  1. Well, the auctions ended: Auction 1 (no instructions, no box) EUR 71.14 (less than I paid) Auction 2 (instructions, rest of stickers, box) EUR 178.77 (more than I paid) Auction 3 (instructions, rest of stickers, box) EUR 262.10 (more than I paid *wacko* ) Auction 4 (instructions) EUR 106.00 (less than I paid) Auction 5 (no instructions but box) EUR 90.77 (less than I paid) Auction 6 (instructions, box, rest of stickers, one MF missing) still open That should give you a rough estimate what you'd have to pay should you want to buy one ;-)
  2. I'm not really a fan of that set but that price really is a bargain, congratulations! *y* If only I could read dutch :'-(
  3. Fair enough, but what do you do when you're out of ranks at 2000 posts? We have members who are way past that and a few who'll be there soon. Posting frequency is quite high and we don't want to maintain, I dunno, 100 different ranks (which?!) just to please members every 100 posts. We want members to stay around longer and high limits are supposed to be an incentive to continue contributing longterm.
  4. You're confusing me with Calvin, his police force has trouble with hooligans :-P
  5. Firstly, don't double post if it isn't really necessary. There's an "Edit" button. Secondly, why is promotion so important? This website is about LEGO fun. The ranks are kind of an award to those who contribute (not spam!) and are supposed to be fun, not a competition. If these promotion questions don't stop soon, we'll just kill the ranks and everybody stays "member". We done now?
  6. What do you mean by "on every page"?
  7. There are/were only remaining stock items available at some S@H sites, but I haven't seen them in stores anymore for quite some time now...
  8. What is it you don't get about it? There have been 3 new fellows lately, before that no one has been admitted for quite some time...
  9. Glad you liked it, but just to clarify, we're not a military state here ;-)
  10. Hello Wout, welcome to this friendly little online community. With your interests you'll have plenty to explore here. Enjoy :-)
  11. Brickbuilt people like you find in the "Minilands" at all the LEGOLAND parks like here.
  12. I went to my TRU today and bought............ a rare "Schilling DKT" (it's like monopoly) for 7,99 Euro *wacko* Guess reason kicked in when I thought about
  13. Coincidental, I wouldn't even know how to scheme ;-)
  14. *cough* *cough* X-D
  15. :-D Carinthia is English for Koro
  16. Yet another Town fan *y* Which Hrastnik are you from, there's quite a few IIRC? I grew up in Carinthia, so you could say we're former neighbors ;-) Welcome to EB, I'm sure you'll enjoy your time here *sweet*
  17. You mean 20 Euro per person? Cos 20 Euro altogether will get you about 15 liters worth of gas in Germany and with a car full of people and luggage you'll get as far as the next street corner with those 15 liters ;-)
  18. But only for the buildings. The landscape clearly is non-LEGO. Funny thing I just noticed: I'm not really impressed by those buildings. It sure was hell of a job to build them and they look very realistic, but to me it's not really LEGO anymore. I was never really into model building like this and lately I find myself more and more drawn to the old-style sets and MOCs in 7777 style, mixed with a bit of new stuff, like this. Sorry for the little OT ;-) And that they reserve themselves the right to compliment you out of there after 2 hours if there's too many visitors...
  19. It's even the Legend re-release... Well, they're not sold yet. Expensive offers like these exist aplenty on ebay. We try to list those auctions here that actually find a buyer for those high prices ;-)
  20. Very creative... Had you said Dollar I would have assumed you lost touch with reality, but since you didn't - how much is a dollor?
  21. Well, I don't want to anticipate since he just registered and maybe wants to tell his view but here's what he told me in an e-mail: So, he will use the sets one day ;-) ... on 35 square meters no less *wacko*
  22. Wise decision *y* A belated welcome to EB :-)
  23. Welcome to EB, Pier! This is a message board, just post away like you already did. And maybe you'd like to introduce yourself at the "Hello, my name is..." forum :-)
