    Wow, fantastic work here! I love how you made the drawbridge, and the tudor sections are awesome! Wonderful work on the castle! I agree with soccerkid6, you would fit right in with Mitgardia!

    Hello All, Here is my entry into the Mini Castle Contest VIII over on classic-castle. Thanks to critiques, i have made it better, and I hope you think so to. I have found a way to get rid of my Brickarms pieces, and have made 2 ballistas instead! I have had immense fun with this creations, and I hope you like it! Enjoy! My second design, without using Brickarms. I was able to make 2 this time, and make it bigger. :D I quite like this one. If you look, I attached a minifig arm to the arrow, it fits nice and snug right in! Hopefully from this picture you can get a gist of how to make it, feel free to use it if you want.     Nice little build! I like the mix of LBG and DBG bricks in the wall! I agree with Gideon, even no flash works, just make sure you have good lighting.

    I really like that cannon! Fantastic design, it looks wonderful! I also love the landscape. I think the mountain behind it could use more snow on it though. Besides that, excellent work!

    Thanks for commenting! Yes, part if what I would change is the rockwork, I would make it snotted, and better. The castle also I think could be improved, with more time. I also would have liked to make more siege weapons. So yeah, if I had more time, I would have improved this.

    Thank you! Yes, the Brickarms was the U-Clips, and also the swords held by the microfig soldiers. The white highlights were part lighting, and part technique. The technique is called loose stud, where you just pour them in.

    I love the idea! I think it is about the same, but still, fantastic idea! I agree though that the green dragon is way better.

    I totally agree with Soccerkid6, I love that design, and the tower is fantastic as well. Can't wait to see the next section!
