  1. I have a (growing) City of with an area of 6x5 roadplates. So, what do I use? First of all, I use a sheet/blanket to cover my sets when not in use, but... When I do occassionally clean it (about twice a month), I first use a wiper to clear off the main layer of dust, then I use one of those seperate "static dry sweeping cloth" things for the hard to reach spots (the LEGO studs, in between tight edges, etc.). The brand that I prefer is Swiffer. It does a great job in terms of static cling. Lastly, if that doesn't work, I use a damp paper towel to wipe off deep ground-in dirt/dust. I also highly recommend for you to use a toothpick (or straightened paper clip) along with the static cloth or towel to get down to the nitty-gritty. Of course, this process takes alot of time, but the results are worth it. ;) And I advise you not to use the hairdryer if it gives off a high amount of hot air, since it might damage and warp the LEGO. (Not good. >-| ) Also, if the LEGO stickers were carefully applied, it won't have any problems with exposure to water. They are mostly waterproof. HOPE THIS HELPS! *satis*
  2. VERY NICE! As a City fan, I congratulate you. Keep up the good work! ;)
  3. I don't know when they will be availabel worldwide, but it is true that there are no "search results." However, when you search for the specific product number, the sets show up. (But you still can't order them... :( ) Here are the links: Viking Warrior Challenges the Fenris Wolf (7015) Viking Boat Against the Wyvern Dragon (7016) Viking Catapult versus the Nidhogg Dragon (7017) Viking Ship challenges the Midgard Serpent (7018) Viking Fortress against the Fafnir Dragon (7019)
  4. Great job! I like your use of different elements to make a "skeleton" sort of thing... :P
  5. Thanks for the news. ;) It was already online yesterday...nothing we haven't heard of yet...
  6. If this continues, the meaning of LEGO will be totally different...everything will be a huge <insert that tiresome argument> piece! (Oh, joy...) *devil*
  7. Nice work!! Just can't wait until the day! Imagine it...celebrating Independence Day (in the U.S.A.), enjoying the fireworks and a having a BBQ while roaming into the haunted mansion...It'll be a great day!
  8. THESE ARE FABULOUS! I use it every single day! They can remove just about anything. Including plates, bricks, tiles, and complicated SNOT designs. However, like snefroe said, it is most useful for removing mostly smaller plates (no bigger than a 4x4 plate).
  9. Fine by me... Delays are okay...as long as they don't last TOO long... ;)
  10. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
  11. Yes...hopefully in time for the holiday season...now that is smart thinking... *satis*
  12. EVEN MORE NEWS?! First Dino Attack, then new Star Wars, then a strange, unexpected LEGO sale, and now BIONICLE...I don't know how much more I can take!
  13. Ok...I'm looking forward to seeing the completed mansion. And we won't ever pressure such a impressive builder like you. Take your time. ;)
  14. WELCOME BACK, DARTH EWOK! P.S. I'm also ready!!
  15. Isn't the official LEGO magazine available to residents outside the U.S.A. too?
  16. I'm sorry. Even though I'm a town/city fan, I don't have a monorail, and track has very little use if I don't have the an actual monorail...
  17. It doesn't seem to work...we need someone with experience in pictures...
  18. MORE LIGHT UP (helicopter dinosaur)?! :| Anyways, I don't think I'll be getting any just yet. If they go on sale (propably soon), then maybe I'll change my mind. However, if I do buy it, I'll only get it for parts. Being a town/city fan, building these Dino Attack models in my City won't look quite right. >-|
  19. Keep it coming...ALL new female members welcome...and I bet all the guys here agree... :D Enjoy your stay!!
  20. I hope you can resist opening just one of each, as new LEGO sets are always tempting... ;) :D
  21. I just wanted an update...When is the mystery actually going to start?
  22. G'day! I'm glad you joined, because there's always fun, fun, fun at Eurobricks!! (Sorry if I was a little too enthusiastic on the greeting. :P )
  23. Well, Congrats on your purchase. Give us some of your insights once you get the sets. I'm sure you will. ;)
  24. You are really into this, aren't you? How much did this cost?
