    Thanks for hosting #83 and the feedback Kintobor! l had fun solving mysteries and fighting at the same time. The plot was great and looks like there will be a continuation to this story arc! I am looking forward to be part of this sometime in the future!

    The doors of the Hall opens once again, light shines brightly into the Hall leaving a tiny silhouette at the bottom. Purpearl emerges from the silhouette and she stands at the entrance for a second as the doors close behind her. Purpearl takes a long, deep look at Octavyn, as if trying to see through his armour. Apparently she can't, so Purpearl walks up to Octavyn for a closer look and glanced at the quest board... "I wonder how Abigail is doing..."

    Purpearl stops by the Marketplace on her way back to the Hall and approaches Portia's Potion Shack, "I would like to purchase 1x Potion and 1x Tonic, please. " "That would be 20 gold please." replied Portia. Purpearl hands over 20 gold, leaving her with 95 - 20 = 75 gold. "Thanks." said Portia as she lifts her head up after double checking the amount of gold received. But Purpearl has already taken the items and disappeared into the crowd.

    Purpearl walks beside Abigail, "You will be fine, if you need someone to talk to, come look for me in the Heroica Hall." She waves goodbye to Abigail and other heroes, grabs the flowing end of her dress as she walked down the stairs and makes her way back to the Hall.

    "After Sassina knew he was being stabbed, he struggled with the blond haired woman, and with the last of his strength, he managed to kick her out of the guardhouse. He locked the door from the inside with two separate locks to prevent her from coming in."

    Purpearl nods in agreement, "It is possible that our perpetrator locked the door from the inside and either escaped through a magical portal or vanished like a spirit. But we have our perpetrator's murky pearls as evidence so if we can track down where they originated from, we can find her real identity."

    Purpearl pauses for a second to ponder what Lt. Paulo had said and turns to her party, "The witch is most likely the owner of those murky pearls. The struggle between Sassina and the witch can be seen with Sassina's drawn sword and the scattering of the pearls all over the floor. The witch probably betrayed Sassina after he killed all the guards by stabbing him in the back with her poison dagger. Sassina probably tried to counterattack by drawing his sword and aiming for the witch's neck, taking out the witch's pearl necklace instead. What Abigail saw was most likely the part where the witch betrayed Sassina by stabbing him at the back while they made out. His eyes lit up when he saw Abigail because he wanted to get help but wasn't able to do so. As to how the sleeping agent got into Sassina's system... lots of possibilities. The witch's lips might be laced with sleeping agent and passed on to Sassina when they made out or that Sassina accidentally/deliberately drank the wine from the bottle."

    "Since the sleeping agent is non-life threatening, Sassina could have taken it so that it would be impossible to suspect him as the murderer. When he wakes up the next day being the only one alive, he would be appointed as the Lieutenant, free from any suspicion. Sassina did not see it coming when he was betrayed by the witch and winded up dead."

    "Abi, nine thirty you say? People saw you left the villa at ten.... Any explanations?" "You also said you slid the poison into the bottle and shook it violently with the cork on? But we found no traces sleeping agent on the cork... Any explanations? "Abi, since you decided to confess, might as well give us all the details as to how you killed them all." Purpearl drew the faces of the 4 guards on a piece of paper. Alan St. Germain/Marcus Sassina/Conner Strong/Rick Richards "Whenever you are ready, Abigail."

    Purpearl walks towards the chair behind Abigail, bends down and speaks softly into Abigail's ear in a calm and soothing voice, "It's alright my girl." "Abi, tell me more about yourself, why did you decide to work as a kitchen girl at the villa?" Purpearl turns around and whispers to the party, "Show Abi the pearls that we found, maybe that might help cure her amnesia."

    "Aren't those pearls pretty? Heckz??? Eyeing them for a special someone?" teases Purpearl. "Don't worry Abigail, we are here to help. If someone set you up to this, you can say it here. We found the guards dead, locked from the inside. If you killed them all, how did you get out?"

    Purpearl turns towards Lt. Paolo "It seems like that guy with the friendship band is the boss and his ape BFF seems to be working for him. There was also a mention of an Alex-something and a Paige from what we overheard. "Donny" is the thief with that fake fingernails and Harlot is the cheerleader with the whip. Both of them were after some kind of stuff from those drug dealers." "It was a near death experience for me and all thanks to Heckz, Arasmyth, Avalanche and Sera, I'm still alive."

    Purpearl lets out a sharp cough as she grabs her stomach with her right hand. "Thanks Heckz... This... Ape-face... is... a... tough... nut..." Purpearl attacks Kong from the back row while positioning herself behind Heckz.

    OOC: So sorry that I am late! "Hey handsome! Wow, that's the biggest joint I've ever seen!" Purpearl pokes it with her wand, dislodging it from his hand. "Nice shades, and I like your girly friendship band hanging off your girly bandana. Who are you BFF with? That Metasimian?"

    Purpearl looks at Avalanche and Heckz, and chuckles. "Hmm... Maybe we can ask them about Way's End Cemetery, they seem like the kind of people that would hang out there."

    The streets of Eubric are filled with stalls and carts selling all kinds of wares, food and accessories. "I have never been to this part of town before!" Purpearl's eyes lit up with joy as she admires the stuff on sale while trying to keep up with her party and Lt. Paolo. "Hi Avalanche! It feels really good that we are making progress and I am excited!" smiles Purpearl. "How are you finding your stay at Heroica?"
