The new SY Spiderman series: First, the miles morales spidey and carnage seem pretty needless (they come in a very cheap official lego set). Second, the spiderman from the sandman set looks hideous. Those boots are ugly the way they are now. SY needs to copy the official two-coloured legs and arms very soon otherwise i see an opportunity for Decool to take some advantage on sy again. (sy has the doublesided head now too). Iron Spider: where are his mechanical arms?? He'll probably show up later on in another set with his arms. Some sort of construction set with racecars you don't need. Then the new ones: Silk: The torso print seems to look pretty good. I do have some problems with her face. Does anybody know if the Ninjago mini masks also work with long hairpieces? The web shield looks the same as the DLP ones, but i hope they are more Lego-white. Nevertheless a great addition to the collection. Superior Spiderman: Really liking his torso print, but his headprint is too high. I hope this is just a misprint and the others will have that print a little lower. I'm a bit worried about the sturdiness of his arms too. Also great addition. Phoenix custom spiderman: doesnt look as good as the original, but it's a great version of spidey. Ghost Spiderman: Never heard of him, but i have an opinion on him nonetheless. I think sy had to give him a plain skeleton minifighead with blue fire headgear (the same headgear that was used for the Infearno chase in Ultra agents). We could have used blue fire headgear for customs like ghostrider or dormammu. I like his torso print but the rest looks a little too plain for my liking and the white seems a bit off too. There seems to be a printed head beneath the unlegolike skull. Curious how that will turn out. Overall, i'm not really convinced, Spider Man always was my favorite marvel superhero, but this wave doesn't yell at me "buy me!!! you need this in your life!!!". What i do need in my collection (and y'all probably do too) are some more decent villains. Not ultimate villains, but the classic ones. Kraven, Mysterio, Scorpion, Vulture, Hobgoblin, Boomerang, Taratula, Shocker, Electro, Hydroman, etc People who have ordered this set, or just bought it from some shady little toyshop in a creepy alley, please do share pics and reviews, because i'm still in doubt. Thanks.

Bespin!!! Yesss!!! I really hope we'll see a proper minifig line-up here with lando, ugnaughts etc Droid escape. If they throw in a bantha i'm in. And do we know for sure the Hoth set is from the esb? The new movie has also snowtroopers right?

Iron Man vs. Loki? I really hope for comic versions of Iron Man (red and yellow instead of dark red and gold) and Loki (yellow and green). Must say that the last two sets (probably ninjago) have intruiging names.

Ah yeah! The official images! I'll try to buy as much flies and gargoyles as possible. Maybe i try to buy a box for once, never done that before. 1) Werewolf: From this angle his head looks really cool. Tailpiece and bone are great. Will purchase 2) Zombi Pirate: More like a pirate ghost if you ask me. Real great fig, but i am not really into pirates. 3) Crazy Scientist: Love his outfit, but i think he might be cooler if he didn't have the crazy eyes. Will buy. 4) Witch: Perfect present for your girl/wife if she's making your life miserable ;-) 5) Plant guy: I might get three of them. Who would have thought that lego would give us venus trap plant figs. Love it. 6) The Fly: For me, the best of the series. I can't help to fantasize what if Lego would have made all their minifigs from day one with these flyheads? Lego city, all flies! Can't wait for the first poopmoc's too. Love the claw and i'll be praying to the lego gods there will be an extra claw with every Flyguy. 7) The Specter: He's probably better looking in real life. Will buy one. 8) Zombi Cheerleader: Not into zombies so no purchase 9) Tigra lady: Groovy! She has a tail too. I want her in my life. 10) Gargoyle: My runner up best of the series. Now i just need to make a building to have them on. 11) Skeleton guy: Really creative. Need at least one of it. I think in the flesh he will be even more stunning than he does now. 12) Rocker Frankie: I don't find him really appealling. Will not buy. 13) Zombie Business Man: Also a pass for me. 14) The Banshee: I'm not sure what i think of her yet. It feels like she needs something, but what? Some extra fog? I do like her face, but i think her body could have been a little more plain. Will buy. 15) Bigfoot: I still miss printing on his body. Will buy one, since i never had the chance to buy the yeti. 16) Spider Lady: I actually only want that lower cape for Spider-woman (the superhero).

I'm so looking forward to buy the lighthouse and the mystery machine. I'm not convinced on the spooky castle so my hopes are on a second wave to get velma.

Yeah i want that ghostrider too. I still don't have a proper outfit for him. Too bad spiderman didnt came with a scooter. It would represent him being a student and low on dough better.

Those are pretty cool though. Don't know why Thor and Bruce Banner should need mech suits but they look pretty cool. It would have been more fun to see other villains though. Thor against Enchantress. Bruce against the leader.....orrrrrr leader in a mech against bruce.

It seems they shut down the pics on that site. I'm sure there should be some copies somewhere :-s It wasnt a big pic so you couldnt see the details, but i have high expectations of that hair. Finally a proper falcon.

And while they're at it maybe they can copy the hair of finn from the new star wars movie (saw some leaked pics and it seems they finally made a nappy hair piece).

Love them! Love the specter but will replace his head with a skullface. I need a pink minifighead to be in the flesh eating plant. Or maybe a red one. Bigfoot is just what i thought he would be. Could've used some more printing on legs and body. Gargoyle is great and i want a lot of them. My guess is that they'll use those wings for the evil monkeys of Oz (if they'll ever decide to make these of course) I dont care for zombies and i dont need rocker frankie probably. I do like spider lady but am not sure i will buy her.

Polaris and Scarlet Witch for the win! What you did with the hair is awesome. Must have a been a lot of work. Just went through your Flickr and man you really got some great customs! A lot of comic-versions too. Love that. You must be a comic reader.
