  1. Thanks! And thanks! Hey Kwon! Thanks!
  2. Here is my video review for the 41999 Technic Crawler. This is only my second video review so it probably isn't the best. Enjoy!
  3. True a shock absorber would also work, I would try it but I don't have any yet.
  4. Clever idea! I always have trouble holding my camera while trying to use a remote. I usually just use a tripod though.
  5. Any part, in time will break! And the bushings don't really vibrate at all. I have been using it for quite awhile and have had not problems yet.
  6. Very solid chassis and smooth transmission! I can't wait to see what it looks like with the body.
  7. I think the 2013 sets are pretty good, but I still think the sets from 2011 and 2012 where the best.
  8. It has gearing on the inside, that is probably why they categorize it as a gear.
  9. Excellent review! Can't wait to see more.
  10. They are so cleverly done! I can't wait to see more!
  11. It may not seem effective but it really is, It gains a lot more friction when you gear it down (as I did in the video). The bushings actually will not wear out fast since there is barely any pressure on them.
  12. Welcome! I hope you enjoy your time here. Your tires should fit snuggly enough so that they don't slip, so maybe your tires have a design flaw. If that is the case then I would suggest writing or calling LEGO and telling them, they should send you some new ones ASAP. Hope that helped!
  13. Yes, that is basically all it is. Thanks!
  14. Here is a TechnicBrick's post about the clutch gear: http://www.technicbr...nic-clutch.html It will explain how it works in more detail thenI could.
  15. I was recently playing around with gears, and geartrains and came up with a simple yet effective way to make a custom clutch gear: I was really pleased with its effectiveness, and simplicity. Note: The more you gear it down, the harder it is to stop it. Enjoy!
  16. I sketch my design first on graphing paper, then I start building. Actually you can delete that, all you have to do is click "edit" in the bottom right corner.
  17. Excellent build! I love the compactness.
  18. I sure hope we get it soon (I got in the top 100). I have been dying to build it!
  19. Part packs and books are good ideas, I think there is a Cusso project suggesting a GBC type theme.
  20. Yes it is indeed ugly... I think that if you modified the chassis of the truck you could fit your motors inside, so that they would be concealed.
  21. Looking good! I can't wait to see it finished.
  22. A supercar is an expensive high end car, that has great speed and power. So you could make a lamborghini or another expensive car like that.
