  1. I was not asking, course not that would be rude, I was only wondering as to how they are handed out
  2. Out of interest what are the requirements exactly for receiving all the different technic tags? just wondered as I don't see many around... And also I do think this MoM thing is a good idea
  3. Pentax are always nice cameras from my experience, They're quite expensive, but this one has 1080p http://www.amazon.co.uk/Pentax-X5-Bridge-Camera-Optical/dp/B00911YEAQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1389553077&sr=8-1&keywords=PENTAX I personally have a Panosonic Lumix bridge camera thing (for video, but I don't like it) and a Pentax K-10D at the moment
  4. It's too small.......... Joking aside, really nice accurate model, however for the vents I'd set them into the body a bit, to make the front look less flat unless you've done that already, can't quite tell
  5. Very nice MOC you have there Paul, as others have said, you've improved a lot Just use a mini steering wheel as the Mercedes Logo, works a treat you can see what I mean on my Unimog: Unimog U5000 by legomuppet9, on Flickr
  6. Think this'll help fast car, with differential, gearing by legomuppet9, on Flickr
  7. Very nicely done in the end, that steering works a lot better
  8. Beautifully engineered model great job! And I agree, the willpower it takes for me to make body work for my models is huge. I hate it
  9. That door mechanism is amazing, and the lines look great IMO, easily recognisable as an Enzo
  10. Ask for a replacement, and if they don't give it to you the first time, keep at it! and hope you get a different assistant the second time, what happened to me
  11. Nice MOC, and those dbg plates are what lots of people use to build tanks......
  12. Ah that looks much better, cleaner too
  13. A complicated compact tank, and a complicated supercar. Hopefully i won't get too distracted and make too many other things, of which they can be found on my blog under "Future Projects"
  14. That'd be an awesome idea to have everybody collated in one place
  15. Basic report: It works P1070276 by legomuppet9, on Flickr Long report: The steering is a tad flimsy P1070275 by legomuppet9, on Flickr P1070274 by legomuppet9, on Flickr The rear suspension can't do much P1070273 by legomuppet9, on Flickr And the housing for the servo motor is very tight P1070272 by legomuppet9, on Flickr Sorry for the below par photos, tried to get it out ASAP, but I think you can still understand everything
  16. Quick warning, the 2x4 L beams that connect to the diff casing are probably going to be quite interesting to get out
  17. I am almost 100% certain it'll be strong enough without that beam in the middle, it ain't moving nowhere, its very tight space wise to squeeze everything together but it's just about ok, but a small bit of redesigning may be in order . Will finish it tomorrow morning and take pictures then, so far it's a very neat build! And challenging too... but that's just the LDD auto generating instructions for you
  18. I'll build it now Edit: found a problem on step 7 as the 5M red beam can't go through the back of the L Motor, on the LDD model you made of them that section does not appear... maybe change them to 3L beams? I think there's enough in the 9398 set although I'm not sure
  19. Hello Historical Forums! I am a primarily a Technic builder but after seeing all the beautiful work from you all here I thought I might have a go at creating a small scene. Unfortunately I don't nearly have enough bricks in the correct colours, nor the money to get them, so I had to resort to LDD, but even so, I am rather impressed with how it has turned out . I followed Derfel Cadarn's excellent tutorial, which was really easy to understand to make this Few piccies for you all... medieval house and stream7 by legomuppet9, on Flickr medieval house and stream6 by legomuppet9, on Flickr medieval house and stream8 by legomuppet9, on Flickr medieval house and stream9 by legomuppet9, on Flickr
  20. Whether or not it can elegantly be made RC is another matter entirely http://legomuppet9.b...2-quadbike.html but of course this is a nice big model, lots of space.... except for the amount of functions. So yeah, it would be interesting to do. You could perhaps take the gearbox out and use the space that gives
  21. can't remember all the used ones I bought, but I got 9398 and a really low price on amazon as everyone was buying the Boss version, and I also got a 42006
  22. i so wish I had enough money for the RC parts great job
  23. looks interesting, seeing as though I have this set I might build it
