  1. Aaahhh!! Nice holder. I like your idea of the flame piece to fasten the iPod.
  2. I'm pretty sure they are actual printed Viking torsos made by LEGO.
  3. Hahaha. I like this thread actually. It reveals how LEGO also copies its competitors instead of the usual thread of pointing out how its competitors copy LEGO. And we have facts to prove it. I repeat, this is a very good thread.
  4. I mean, take a look at TECHNIC sets and pieces...they have holes for those TECHNIC pins and axles. Therefore, because of those holes, there is not any printing here. However, on pieces that have smoother surfaces with little or no holes, there is printing.
  5. LEGO often uses stickers in sets for details, instead of using real LEGO elements for details or greeblies.
  6. It doesn't look good in LEGO's point of view, as LEGO stickers began widely appearing in the early 1970's. And MegaBloks were officially launched in 1985. So technically, LEGO began using stickers first.
  7. Actually, I hate to admit this, but I like the Paradisa sets. IMO, Paradisa sets are just Town sets aimed at females (instead of the regular male approach, like that of today's new City line).
  8. No minifigure in 5994. However, only $0.97 for a set with 27 pieces is a great deal.
  9. If it keeps going like this, the delays are going to be longer than I thought.
  10. WELCOME, LOST VIKING! You'll enjoy it here. But... I sense a Bloody Jay Viking team-up there...I hope my city won't fall victim to your mass of warriors. :D :P
  11. Nice find. I should go Walmart hunting more often. I could use the extra parts. ;)
  12. Yes, all so true. Good thing I editted my post after Jipay banned him. It's people like him that I don't like. And I'm sure most people agree with me.
  13. Calm down. I'm sure we can work something out. cvcvcv, here's what everyone is suspicious about: 1) Your name is very similar to our previous member who caused us much trouble: vcvc. 2) You stole images, like vcvc 3) You don't use the "Edit" button, like vcvc 4) You have bad grammer and spelling, like vcvc Therefore, we believe that you are vcvc, unless you have the proper evidence that you are NOT who we think you are. EDIT: THANKS FOR BANNING HIM, JIPAY. There is peace again, but for how long? Especially with vcvc still roaming around. He'll probably register under a different name again soon. :|
  14. |-D |-D |-D |-D I can't stop laughing! How do you come up with these things?! |-D |-D |-D |-D
  15. Hahaha! Good one. |-D Isn't it one of those "impossible" puzzles?
  16. No, not anyone that we know of, YET... However, Eurobricks CLUES participants will be solving a mystery in this mansion. Therefore, we will be staying here for quite some time. See my signature for the link to the mystery. It has begun! (No non-participant posting, however.)
  17. You don't mean PIRATES, do you...
  18. Ahem...chewie...that would give away clues to the mystery. However, pictures of the interior will show up soon enough, as the mystery progresses. Stay tuned. ;)
  19. I'll be the first to introduce myself. I'm Mr. Lego Bildur, and I work for the Lego City Construction Department (LCCD). I'm quite surprised that you don't remember me. As a construction worker, you should constantly see me working on new construction projects around the city.
  20. You know I said it to you in chat, but I'll say it again. The details are absoultely stunning. And I love how you made your own landscape. Two thumbs up!
  21. YAY!! Finally it has begun! However, I don't see anything new other than the pictures.
  22. Ahhh...so that is what brick paper is. It could prove to be useful someday.
  23. What is brick paper, first of all?
  24. Not really many questions covered here--probably because it contains mainly old news/information.
