A bespectacled woman walks into the hall, her hair as red as blood. She walks up to the quest board and scans the board meticulously. "No, no, this won't do at all. We're missing twenty five percent of the crew I require... these other three missions involving Baltarok seem to have the majority of sign ups by ninety percent, bare minimum." Current Sign Ups for Quest 91: Eric Tryvar, level 19 Shaman Purpearl Berthadhiel, level 3 Shaman Althior Emorith, Level 36 Necromancer She moves some of the hair out of her line of vision as she leans next to the quest board, idly taking in her surroundings. She mumbles calculations to herself.

"I'm a bit curious too, actually. Hold on." She whispered back to Skrall. Taking back her position, she looked at the trio of drugged up junkies. It was somewhat... unnerving. "Might I inquire where you got those weapons? A dealer like myself enjoys the company of fine weapons."

Karie meanders over to Baradock's bottle of mead, picks it up and returns it to him. "Perhaps you should drink it? I doubt these guys are hooked on mead, but this pink stuff. Actually..." Karie reaches into her pouch, pulling out the accursed drug. "Why fight us? We're certified drug dealers! Pixie Dust, you look like the lot who's into Pixie Dust, and lots of it! Here, I'll give this to you if you're interested? First one's free when you buy from me! Little slogan I made up there..."

I think I can cook that up. Thothwick, does your head grow back? We're going to need about five.

*Beginnings sharpening knives while skimming through cook book* Hmm... recipe for Chilled Monkey Brains... one monkey, two cups of vanilla ice cream...

I've got plans to go north as well, actually. Mainly along the coastal regions, so if anyone has plans, please let me in so we can talk about it. It's sort of crucial for my quest, actually.

Eh, I'm not to worried. You'll never see any of the PC's in my quest images, only because I don't have the expansive minifig selection the rest of you seem to own. Although, it bugs me since I'm one for allowing everyone the ability to get every piece, so stuff like the Olympic minifigs and the special one-of-a-kind parts really peeve me. But that's not of your fault, Flipz, do with Arthur what you will, because it matters not to me.

Question directed towards both Zepher and Endgame: You both speak of your "Grand Finales". What will you do afterwards? Bow out? Create new plots?
-
I think so far we've been dealing with the fate of Eubric, or a city or a continent. I'm not to worried as of yet. In terms of arc finales, the thing one should consider is how important is the story to the overall fate of Uland? The follow up to Four's Company will be intense, but not grand. There's a difference there. Creating a group of characters the party cares about and slowly plucking them off is more effective than say, torching a district of Eubric. Not all plots need to end with Eubric under siege. I'd say minimum one attack on the city per QM.

Anyone else a little frustrated with Korra? At least, up until the last four episodes, which were great? I mean, the only thing going for this show was Varrick up until the two parter with Wan and the first Avatar. Where were you plot? Where were you!?! -

I think you said everything I wanted to. I'm glad April's back, she's really one of my favorite characters next to Karai and Splinter. I was worried at first, but it seems this season's already going in the right direction. I'm really liking Casey Jones. He's a loveable jerk, just the way he should be. I was worried about the casting of Josh Peck, but he's really doing a good job. I also forgot to mention the reference to the '90 movie in Invasion of the Squirrellanoids, where I believe Raph makes a remark about him in a trench coat and how ridiculous that would be. If you haven't seen that, go and find it. I found it surprisingly well done! As well, wasn't there some panther guy they showed off at Comic-Con, and didn't they say he was from Japan? I'd assume that's who Shredder's going to see. -
"Well, no, of course not... sort of..." Karie face was turning redder than her hair. "A little..." "Mreoow! <Tempted? You spent three hours in the woods contemplating whether or not you'd pour that stuff on your face! I'mma gonna snuggle you.>" Hershey affectionately rubs her head on Karie's shoulder.
-
"Dunno, really, it's just... still on my person."
-
"Hmm. I suppose so. Still, Dyric was at least civil about the whole thing. Thothwick seemed to have an outright grudge against me." Her current position came to mind in a way. At least she learned to forgive the individual involved, who happened to be her lover. Karie lingers her hands in her pocket, feeling it, clutching it, weighing the bag in her hand. Temptation... "It's in my pocket."
-
"It's gone, alright. Down the drain, flushed into the sewers, it's done! I left that nasty habit behind just before I left Charis. Its cost me enough misery already." "Mreoow, mreoow! <Octavyn, search her! She's got it in her pocket! Look, I'll distract her while you tackle her!>" Hershey begins to swat as Karie's hair. Karie in response takes a smidgen of catnip and stuffs it in her pets mouth. It shuts Hershey up.
-
"Of course. Threw it down the sink once I got home." No you didn't Karie, I'm right here, Silly Billy! Karie looks forward, ignoring her overactive conscious filling in for the voice of Pixie Dust. "Mreoow. <You, Karie, are a horrible liar.>"
-
"You've obviously never had a drug addiction, Octavyn." Karie gave a grim, almost sarcastic smile. She still remembered she had the Pixie Dust in her pouch, untouched, taunting at her.
-
"Yippie." There was a sense of snark to her voice. Surprisingly, Karie was thankful she wasn't wearing her layers of makeup. In this weather it would've probably run. "So, how far to the lighthouse?"
-
Karie doesn't say anything after Octavyn's finished. Tragedy? She wondered what Octavyn's definition of tragedy was compared to hers. A List of Events that could Easily be Considered Tragedies: Karie Alderflask Edition 1. Being seperated from her biological sister 2. Dealing with her adoptive mother 3. Flunking and leaving University 4. Getting addicted to Pixie Dust 5. Cliff's Death and the Club 6. The whole Apprentice ordeal 7. Being turned into a newt 8. Being hexed (twice) by the Oculoids 9. Dealing with Idiot Metasimian and Dyric 10. ??? She hoped there wouldn't be a number ten for a while to come.
-
"No. No, you didn't Octavyn. It's fine. Liar. And if you feel the need to share your personal philosophy with us, I'm all ears." She peered over at Skrall, still wanting to know what Thothwick and Dyric were so keen on not letting her in on.
-
"Well, sure. It was just a suggestion... if anything." Karie's thoughts dragged back to her mental breakdown a few months ago as Octavyn spoke about succumbing to emotions. She felt uneasy just thinking about it. It was all so clear... yet so fuzzy at the same time.
-
"No, he and Dyric were as secretive as a group of alchemists. All I got was some explosives expert out of them. I asked them what happened, and said it didn't concern me." Karie grumbled to herself, crossing her arms. The cold winter wind nipped at her cheeks. She considered putting her hood on, but figured it would slightly distance herself from the other two members.
-
"Hmm. Well, sounds more interesting then what I'm usually up to. Just recently had to deal with a self righteous, witch hating metasimian and his assassin buddy during my latest outing. Not very pleasant, at least near the end." Karie continues to walk with the lumbering ogre, slightly annoyed considering the thought that blasted it's way into her head. "You know Thothwick, don't you?"
