I have the original classic space ship moon landing. But some parts missing. So taking a longer time for restoration... I am more into classic space. Hence this exo suit and Benny's spaceship appeals to me..... Still need lots of honing of my skills on the details.... Thanks again for the kind words Tidiest thanks. I used dark bluish grey bricks as the exo suit is in light grey mainly. Hence needs a contrast. Else exo suit will not stand out. Thanks, I myself quite surprised by the end result. But as mentioned long way to go to slowly make improvements to it. Thanks again for the support...

Thanks for the compliments and feedback on the green space minifigures. Blue spaceman aka Benny will be a good fit. I do have some classic space Minifigs which I will slowly introduce into this MOC soon. Will post updated pictures after I restore my classic space sets......

Thanks for all the kind words and encouragement! I will continue my MOC journey with all the support received here!

Will adding other color classic spaceman into the hangar make it more colorful? Ha ha exploring this idea and maybe a battle damaged hangar...

I am always open to constructive suggestions. Upon receiving the, here, I bought some additional parts and made the changes to the color. Also added some more features eg sleeping and recreation modules. Shine the Control tower. Thanks very much for the compliments and my MOC getting into your favorite list, The truck was added and designed to make it like a classic space vehicle.

Thanks thanks

Thanks to all for the comments and earlier suggestion. Do agree the new control tower fits more into the color scheme and does not stand out..as in the past.
-
As promised, please see the updated pictures of the Exo Suit Hangar MOC. Replaced the Control Tower and added some minor changes.

Great build? Do you require any additional parts or bricks to do this alternate build?
-
Fantastic work. May I know how many sets of the bike shop official set you used in this project? Do you require lots of extra bricks over than from the set to do up this project? Many thanks and boy I love the bike shop the most!

The boots are taken in a dark room without use of flash and uing the lights I. Stalled! For camera phone, I guess it turned out better than I expected it to.... Thanks for the comments... Keep tuned to this thread as I update it with a new tower and other details....

Managed to secure a few Exo suits. My photography skills not good...he he. Will upload with better pictures once I update the control tower. Photos taken with a phone camera. Exo suit should be readily available now in the market. Go hunt for it.

Ha ha someone likes the white control tower! I have ordered the Frey parts to see if I can do a alternative dark grey tower to fit into the color scheme. In the process will try to add some details if I can. My hangar fits 6 suits and oe on the yard crane. Will post updated photos once my parts arrive. Looking forward to seeing your complete MOC and we exchange pointers!

Thanks for the comments, the white control tower seems an issue. Let me. See how to work around it. But do note sometime the control tower needs to be distinct in real life and not blend into the structure for functional issues. Ha ha

Thanks for the suggestion. This is definitely in the future upgrade once I get more space by expanding by another baseplate or find some space to do up a quarters for the spacemen and even have a recreation room for them! Thanks. The hangar needs light else will not bring out the true character of it!

Thanks for the kind words... Still lots to learn and improve from fellow members here! Inspired by the lego Exo suit release and wanted put the Exo suits in a diorama setting. Wanted to use light grey bricks but since Exo suit is mainly light grey, decided to use dark grey bricks to contrast them with Exo suits.... Yes used lots of dark grey Brock's and parts. Thanks for the compliments! Thanks for the comments, wanted a control tower like structure and was a teaching how to build it.. Tinker a few times with the pylon like pieces and thought it turned out well..., any suggestion how to improve the white and trams blue tower? Thanks, wanted to add some lighting effects to this MOC. Did a search and found some lighting options which I used. Still looking at ways to improve the lighting effect as this is my very first use of light in a lego MOC. All suggestions welcome....

Thanks for the comments. Yes this really look similar to pacific rim except for the scale. Pacific rims have a much larger scale. Exo suits not that large compared to pacific rim robots.

Please check out my latest MOC! Do feel free to comment as this is my very first attempt to do a MOC based on the Lego Classic Space theme. The lego Exo suit reignited my interest for Lego Classic Space theme. This MOC is built on a modular concept for easy transport and display. The size is 4 x 32 studs wide baseplate. I have also added some 3rd party lite bricks for lighting effect. Enjoy the pictures:

Thanks for the compliment! Yes I wanted to have a building that stands out! So choose the yellow bricks to construct the largest building in this MOC! Thanks. Not 100% accurate... I need to add in some imagination to my MOC..... Yes I tried to add in more Minifigs and variety of Minifigs to populate Thea greet scene. Also added in the city rental bike (row of 3 green bikes) in the city. Thanks thanks.. Wanted to make the street very busy..... Yes.. I added the livestock in as part of my imagination ...... To make the MOC my unique design. Agreed you will not find so much livestock... Unless you step in the outskirts.... Ha ha
