I don't know. I'm not saying fishy fellow is wrong, I'm just saying don't set it in stone that it is a scum action, and don't fix it in stone that it is a pill, or anything until you have a bit more concrete proof.
-
Unless scum members were taking all the useful pills and there needed to be a way to combat them... Shocking concept I know. See what happens when you try to think?
-
On top of that, the man who made the "grand reveal" about my death also said the Red Devils did nothing, and I'll probably die with the Yellowjackets so it isn't like I'm giving up too much... I don't know what y'all are being all hollary about, but I'm trying to help Harriet the Slut fill out her chart more completely!

You, sir, are a little too sassy for my taste. Even more Sassy than Sassy. If you expect any self respecting member of the town or scum to just roll over and die you are sorely mistaken.
-
Knowledge is power to both sides you dumbo. The town will know not to waste time with them now, and know that if someone claims that they gave them a power, that it didn't really. Even though you folks refuse to believe in fixed powers, I know for a fact they exist, so now you know if you see Person A kill and they say that the Red Devils let them do it, they are lying.
-
Well, in a boringly bad attempt to get you to not vote for me, I'll be helpful. Neither of my pills so far have done anything.
-
Not much of excitment. People don't trust me, don't listen to those they don't trust, and I will be dying shortly!

"I'm excited!" said Boomingham. "Looks like lots of good folks on these quests! And I get to hang out with some mages who look lovely!"

I told you to look up an Insane Doctor. You do not find out this stuff until later. I actually would not if known exactly what happened unless our friends had told us. I was told my action was successful, and then saw he was killed so I figured I either was an Insane Doctor or a Red-Herring Doctor. The first one actually made more sense as a fixed action - it seemed I had been lied to, but then I was told by others, in this thread, that I had a kill action, so clearly I was the killer. Who knows, right now I'm only assuming insane doctor, maybe I kill all the time and was just told other-wise!

Draco walks in and adds Cronk's name to the list. He puts a next to it because everyone, including Draco, loves Cronk. Draco blushes. "Whoops. Stupid handwriting, can't read my own words sometimes."

Fair question Mr. Fishy. It wasn't so much that he needed protection as no one else seemed to need protection. I don't know. Why was I followed last night? Because it was a shot in the dark, same as my choice. Now, I would like to address what our dearest screaming officer asked. How can I be helpful? I won't use my action unless asked to by the town, and since I have a 50/50 chance of killing the person I target, I could help knock out double the scum in half the time. And again, you know how I kill so you CAN CHECK that I am doing what is asked of me.
-
I dunno, who would you have protected? And apparently an insane one .

Well i'm saying you can ensure I never kill again even by not lynching me. You know what it will look like when I kill, so you can be sure that I won't.
-
I'm not claiming I didn't kill, I'm claiming I wasn't aware that I would. Look up insane doctor you nuts.

Boomingham saunters over to sign up for Quest 8 as well.

1. Strawberry Dust Janie Besswax 2. Paint Thinner 3. Black Beauties Sassy Cooter 4. Opium Bell 5. Bug Dust Manuel Bukowski 6. Magic Beans Shinobu Shiroba 7. Uppers Sunny Day 8. Blue Bennies Dr. Bethany Bovary 9. Yellowjackets Zed "Lumpy" Ferby 10. Saline Infusion 11. Sugar Pill Fish Boy Hello all. I have to say you have quite a case against me. You're all very very clever, and you have it ALMOST right. I do have the ability to kill, but not by choice. It seems, if last nights results are any indication, that I am some sort of insane (fitting, right?) doctor, with some chance of protecting and some chance of saving my patient. Now, some of you may be saying "he can't do that without pills and we know his pills don't do diddly squat." I'd have to argue with this. You all seem to be, at the very least, open to the idea that I have a fixed killing action. I do have a fixed action, but it is not killing. I can promise, if you so choose, to never use this ability again as it seems to shoot us in the foot, and you can CONFIRM that I never use it again because you all now know how I look when I kill. I am doubtful for my survival today. I heartily admit that there are no more obvious leads today, and that you will most likely not keep me around. But at this point, with four deaths to the town by day two, it would be quite a dangerous risk to vote for someone who could be helpful.

Hey punk spaceman. Some of the people here could use common sense. I ain't saying I'm Jesus (though I've heard some thing about him...) or Einstein, but about half of these losers seem to not understand that the pill is removed, so pointing out logical things doesn't seem too bad to me. Or do you have something more important to do. Humph. You ain't never biking with me.
-
But don't you see! We lose the meds when we die. I'm not talking about the watcher pill, I'm asking for all the town members to be watchful. And I'm certainly not saying anyone should reveal anything. I was just saying, it may be interesting to who chooses which meds. If you get a powerful med, maybe keep an eye on who gets it the night afterward, and see if they do anything with it that could give away their alignment.
-
I had an interesting idea. Maybe someone can develop it further. I'm just thinking, supposing the pills really do give you actions as The Beast says, we could use them to track scum. If a certain cycle of people keep taking the same pill over and over again, we may then be able to tell who is scum because they will be picking the same action to keep it within their ranks. I don't know, might work, pill selection should be watched. Also, just to reiterate because I think it will help with pill tracking and I'm afraid it's been over-looked, there are five scum. Ms. Bloodbrick said so in the introduction.

Yes little gal. I was busy and didn't want to be slammed with a penalty, but was fairly sure I'd get back in time so don't you sass me! I will now catch up but from what I've been hearing he hasn't done much in the ways of convincing us of innocence.
-
I'm sorry, I'm a little busy currently and will read the whole day shortly. I have lots of gang organizing to do. But the flow seems to be strongly towards Vote: Carl "Black Beast" Pie (CallMePieOrDie) . Even from the last few things I've just heard, it seems clear that he is not to be trusted, and the magician's play was a nice summery of that.

"Eh," says Boomingham. "Yuh win some and yuh lose some. And now all the pretty girls are off questing and I gotta sit here on my bum and hope that I get chosen to track down a thief." He sighs and moves to an open table, hoping company will sit down. Boomingham is feeling a little lonely, and missing his quest mates and friends.
