MOC and all... If I were to choose between them, I'd take Bulk for the figure, and Stormer for the pieces...

Just ordered Bulk, Furno, Stormer, Stringer (called Jim instead of Jimi on S@H?), Surge, Breez, Rotor and Meltdown from S@H. Also Kaxium, Skopio, Cendox and the Shadow Snapper, but you guys don't care about those. =P So I'll post pics and reviews and stuff when they get here. Now I really only will want Thunder and maybe Explode... Furno Bike and Drop Ship would be nice too of course, but eh. I'm spending a lot on Lego right now. XP

Looks good, I think this will be the first Hero I pick up. But how is the quality of the silver limbs? Previously, in Fenrakk and the Kal, they've been bad.

It's like that so you can put the Mantax pincers on.

@ Grievous: I like the Hero Factory "story" because it is completely silly, and doesn't try to be serious in the least. It gives fans (mostly the young ones) plenty of room for role playing... whatever. It all fits into the canon, because the missions the Heroes take on are so varied and outrageous.

Surge's limbs are silver. It looks like it might be a slightly different shade than usual, but someone who owns Hero Factory sets would know better, I'm just going by pictures. But Surge's limbs are definitely silver.

The shipping is like twice as much. Plus, S@H has some nice sales on other sets going on, so hoping those are still up when the Hero Factory sets become available.

The white Visorak. Forget how to spell its name. Suukorak or something. Raaawr I can't wait to get these guys. I think I'll order all six heroes when they come on S@H.
