You mean like this? (Couldn't help myself... X-D) God Bless, Nathan

I hope to go A4 plastic polybags in a binder soon. Right now they are all stacked on a shelf (no. order by theme...) God Bless, Nathan

I saw this interesting link on Lugnet and thought it would probably merit discussion over here... God Bless, Nathan

It is called "Battering Ram" because it does have a working ram which 'opens' the little door in the wall. It's sister set 6061 Siege Tower (to be reviewed at some other time) connects with it and is most definately a 'siege tower'... God Bless, Nathan

I should also mention the obscure bit of castle trivia, this is the only set I know of to have a shield displayed on a lance in place of a flag... it looks quite good from some angles, and rather poor from others. God Bless, Nathan

A few years back the Legoland parks material was still based on classic Lego pirates...more sentimental value for me anyway. God Bless, Nathan

Even though TheBrickster has all ready posted pics... here is the link Skinny Boy was going for (too many 'http//'s). God Bless, Nathan

Great as always! I particularly like the disguised net! God Bless, Nathan -
In all my life up to two years ago I only ever recieved one set missinga part... In the last two years I have had about 12 sets issing parts and numerous broken/misprinted/wrong parts. Something has changed. As to the roof pieces I always understood there to be two molds (older and newer) but that shouldn't apply to the 1x1s so I'm confused. God Bless, Nathan

I like all of them, great find, as always Hobbes! Edit: Looking at them again I particularly like this one ... really captures the slump the lego community went through (not Bionicle specific of course). God Bless, Nathan

That is actually a great general point! Why didn't I think of that?! God Bless, btw welcome Jeorge! Esp. to Castle and Pirates

Johnny Thunder IV narrowly edged out Sangye Dorje and Harry Cane for the top spot... But overall I like the villains' torsos better. Will an 'ugly' poll be next? :-P Thanks for all this great effort and God Bless, Nathan

I built a medieval ship ages ago, (not a realistic one), the only thing I would suggest is keeping the deck low if you are going for a smaller ship so that you don't end up with a galleon... my poor effort. I'll have to try a ship again some time. God Bless, Nathan

I always like more reviews (with different perspectives)! It was especially nice to see all the shots of the serpent (I didn't build mine as I was in a hurry to get back to MOCing...) Thanks again and God Bless, Nathan

Review: unnamed exclusive Pirates set (& no set number)
Norro replied to ApophisV's topic in LEGO Pirates
Nice review... but has lego ever given a set no. to an item without legp pieces? God Bless, Nathan -
The Adventures of Johnny Thunder 4

Congrats! As to the story the JP opening quote comes to mind (and that wasn't a Trex related thought pattern) "shoot her!" God Bless, Nathan -
I'm not a fan of the new packaging either (surprise ;-) ) but since I'm normally just parting out the sets I don't have the extra time to give to building/sorting... I want it all to go on MOCing! God Bless, Nathan

Hi, welcome, and remember when loving all types of lego that castle is first among equals ;-) God Bless, Nathan Side note: The English quotient is really on the rise, were you all recruiting at the event? X-D

Am I the only one who likes this torso as a sort of elite knight/courtier? Anyone else use it that way? I quite like it as an elite guard. God Bless, Nathan

What is rigid foam going to do to a rampaging Phes Armarda?! God Bless, Nathan

Last time I was at Windsor I found this stall a little insulting (no actual pirate sets...). Oh well a sword will do :-P God Bless, Nathan

Hi and welcome! Hope we can expand you beyond town... say castle for instance! Enjoy... God Bless, Nathan

A landmark set though more for concept than quality... 6044 King's Carriage Year: 1995 Elements: 120 Figs: 4 list Price: $16.50 (USD) Lugnet score (out of 100): 75 Review # 5 Resources: -Comments left on Lugnet -Building instructions and Set inventory from Peeron The Thoughts of the (adjective) Norro: ...in under a word per brick... For some reason this set was released later than the other Royal Knight sets in my area. As a result I looked forward to it eagerly (since I had so enjoyed the other sets) and perhaps spoiled the set with too high of expectations... The figs are great and so is the concept but the carriage only looks good from certain angles and could use a few more pieces to 'bulk' it up. Perhaps the bounty of figs had made it hard to keep the set in its target price range, as it is it came out at an odd price point. One other notable is the inclusion of a cloth flag in a smaller set. Guest Minifig Comments: There I am being knighted! Who the man, err knight?! The discomfort of having my legs put on backwards was worth it. The only downside is that once I get back up you won't be able to tell me apart from the other soldiers in the set... I suppose that's what makes us an 'army builder'. It is also nice to be included in such a unique box scene. I'll be a legend... It's So Great I Must Have It Now: -On Bricklink -Or some non-lego specific site no one has ever heard of... comments welcome as always... God Bless You, Nathan
