i've just finished building toxikita's meltdown in this moment, and i think they took the worst angle possible to photograph that copter. The pic in the box doesn't give at all the real feeling of it. While i bought it initially for the minifigs and to complete the line, i'm indeed sadisfied by the set itself. Another confirmation for me, that this is the best serie of 2014.

i think set 8632 has a lot of similarities with this one: not exactly a redo but it's close i think. -
Too bad about the lists, but thanks for the headup! lego movie sets are some of ours (me and my girlfriend) favorites 2014 sets so i think i got to reconsider buying some galaxy squad sets that i left on the shelves... :)

hi pigbrick, nothing in particular, i just love to watch the different sets in which a designer has worked. I'm looking for something like this: http://brickset.com/sets/list-9388 but for the designers involved in this line. I like to spot differences between different works from the same author. are you one of them?

i've just put my hands over of 4 sets of this line and i'm truly satisfied. The characters are memorable, every sets has a nice selection of pieces and the models are amazing. Do somebody know where i can find some infos about who are the designers of this line? Best 2014 line.

i thought about a small decal instead of modifying the build should suit better... something like this sketch i've made for fun with photoshop...

it uses more or less the pieces left from the other alternate build posted here. i've bought all the five legend beast and put all the part together but it has a couple more pieces taken from other sets so i haven't presented as an "official" alternate build.

ahaahahhahaha!!! So cute! i've seen the movie this monday and your moc really gives the right feel of the action. i think you could add some more tentacles to the mimic by the way, to make it more accurate. love it anyway. both moc and movie. -

@beartrapper: your comments made me laugh a lot. anyway they aren't so complex as they look... :D @Agent fusion: do you mean a transformers combiner? no it's just another legend beasts alternate build... love those minisets. i've done also a bigger version of mad dog that i've posted on another thread, but i'll put all my new mechas here, without spamming with a lot of multiple threads by now on. hope you like them

to be honest i don't remember how many leftovers... i have already made an Hyper Mixel nĀ°2 that i'm going to photograph soon so i don't have the spare parts somewhere to count. not so many by the way. By now i'm planning to rebuilt the legs of the olive one to made them builk as the orange dominator. Thanks for your comments!
