How could she know about something that happened so long ago? She seemed really smart. She seemed to know a lot about Purpearl. Could she be... one of them. Rumours are that they are immortal. Purpearl could be their next target. Possibly. That outfit could be a disguise of some sort. Yes. She must be one of them. "I have to strike first." Purpeal thought to herself. So without delay Crimson Arcanon sat high up Nicole's neck and Purpearl pushed her to the wall. Purpearl stared into Nicole's eyes and Nicole smiled. Her eyes turned red. "Yesss we found you... after two hundred years... we know who you work for now... we will strike... this is only the beginning..." Purpearl fired a bolt up Nicole's neck and a flash suddenly erupted in the Hall, momentarily blinding everyone. When Purpearl returned to her senses, Nicole was no where to be seen, and a black mist suddenly surrounded Purpearl, and she felt breathless all of a sudden. "This can't be the end of me... urgh..." as Purpearl cupped her neck with her both hands. "Help..." Purpearl suddenly springs back into reality and Nicole is still standing right in front of her. "Oh... Hi... Nice to meet you, Nicole. Are you from out of town? Your outfit looks really special, especially that device that hangs in front of your eyes." as Purpearl tries to make up for that embarrassing silence.

Purpearl looks on as heroes come and leave the Hall. She notices a woman standing by the quest board and seems to be aiming to stand aimlessly. Purpearl secretly slides her bottle under her dress after taking several mouthfuls out of it and approaches the woman. "Hi there, Purpearl Berthadhiell, with a double L, at your service. I am a mage by the way." Purpearl is rather attracted to the device that hangs in front of the woman's face. "Waaaittt a minuuteee, shall I advise that it is inappropriate to stare at someone intently without intention? People might get the wrong idea!!" the manfairy snubbed.

Purpearl signs up for Quest #91: The Sounds of Music.

The Hall seems to be bustling with activity after the arrival of new quest requests. Chatter soon fills up the Hall and Purpearl hears a few conversations murmuring around. She wonders if she is hearing things. Perhaps her brain is just itchy and craving for a scratch. Perhaps they are really just part of her imagination. Not sure what to do next, Purpearl removes her name from Quest #87.

I would like to go onto your quest, I wouldn't mind Ji Pei rep since I have none. I think Purpearl is geared more towards Ziegfrieds or Shadeaux rep too.

Purpearl paused for a moment before placing her wand on the table, " I was sent away before my parents were killed, or that's what my foster parents told me. So, I am here to find out the truth about my past."

Purpearl looks around the Hall, her hand placed deep into her sling bag. She momentarily loses herself in deep thought after turning to have a look at the quest board. Purpearl secretly whips out her light green bottle under her dress and takes a big mouthful from it before rejoining the group. She notices Heckz' hair and smiles, "I think someone just upped a class in looks and is looking more handsome than before!"

No worries, I bought a potion and a tonic before the amethyst.

Purpearl enters the Marketplace and walks straight to Elphaba's cart. "Ah, new around town?" "Yes ma'am, I am Purpearl and I am looking for gems." "Hmm, let me help you out." Elphaba sticks her hand into a barrel, fiddled for a second and emerges with an Amethyst. "This purple gem will serve you well. Now that would be 100 gold, if you desire." Purpearl hands 100 gold over to Elphaba. "There you go my dear, this Amethyst is yours." Purpearl slid the Amethyst into her sling bag and left the Marketplace with 100 - 100 = 0 gold.

Purpearl gets up from her stool and signs up for Quest #87: The Marketplace Mystery. "Thanks Karie for the kind offer! I will gladly accept your topaz and 25 gold. Your kindness will not be forgotten." Purpearl winks at Karie and sees Johon nearby. "I don't think we've met before, I am Purpearl."

Purpearl downs another mouthful of liquid off the light green bottle, looks up at Avalanche and almost fell off her stool. "Hey Avalanche, what happened to you?! That injury and bruise, you were alright just then at the end of our last quest." Purpearl turns and looks at Octavyn for a second "Yeah, I was just trying to see through his golden cloak." "Don't be dumb, we all know how he looks like underneath... " whispers the man-fairy. "Hello Karie, no we don't mind! That blue outfit of yours looks very familiar. Would you like a drink?" "... Hey Purps, when was the last time you said hello to me?! I am so jealous!" whispers the man-fairy as he rolled his eyes.

Purpearl stands in front of the quest board and seems to be deep in thought. She pulls out a bright green bottle under her dress, and downs three big mouthfuls of it. A man-fairy suddenly appears and taps her right shoulder. "Hey Purps, maybe you should sign up for that Quest." whispers the man-fairy. Purpearl grabs a stool and leaps swiftly on top of it, signing up for Quest #86: Gaiden. After which she drags the stool to the nearest table, sits back, leaning her back against the wall and starts tossing her gem in the air in a rhythmic motion.
