  1. CONGRATS! It's a good thing that there are still SOME kind hearted people in this world, educating others. Good job! ;)
  2. Yes, most baseplates are already available, including: -Basic green baseplate -Basic blue basplate -Large grey baseplate -a varity of roadplates P.S. Try to use the edit button...it is available on all the posts that you type. ;)
  3. I'm guessing, at least 4...
  4. WOW! Very good job! The stabalizers are okay, as far as I'm concerned. I can see the detailed relationships between the real one:
  5. I really don't think there are going to be minifigures. You see, on the first couple of pages, it was believed to for LEGO to provide a online "bulk order" service. But later, that was confirmed to be a rumor. Now, it is believed that on August 1st, there would be a similar service, but with a limited amount/selection of bricks. This is why I think the minifigure ordering won't be available.
  6. Of course Mister Phes is crazier. Sarg "Duplo" is no match for him... :D :P |-D
  7. HELLO and WELCOME! P.S. To cahnge your rank/rating, just keep on posting. The more you post, the higher your rank. When you reach 10 posts, you will be ranked "Quarter Member." ;)
  8. Thanks for the news, Bloody Jay! These sets look really interesting. But what I noticed is that these mini-models aren't all on the same scale. For example, look at the "Amusement Park" and the "Airport." The vehicles are not the same scale. IMO, the prices won't be too high, as SuvieD said, as these are all basic parts with little or no special/<insert that tiresome argument> parts and no minifigures.
  9. So, how do you like your City Fire Truck, Chewie?
  10. Does anyone here actually believe in aliens of any sort? According to studies, males believe in aliens more than females. *wacko* And I agree, that video is funny. Funny, but wierd... 8-|
  11. It is huge! I might change my mind and not get any of them, even if they do go on sale (although the parts are nice)... BTW: I already posted this same link in the "Dino Sets--Not that good" thread. See the last page. ;)
  12. My worst nightmare has come true!! This is the hardest poll I had to answer so far! I love all of the City sets (BTW, I have all of the City sets)!! But I guess my favorite would have to be the Fire Truck, just for its design and playability/detail. IMO, the Police Station is my second favorite. I just bought 2 more because it went on sale at LEGO Shop@Home. I think all of the City sets are fantastic!!
  13. Anyone who wants to view pictures of the #7474 and #7475 sets, visit Brickshelf. To me, they look way too out of minifigure scale...
  14. Great job! 8-| Do you have any idea on how big the finished house is going to be? 8-| What other rooms is it going to feature?
  15. This is insane! The highest price on Bricklink is currently $999.00 + $1.00 to $2.00 S&H = $1,000+! The highest and only price for instructions on this set is $99.00 + Free S&H = $99.00!
  16. Is there anything else in the other barrels? If not, lets take some food and some wine, if you please, and start heading upstairs. We can carry the canned food. We can pour some of the wine in the pots and carry it upstairs.
  17. I'll be more than willing to go down the ladder!
  18. That is a fabulous piece of work! :oD It could fit in one of my houses. I loved how you used SNOT techniques! Great job! :) ;)
  19. According to BZP.com, this is a Toy 'R' Us Exclusive set.
  20. I post regularly. About 6 posts a day, according to my statistics...
  21. Wow! How do you ever find the surface area and volume on that? It seems pretty hard! :D
  22. I meant that TLC (not the owner of the set) uses photo-editing software to perfect the box photograph. If you are wondering about the color of the stickers on the owner's photograph, that is explained above.
  23. They edit the photograph, of course! ;)
  24. Ummm...Mr. Phes, were you trying to find a website like that on purpose? |-/
  25. I'm not sure, but hypothetically, yes. TLC's stickers are very close to the color of the bricks. If you look at the unapplied stickers, they seem like the same color, but when you look at the applied stickers, the color varies...
