    Purpearl gauges Kaz's response and comes to a personal conclusion that the Others probably isn't intelligent enough to foresee their impending doom. Attempting at further futile negotiations to save their lives would not bear any fruit. Gently kicking one of the metal chunks effortlessly away from her path, Purpearl directs her attention to one of the grunts. Purpearl casts darkness spell at Grunt C from the back row!

    "Truly a pleasure to meet visitors from the skies. Although the outcome has been less than ideal, I'm sure there's a lot of misunderstanding following our brief encounter. If you could leave us the name of the star that you would call home, I'm certain there will be many opportunities for us to meet with your people in the future.     I have no problems with your character taking all the loot he wants, but everyone puts in the effort into this game and I think everyone should have the right to fair share. As long as its fair and players are happy. Curious to hear the ATD make such strange stuttering noises, Purpearl raises the shield and approaches it cautiously. She turns back for a moment to check on Matthias, Sorsha and Siercon, as they have been taking some nasty hits from the Others. Purpearl repeats.

    Sorsha's Bersek doesn't allow her to target anyone else until Grunt B is dead. Also, if you are not aware, there's always a PL appointed to distribute the battle loot officially, makes it easier for everyone (to avoid exactly what is happening now). Suggested Battle Order > Purpearl: Spell (Lightning) vs. Destroyer > Lind: Recovers (Stunned) > Sorsha: Club vs. Grunt B > Matthias: Heal Siercon > Siercon: If health 20 or below, Potion vs. Self; then Giant Spear vs. Grunt A Free Hits Kaz vs. Purpearl: 24/2-14=0 damage Gik vs. Lind: 22/2-11=0 damage Grunt C vs. Sorsha: 20/2-6=4 damage

    Purpearl wonders what the Black Knight is up to now, who seems to be thrashing at, what it appears to be, thin air. OOC: Unless immuned to Stunned, Black Knight loses a turn after rolling shield.

    Purpearl gets back up on her feet, casually swiping some dirt off the shield. At the same time witnessing Lind's act of thievery, an act that is not so honourable in her books, but shall defer that judgement till later. "Calm down, Kaz. This is merely a little warning to what we're capable of. They do what they do, a hero of your status should know who you should be negotiating with." Purpearl repeats.

    "We would often like to give the other party, i.e. you, various options when negiotiating, to suss out where your true intentions lie. My actions of my male friends, as you call them, have absolutely no influence over your decision. Your simply chose the non-diplomatic option for ther purpose of your visit." says Purpearl, slightly displeased with the actions of a certain carbon based being, and attempting not to make the party look bad infront of otherworldly guests at the same time. Purpearl casts lightning at the ATD from the back row.

    Purpearl exerts her voice diplomatically once more towards Kaz, taking into consideration the possibility of a certain aleck who smartly volunteered to dig his own grave as well as bringing an end to Chief Tarlock's hopes of ever getting a grandchild from her beloved daughter. "Interesting to hear that, not trying to accuse a Hero of your stature, but there are indeed people missing from this village who were accidentally beamed up together with the sheep." Purpearl continues, "If Hero Kaz would ignore the drunkard, the conversation between us and you, less the drunkard, would proceed in a more mature and much more smoothly than you would expect. If sheep is what you desire, perhaps the village and you could work out a deal that is beneficial for both sides. Beaming up sheep as and when you desire could only get you so much. How many can you get each time, a couple? Depending on luck?" Indicating a very minute and small number with her fingers as Purpearl steps forward, "If the Chief and the village is agreeable to this, the village could potentially trade sheep or sheep products for resources from wherever you come from. Thereby creating a winning formula." Turning to Sorsha, "Would your father agree to a trade you reckon? Depending what the Others offer, the village could potentially sell off rare resources to generate extra revenue, gold for your village. But if the Others refuse, you can forget that I ever brought it up." Turning back to Kaz, "How does that sound, Hero Kaz?"

    "Twenty-one years. If they beam us up, we will all perish similarly." Purpearl shakes her head. "Agitating our otherworldly guest Hero will not do you any favours."

    "Kaz." Purpearl calls out and proceeds in a dilpomatic manner, hoping that her gamble would pay off on other worldly beings. "Olegaia isn't a place where you can rest your limb on a rock and make demands while you brandish your mechanical pipes in the air at the same time. Also, it is very unintelligent to make demands infront of kind hosts like us that lays your subordinates on grass soft enough for them to rest on while we wait for you to pick them up. We're benevolent beings, and we are always open to parley. You are intelligent and so are we." Momentarily drawing her attention to Kaz's shiny epaulettes and her beautiful out-of-the-world top. "You know, never mind the sheep you've already taken, but you took some of our kind that dwelled here in this settlement. Perhaps between you and me, as females, we can work something out. Agreeable Kaz?" Purpearl rests her leg on the back of one of the fallen Grunts, indicating the party's authority over the situation, yet nice enough to open conversation to crease out this possible misunderstanding.

    "I'm guessing they possess a similar kind of superiority complex that we see in some that wouldn't cease until we're all defeated. Even if we manage to pull through, they will still blame it on their machines, turrets, guns and everything else except themselves. Note though, I've no prior experience with dealing with them, simply putting it out there. Who knows, repentance might even set in and they might even be kind enough to drop a huge pile of gold for the villagers as compensation. Nobody knows unless one has spent time studying their habits and behaviours."

    Purpearl turns back and gives Sorsha a kind nod. One does not simply make that sort of statement lightly. Many would cower and yield to avoid conflict and trouble, some even pretend ignorance. Especially in these tumultuous times, rarely anyone would step up to injustice and to those who habitually badgers others for their own amusement, and to be able to do that, deserves respect. Feeling spurred on, Purpearl repeats.

Purpearl throws another lightning spell at the Turret while remaining curious watch over at the two flatheads as they continue to tinker away. "Those two." Purpearl calls out. Purpearl repeats.

    Purpearl folds her arms, not looking very pleased at their return. Purpearl speaks as she shakes her head, not expecting her voice to cut through the enormous background noise, "I'm staying, but if anyone feels like being part of an intergalactic circus troupe, I've no objections." "We've unintentionally lured out their leader, so, Lind, before you pass up that once in a lifetime opportunity that you've prepared yourself for and intimidate our cherished guests. It might actually a good opportunity for you to accept their invitation and perhaps to offer an apology. And at the same time, to infiltrate The Others. We can, revert to our original plan, and fight on both fronts. Who knows, you may also find yourself sitting on a pile of gold that is yours to count." says Purpearl, in a manner that is hard for anyone or Hero to decipher.

    After gaining an initial foothold against the light, Purpearl holds onto Laarry next, hoping to recreate another success. At the same time, after seeing her leader grabbed onto another sheep without a word, the elf wonders if she should interpret the new order as something else deeper.

    As the lightning bolt momentarily illuminates the dark surroundings, Purpearl finds Siercon as he speaks, "Siercon" and tosses him a tiny pouch, "Given the nature of our task and the possible negative futures that might entail, here's the 100 gold I believe I owed." Purpearl's clearly unimpressed by the way the rouge had obnoxiously expressed his vast comprehension of the enemy and the situation at hand yet in reality had not put forth any viable plan that is reflective of his past encounters. Purpearl tosses Lind the whip reluctantly and turns away. The elf had no intention to entertain his arrogant request, but in the greater scheme of things, it might take more effort for the rest of the party to save their own...

    OOC: Kinto, just some errors in stats and items that you've missed. Corrected stats in spoilers. Purpearl prepares herself and makes several glances at the sky and ground, ready to scatter off with one of the sheep in order to avoid the light beams.

    "It's up to you to find out." Purpearl says coldly. OOC: In OOC terms, buffing may mean taking consumables. IC, it could mean a multitude of things, like consumables, weapons, artefacts, etc. Also, Lind is talking to an elf, so you'll have to figure out yourself. "Of course, of course. I'm not stopping you, I think no one will, if you think you are confident to put your life-long knowledge into application."
