  1. I bought 21128 The Village and have now the set assembled on my desk. Now am I wondering how I could build it together with other Lego Minecraft sets (I already got the Cave, the Dungeon and The End Portal). The idea is to build the village atop of the others to get 2 levels; The Village on the top with underground structure beneath. In the future I can complement with the Mine, which also is a model of the underground in the overworld and a crafting box too. Have you guys seen or build any kind of Minecraft display like this?
  2. I have been making Brickfilms off and on for 7 years now, and I have tried a couple of software and cameras. Right now I have 2 cameras. 1 full-HD DV Camera and one Logitech web camera. The software I use is iStopmotion for recording and iMovie for editing. (Mac OS X) Now when I am looking forward for a couple of weeks free in the summer I want to spend some time making more Brickfilms and I thought about taking it to the next level. I read about this camera http://www.amazon.com/Lego-Stop-Animation-Video-Camera/dp/B002L6IA08 It has some pros and some cons though. It can be placed on studs e.g. on a baseplate and has a macro lens, which I think could be great fun and it is not too expensive. BUT it has no HD resolution... Does someone have experience with this camera and can confirm my thoughts? And do you got ideas for other solutions? I am most interested in a micro lens-solution. If I just had the camera, I could build something with bricks to keep it stable and attached to the baseplate.
  3. So now have I finished building the Bank. Overall a nice set. A lot of details and I finally got 4 corner buildings so I can put them together like a block. :) But, I´ve got 2 building questions. Why is the last step to the second floor so high? I think that I heard somewhere that the second floor was added afterwards? (in the story of the building). And Why can not the Bank manager's office be opened from the inside? I looked in the instructions like 5 times,it says that the door should be opened into the office and the door knob is attached to the outside of the door. Is the secretary suposed to open his door every time? Is it a part of the story or is it a part of the time when the bank was builded, like the typewriter thing?
  4. Looks better. Why haven't Lego thought about that?
