  1. For me these sets are superb...much better then Mars-Mission in my opinion. But will the mini-figures heads & headgear get a more polished-look. If you look now some are kinda roughly... or is this because of the photo ? Roughly Smooth
  2. Awsome work Rayman & Green Dewback !!!
  3. NP at all and I respect your opinion Apocalypse... I didn't know you want to create an "old look"... my apologies. Keep building and looking forward to see the finished result (such as the interior).
  4. That's a real nice ship Cap'n Blackmoor... Especially I like the colors... It are the colors of the Belgian Flag... And that from a Dutch... that deserves kneeling...
  5. Cool... only I find the back better than the front... but over all a great build... respect !!!
  6. I find it superb !!!
  7. In the spell of "De Elf Steden Tocht"... I saw a documentary on the Dutch television once… it is not for "softties". By the way... windmill is very nice !!!
  8. Don't forget Orc's are miserable, crafty and vicious beings... And Orcs eat all manner of flesh, including human... Keep that in mind when you have them as an army...
  9. Have a happy birthday Ras!
  10. Nice detail and part use !!!
  11. Would be nice... but whitch part of Lego we gone use to create it ? Maybe a Lego-build-sphere is a solution ! Building Instructions - by brillig.com - by MrWright.org
  12. Me too because I want Blue Coats... I think that we are penniless if a PotC line comes it to play... PotC 1 - 2 where nice but in the third they where stepping over the line for me. That's true. Maybe they never do a MK2 of the Armada and they do a MK2 of the Caribbean Clipper...
  13. Welcome to EuroBricks and enjoy browsing the forums...
  14. Welcome to Eurobricks and enjoy the forums...
  15. I have a one of your pictures treated in Paint and I think that it will be better like this. For me even some other bricks here and there could go. Of course it's you MOC and you do what you want with it !!! Original version Treated version
  16. Nice build !!! But do not over-use bricks. It's a nice detail but it can easly create a chaotically and heavy look. This is the feeling I get when I look at it… said with respect !!! Constructive criticism: A) When you use tiles to illustrate bricks it's all about where to place them and getting a balance between them (the composition). A simple trick is to devide your wall with a imaginary diagonal cross and only use tiles in the corners and the center. Like a playing card of 5. Sounds weird... Now only put tiles/bricks where the spades are. Nothing can go wrong now. What ever Lego parts you already used in or on the wall (windows, doors, ect). The only thing you now have to look out for is the rows of brick you use. Best thing to see this is looking from a distance to your moc. B) Try also to mix a few tiles of a different shade into a wall of primarily one color (for example: red, dark red). C) Or use panels/walls. Here the stones are already printed on and in a good opposite & proportion of each other. For example: But there is a fine article on Classic Castle over "Avoiding the Big Gray Wall Syndrome".
  17. I thought it, however, you never know with SlyOwl… @ Fluyt and SlyOwl... THX !!!
  18. Yee,... you are crazy...
  19. No problem... we are here to help each other... Ok thx for the info,... I never check it. I'm not sure but I think it was about 150€. I have heard that in South-America Lego is EXPENSIEVE !!! I am happy that someone reminds this also. I agree with what you say about the fact that some differences do exist even as a transition status & sometimes differences just go way out of control. But we talking about the year 1993. It's more then 15 years ago when they made this notice.
  20. Stereotypes sell... otherwise a blond girl with big (°)(°) wasn't so popular... If you look to other toys of Indiana Jones you see Marion Ravenwood like this (by Hasbro and ???): Isn't that a stereotype... Woman / pan / kitchen
  21. I agree with this... but over all nice !!!
  22. Elves or Woodmen... TLC is the only one how knows it. But if you look at the picture from SlyOwl and the text in the picture - mystery and magic... and then compares it with "see the "original" depiction of elves. High cheek bones and slanty eyes". I see some "hints" for Elves on the face of the mini figure in the picture. But if Elves will be released by TLC I hope they don't make the head look like this: or
  23. You find it on Bricklink via Plate, Modified 3 x 2 with Hole (Train Coupler Closed) with Hook The part was used in these sets I did a very quick look for the "Key Chain" on Bricklink but could not find it.
