  1. Incredible build! Love this shot of it in the dark looks very ghostly
  2. Hello I thought I would share my most recent build. Something on the smaller side a redcoat carronade brig build on small hulls with two mid sections. I have always wanted to build a ship with two mid sections and after finding a set at a good price I knew what I had to do some shots of the deck See as she shares quite a lot of DNA with the flag ship I knew I had to take picture of them together Here she is next to my sloop of war And finally my complete classic red coat fleet And here are some bonus shots of my Sloop of war as the last lot of photos I uploaded of her weren't great I hope you like my build please let me know what you think
  3. Incredible work! Having seen it in person the pictures don't do justice to it's size and complexity. Already looking forward to your next build.
  4. Lovely build! I like how you have done the cannon flaps
  5. Awesome work! Very impressive for your first large scale build. The shaping around the bow is well done but I feel the upper hull part may look better in brown to match the rest of the ship
  6. incredible work! I always loved the schooner and the flag ship so it's great to see them combined together. I am also very jealous of your flag ship fleet!
  7. Thank you glad you like it! And yeah the stay sails will get added when I get around to adding the rest of the sails. I see what you mean about the railings around the stairs I should be able to move them forward a bit to fix the issue Thanks you! I do have some fitting boats but wanted to leave it empty for the photos as it's the first of my ship that can fit a sailor standing up Thank you! I didn't even notice that until you pointed it out. Not sure if it makes it more or less creepy but it's a double sided face. Much appreciated glad you are a fan! It's always fun adding little details like that! In this case it made the bow easier to design. Thank you! Glad you are a fan Well it designed based on a Spanish ship so you can never have to many guns Thank you! The bow is always the hardest bit the get right it's based on a design I used for smaller ships and luckily it worked when you scaled!
  8. Hello I thought I would share with you my latest build. It's a red coat 112 gun 1st rate ship of the line called the Monarch. The sturn The Bow A few details on the deck One last shot of the ship Please let me know what you think!
  9. This is a lovely build! the hull shaping is just perfect
  10. Yeah pretty much it's light trans blue tiles on blue plates then on top of 48x48 baseplates. This allows for a bit more customisation underneath to show depth of needed
  11. Thank you I am glad you like it! and I am sure does Franco Clarke has some more pictures Thank you! Its was in the UK a town called reading happens every year And yeah the one by Ridely Scott
  12. I thought I would share a recent display me and Franco Clarke did at reading brick show this year. Its the Siege of Toulon (1793) base off the recent(ish) napoleon film. The ship of the line and the frigate were mine and Franco Clarke built the fiery brig and the very impressive fort. Please let you know what you think or if you have any questions
  13. Lovely build! Kinda reminds me of the ships that would sail into Amsterdam just missing the leeboard keel.
  14. Lovely build! feels like the perfect adversary for the 3 in 1 creator ship. You got any plans to build it in real life? Would be great to see.
  15. Not a bad first attempt at a ship! I know I have built worse ships. What I would definitely recommend is checking out is building digitally on stud.io. it really helped me. This shows a lot of promise though!
