Go read Werewolf. But seriously, y'all are actinglike a bunch of nitwits. I have this shell here. I'm going to pass it around and you can only speak when you have it in your hand or else chaos is just going to keep happening and everyone is going to be fighting everyone over nothing. Ace, right?

Mine says I'm working for Ms. Bloodbrick. Could that be a clue!? That is a joke. If you all vote for me because of that, I will come back to life just to murder you all.
-
I dunno if anyone pointed this out yet, but just something to notice. I don't think it helps us right now either, but Ms. Bloodbrick said that she chose five folks. So we gotta find five folks. Just something to look at. Most of the time folks like Ms. Bloodbrick don't say how many agents they've got so it's nice to know what we're looking for.
-
Hey gramps, you ain't helping with your bloody blood speeches. We seem to be in the normal awful position of all them books I read. Never anything to go on, but needing to vote. Only difference is that one of us already lost their head and we've got these damn pills which everyone says don't do nothing, so, we don't have anything to go on. Any of y'all got any bright ideas on what to do? I don't think we ought to risk not voting. I don't think that Ms. Bloodbrick seems the type of gal who would be so happy with that.

Well that's no good. We haven't even done diddly squat and already one of us is dead... Good thing I'm here to stop the nonsense. I run s**t. That's what I do. 24/7. No rest for the runners of stuff. And I run a gang. Now, pill time baby. I don't know what any of these suckers do but we're being given them anyway so I might as well lead the charge. I'll take the red devil. Because I'm a devil. Day One, Shift One: 1. The Big Fat Pill 2. Magic Beans 3. Powdered Rhino Horn 4. White Crystals 5. Opium 6. Black Beauties 7. Red Devils Zed "Lumpy" Furby 8. Sugar Pill 9. Pink Pearlies 10. Lemon Peel Stanley Spussemmin 11. Horse Tranquilizers 12. Salinie Infusion 13. Sponk

Dr. Bloodbrick's Asylum II: Fraulein Bloodbrick

Zed here. I'm smart and cool and if you're lucky you can hang with me and my crew, but chances are you aren't lucky and won't be hanging with us. -
Boomingham walks back over to the quest board and once more, with a heavier hand this time, SIGNS UP FOR QUEST 6.
-
Most common everything, what's up!
-
"Well, my young friend, I fought in the Orcish Invasion. Short afterwards, some Mage or another got angry with me, and froze me in time. I awoke a few years ago and found my kingdom, while I have been frozen in time, had quite literally up and gone for reasons I don't know. I drank my way through the money that we had left and then came here! All in all, it could be worse. I could be actually responsible for people, so both I and my people dodged an arrow when I was frozen."
-
I think the general rule of thumb is that if you can totally see the quest, you ask Sandy if it would conflict with anything, chances are she'll say no, and then you make that quest!
-
Not wanting to miss his chance, Lord Boomingham walks over and signs up for Quest #5 and Quest #6, before making his way back to his friends. "Lord Lawrence Boomingham's the name. I'm a king of a dead kingdom, and fought in the Orcish Invasion alongside a few of the veterans. Friend of all, admirer of some, lover of my wife and any lady who is lucky enough." Boomingham shakes Thothwick's hand. "A pleasure to meet you!"
-
Boomingham finished the beef he was working on and sauntered over to join Jess, Tesni and Eric. "Hello my friends. New quests are up. I suppose I will have to go for the cave noises or the thief-catching, I'm not much of a fighter with all this gait and I don't know if the Shadeux will be all to happy to hire me... not that I like the Hinckwells all that much. Pompous little... has Eric told you of the captured soul we found?"
-
"I believe," interjects Boomingham, "That he is mistakenly saying that you were on the quest with myself, which would have been a blessing I'm sure, but simply isn't true. He is also making the mistake of thinking we killed Umbra, which we did not. Who could have killed a pretty face like that!"
-
"You were there?! I was under the impression that you were only 20 years old! That battle took place well over 250 years ago! Perhaps Elves do not age the same way as humans, or perhaps you too had an unfriendly mage freeze you in time, but I think you may be confusing it with a more recent Battle of the Field. Then again, I may be ignorant to what you mean!"
-
"My mistake, I've never been good at geography. One time I walked for three days in the wrong direction before I noticed my map was upside down. Very near missed the Battle of the Field," says Boomingham, referring to a famous battle from the Orcish invasion. "Aren't scarecrows the worst? Give me the willies." He hugs Tesni tightly, and then lets her go. "It's good to see you again! I loved questing, but I did miss bumming around the hall. Where's that barkeep?"
-
Boomingham saunters back into Heroica Hall. "Hello all!" he says as he beams. "Drinks are on me!" "Drinks are free!" shouts someone. Boomingham continues to smile. "Exactly!" Boomingham surveys the hall, looking for famaliar faces from before he departed for the quest. He spots his friend, Tseni, and wades through the ever growing crowd of heroes to be so that he can sit next to her. "I hope you remember me darling. How'd that sword of your's do bashing farm riff-raff?" Boomingham notices Jess as well and extends a hand of greeting. "Hello there. Lord Boomingham. I fought alongside the Veterans, you know." This was true. Now that the library had published them, Boomingham was not shocked to see that he at least recognized them all. He turned back to Tesni. "Your fellow Norse proved himself alongside me. Eric is a hell of a guy. Little fellow, Hybros, he was a smart little bloke too. I'd love to quest with them both again. Again the elf who led the quest... lovely elf, simply lovely. I forgot to ask him if he too fought in the Orcish invasion, he's old enough to have."

Boomingham nods to his friend. "I have this one. I'm a knight. I'm good at dealing with others." He then approaches Lorcan. "We have something that may make the Shadeux look bad. Would you like to pay us an additional fee for the information? If not, we understand and will graciously accept our normal reward and be on our way." -

"And here I was thinking you folks had sent us on a fool's errand on purpose!" booms Boomingham, before shaking Lorcan's hand. "Turns out you were a decent fellow all along!" He then returns to his friends. "We should tell him about the Zeigfried crates. Rufindel, you have once more shown you're a smarter man than I. Or elf, as the case would be." -

"I think we should tell Lorcan the truth. We kept our honor with Umbra, so we should follow through here. Tell him there were no crates. Maybe we should omit the Zeigfried thing so we can keep it... it's not any of his business anyway..." -
One thing I'm really looking forward to is reoccurring NPCs. I hope that we run into some of the characters a number of times. I'm also hoping to quest with some people on multiple occasions, I really want to build up relationships with other characters!

"Of course of course. Can rub that in her face as well. Besides, you deserve whatever you want, you thought out that win all on your lonesome. Tell everyone what, a round on me when we all get back to the hall!" Boomingham prays no one will remember the drinks are free. "Now, as Alexis, that pretty pretty ranger, said, onwards through that door!" -

"I'm a reasonable fellow. If he wants it, he can of course have it! I love Hybros. " -

Boomingham starts to laugh, first nervously, and then suddenly with great power. "I did not think we would pull that off at all!" he exclaims. He wraps his arms around Hybros and Atramor, and they all but disappear in his giant embrace. "You genius little fellows you! Taking out that beautiful woman and that guard dog! My oh my." He releases them and walks over to Rufindel and kisses him on both cheeks. "Is that elvish custom? I have no idea. Wonderful leadership!" "Now," he opens it up to everyone. "We ought to take our stuff and run because those guards she summoned can't be too far off. I'd love the Fleuret if no one opposes, but that's only if no one opposes." He then smiles. "Besides, that way if I ever see her again I can rub it in her face. Her pretty pretty now thankfully unconscious face!" -

"Eric, you should sing us a motivational song, or do a dance to distract Umbra! Also, doesn't someone need to target the dog? If it is not defeated, won't the guards come anyway? Clarification voice o' the sky." -

"Agreed. This is why I like Hybros! I knew there was a reason we kept you around!" Boomingham attempts to give his little friend a pat on the head. "But I'm confident in our ability here! Tell you what, I'll bet you five gold that we win this round. Assuming the voice in the sky allows our plan, I will attack our friend Umbra from the front row."
