  1. Sorry, I mean my avatar. I'm going to change it from Robotnik to some other Robotnik or something, I don't know yet. I was considering changing it to the Box Ghost from Danny Phantom just for you 61ers, but alas, that never came to fruition. And its good to see that people find Karie attractive. It's not what I was going for, but hey, being sexy's a bonus when it comes to persuading men in RPGs. That and you usually get a smaller hit box.

  3. So your saying Karie's a drag queen? I'll probably wind up changing my avatar in a bit, but for now since I'm away from my bricks it'll have to stay as good old Robotnik.
  4. "Perhaps the East side of the Market Street Bridge would be a beneficiary place to start. Alright, get your stuff together gang, if you guys are done here, we'll head out." She took the map out and looked at it. If the incident in Eubric told her anything, she couldn't read maps. She handed it over to Nessa reluctantly. "Here, it would be best if you took this."
  5. Karie felt a little embarrassed. Her face went slightly red. She turned so Nessa couldn't see the look of humiliation on her face. "Are there any vendors worth visiting? One's you would consider some what suspicious? I think we'll make our way through the market systematically, to ensure we don't skip anyone over."

  7. Karie could tell Nessa was ready to rip her throat out. She looked about the inn, trying to find her party members, and then clutched her fists. Nessa wasn't worth her effort arguing with. In a calm voice she replied to the ranger: "Very well then. If you so wish for us to leave, we shall. You may assist in getting Drake away from the bar, and I will see you outside. We're going to the Market Street." She turned her attention from Nessa to Barty. "My good man, what's the fast way to Market Street?"
  8. Karie was getting impatient with Nessa. "Little miss contradiction over here obviously forgot that she said that tagging Barty along was a bad idea! And Drake, best you got away from that stage, that bard's singing is so bad it's hurting my own talent." The team obviously wasn't aware that a paycheck was on the line, as well as her own reputation.

  10. Thanks! I was hoping the trio would be well received, and it seems people like them. If all goes well, this quest will have a sequel, and if the skeletons are as well received as I think they are, I may consider adding them into that quest as well.
  11. OOC: This could take forever if I constantly have to contact Jeaux, so I'm going to try something. Jeaux responds the party's answer to whoever's down the well. After a few seconds, Jeaux relays its message. "You have two in the right color in the right spot, one in the right color in the wrong spot."
  12. "Let's not rush to conclusions there, good sir knight."She leans in very cautiously. "It's not one of us. But as for someone in the room, yes, the assistant comes to mind, and perhaps the wife. We'll discuss it further outside." She whispers. A traitor in their midst and of course the guy frightened from the start comes to mind. "Whenever you guys are ready, I believe my thirst for knowledge has been quenched. We'll head out when you guys are ready."
  13. "Mr. Dill, we will put a stop to these foul rumors, for there is nothing more important to me than ensuring our job gets done." Besides a pouch full of gold. "A map would be nice, but if you gave us some key locations and the directions to get there, I'm certain one of us will remember them and get us there safely." Karie felt important, as if she could take on the world. If only "Little Miss Killjoy" Nessa wasn't around to crush her under her stupid looking, elvish boots. Despite having respect for rangers, the words that came to mind to describe Nessa were "Spider Whisperer".
  14. OOC: Yes, you must bold your answer to validate it. You investigate the small rose situated by the tree. It's a rather beautiful shade of red. Other than that you find nothing of interest.
  15. Jeaux makes his way towards the well.
  16. Heckz edges towards the well, and peers down. Heckz stares into the abyss, and the abyss stares back. There is nothing down the well. As far as your concerned, this place seems relatively normal...
  17. Heckz detaches from the party and investigates the bush. After rustling about for a few seconds, he finds nothing.
  18. OOC: Give yourself a cookie!
  19. "Well for starters, he's still alive." "Jerry, please. Honestly, I know about as much as you. He's known for his well written plays that some say rival the great William Stirlance." "Stirlance was second rate to begin with." "Are you mad! His work was wonderful!" "Don't mind those two, Jefferson's had enough of balcony scenes. Anyways, if you want a good starter Wigglepike play, to get an idea of his style, I'd read "The Pirates of Eubric", a comedic tale of duty, young love, and of course, pirates." "Uh, we were buried here." The other two laughed. "Most nights we hang around Jerry's place and talk about stuff." "You like my grave? I'm thinking about adding a few roses!" "Bric'beth, what a classic! It's always great to talk to other theater lovers. I hope one day you get the opportunity see it live my friend, it's very stirring. As for the hostile ghosts, Thomas's gravestone was smashed in two." "I'm really gonna miss that tombstone. I was buried underneath it for almost 100 years." "It's the same with the others. I heard Conrad, a good friend of mine, was ripped in half by a group of rowdy ghouls. However, Conrad's a skeleton, so natural he just put himself back together. That still doesn't make it awful! A lot of the residents have kept to their coffins since then. I think we're the only three out and about now." "What about Aldus and Violet?" "Jerry, not... wait, have any of you two seen those two?" The two skeletons shake their heads in denial. "Aldus and Violet are both residents here. They were both buried here about two years ago, and had a chance meeting a few months back. Since then they've fallen madly in love. Where they are now though, I don't know. As for helpful info, here's a good tip, not all the enemies in the cemetery are undead. A whole bunch of other creepy crawlies moved in around the same time the ghosts did." Jerry turns it around for Amma, and points to the Old Well, chuckling at the dwarfs mistake. "It's right here! If that's where you wish to go, you better be prepared. Take it from an actor, you should say what you want in a bold, dynamic voice! Come back when your done, I'll show you the rest of my grave!" EDIT: Sorry, PsyKater, didn't see your edit! THE OLD WELL Near the back of the cemetery, the party finds the old, derelict well. There are only a few tombstone's around the area, as well as a few trees, their leaves rustling in the wind. The strange noise the party has heard so much about is nowhere to be heard.
  20. "We were told by a beggar down at the docks who traded the information for a few coins, a were-raven. Ooooooh crud. You don't suppose that man was in fact an agent? They could already know we're here!" Karie was getting a little panicky. The potential flub on her part could potential destroy their chances of being incognito. "Okay, hold on. He referred to knowing a good friend, which is whom he got the info off of. We have a decent lead actually. Despite having a slim chance of ever finding that raven again, one would assume that if others have been given this information, some would possibly be less tight lipped. If we can find a source and get the info out of them, and ensure he's not lying, we may just find our man. So we have simulated a basic plan. Ask around the market, find a good lead, and than beat the living daylights out of this individual the raven spoke of."
  21. And so do I, herrJJ!
  22. The three skeletons converse with each other in a low mumble. After a few seconds, Thomas Jefferson addresses the heroes. "Yes, around the Old Well, the Unmarked Mausoleum-" "Thomas, I think they know that already." "Oh." "So perhaps you'd like to tell us where you're heading first? We can point you in the right direction!"
  23. Give the girl a break, she's at least getting an A for effort!
  24. Karie thought hard for a retort that would put Nessa to shame. It festered in her brain until she finally came to the inevitable (yet exact opposite of what she was looking for) conclusion. "I knew that."
  25. The three skeletons go into an uproar. "Books?! HA! That's a first! No my good man, we're talking about Bilbert Wigglepike, famous playwright, adventurer and actor! As of right now, our debate is about which one of his plays was the best overall." "It was "Merchant of Eubric"." "Jerry, I know this is your grave, but can you please not try to persuade this young man! If anything we should let him discover Bigglepike for himself." "It's still the best one though."
