Yes, it's not LEGO, I know. But it fits here quite well I think and shows what Playmobil does right: Playmobil custom figures US Civil War The thread's quite old but I found it on lugnet.at from a member looking for dioramas. There's lots more dioramas in that forum, including Castle, Romans, Western etc.: Subforum "Fotos and Movies" Subforum "Customizing/Buildings" Even if it's not LEGO I think it looks great.

Check page 2 of this thread ;-)

Well, planes that size do exist but this one has the wrong nose IMHO. With a bullier nose it would look better. This sleek nose is better suited for a longer plane...

Yeah, those are for 4032 which was an Airline promo. The airport is a regular set, though. True, it's nothing overly exciting, but it looks good with real Airline stickers and it includes a tarmac ;-)

Because the new sets are supposed to reflect the real life scale better. That's what model builders (i.e. many AFOL and AFOL clubs) wanted because that's the scale they build. I prefer the older scale, too, that's why the new sets won't find their way into my collection that soon (not until they're on sale and I have time to scale them down). PS: 4030 is one of the best cargo ships ever *y*

You know, if the minifig's face would have resembled MJ just slightly I would have bought it... That's a first... X-D -

I guess you'll be busy building all the sets you've bought recently and taking pics for you reviews and sorting your event purchases so you won't have much time for a birthday cake or other birthday stuff ;-) Wish you even more boxes (I know you don't mind ;-)), cakes, a good time with your family & friends, and a great day! *sweet*

EUROBRICKS EVENT 2007 - Picture Review

As Christian said, zip 'em and upload the zip-file. The server recognizes it and unpacks it after uploading. It just takes forever. It'll look like nothing's happening but it works, just be patient... -
Nope, came out in 2004, shortly after 4511 as an addition to the train. With that car also came the locomotive 10157. Both sets come in blay only whereas the train came in old gray (now blay, too).

Pfff, we're already at version 2.1.4 :-P -

It leaves "holes" in the database where your user ID was and links referring to that get broken. You're right, it's nothing "major" and won't crash the board but you as a "Count" leave quite many holes and as one of the admins who has to take care of the database that's nothing I want to see. It seems you'll have to fight your demons. End of discussion.

If you visit twice the annual pass is already worth it just for the entry fee. Sadly these two weren't there. They had the 10027 Train Engine Shed for EUR 74.99, though, and the one morten got was even in old gray. Other than that not really any exciting special offers. There's a "W

Not. A deleted account affects the board and its database, so it's jipay's decision.

That's science, isn't it? ;-) -
I like 'em and own two. They really look good when you use 3 or more in a cargo train if you have the space for a long train. Hight wasn't really a concern for me, they fit well with all waggons I have.

Like last year again it was a great "finale" to a week of traveling for my wife and me :-) Thanks to the Frenchies (;-)) for organizing the event and the extras, to copmike for the Midnight Build and his never ending efforts to get us into the model builders' area, and of course to all those who came and made the weekend a great one. With a group like this you can't but look forward to the next event :'-) PS: Germans and highways... ooooh boy.... :-| .................... >:-) :-P X-D

I was missing pieces in almost all my Technic sets I bought within the last year and a half. And my 8284 Tractor was missing an entire bag, too, one of the bags with all the pins in it at that. With Technic sets that means a lot of pieces. "System" sets never had anything missing. I can second hinckley's answer, I've had to use TLC's Customer Service quite often in the past 18 months... Yep, that's what they do: no confirmation or anything, but suddenly the piece(s) do(es) arrive...

First we need to prove their existence ;-) So far all those new theories about space (and time) are just that: theories, "explained" with known and available mathematics and the help of ever new and weirdly named constants that fill the gaps. To me this sometimes looks like religion worked in the past, just a bit more sophisticated... It still is all kinda exciting...
