  1. Hmm...very good! What kind of vig. are you planning to make?
  2. If it is, what was the official final count of the number of surveys?
  3. Personally, I have never applied custom stickers, only tried to make them, but you only need to draw MS paint, drw it to scale and print it out. For scaling purposes and to get the right size, I suggest that you look at Red Bean Studio. Click on the provided link, and on the left navigation panel click "How-To" Click on "Downloading and Printing Your Own Stickers" and you'll find tons of helpful tips. Also, look at some of his stickers for judging the scale of your custom sticker. As for the sticker themselves, you can either print the stickers out (either on glossy for new pieces, or regular for pieces that have little luster or have lost their shine) and glue it on using a glue stick. If you want to print on sticker paper, you could use self-adhesive mailing label stickers (either clear or white). But for the best decal results, I highly recommend water-slide decals. With these stickers, the part/s the stickers look like they were actually printed onto the piece themselves! However, ther is a downside to this. The sheets of water-slide decal paper are expensive. Here in the U.S.A, I have found many sites, but the international shipping is outrageous! Look for a more local source. Most art or hobby supply stores should have them. Still the results will vary depending if you are using a laser or inkjet printer. Generally, laser printers produce a much better quality. Once you have the stickers, look back at the Red Bean Studio, How-To: "Using Water-Slide Decals." Hope this helps! Good luck and have fun! ;) :)
  4. Applying what I know in latin, "GEORGIUS II DEI GRATIA" is translated "George II by the grace of God" The above is from my knowledge, but doing some research, this is what I found: "M B F ET H REX F D B ET L D S R I A T ET E" is in short for: King of Great Britain, France and Ireland, Defender of the Faith, Duke of Brunswick and Lueneburg, Arch Treasurer and Elector of the Holy Roman Empire. As some of you might have noticed, the picture of the coin says "GEORGIVS II DEI GRATIA" instead of the described "GEORGIUS II DEI GRATIA" This is because it was later revised with the different lettering and an older bust of the King George II. The eariler ones was minted from 1732 to 1741 (carved by , followed by the older bust used from 1743 to 1751. There were also ones minted in silver and/or gold in both versions. It is worth quite a large sum of money today. The value is at least $2,325 (or
  5. Thanks for the fast response. I have e-mailed you once again with my "Haves" and "Wants" lists. Thanks agian. I'm sure we'll have a deal in no time!
  6. I might be interested in some of the Town items up for trade... Can you give me some of your site links? And I might have to e-mail you, since I don't know the "other locations" unless you provide them. ;) But I can't deliver anything until Thursday (after I get back from visiting Canada). Thanks in advance. ;) EDIT: I just sent you an e-mail. ;)
  7. Brickster: Even though the single door appears to be locked, can we peek inside? Also, when you say "the seal of the state of Oregon" what do you mean exactly? The image on the state flag? If so, which side? (The Oregon state flag has two different sides.) Does the sofa have cushions? If so, can we lift them up to investigate?
  8. NO!! We have been looking forward to this day, and now we have this unfortunate news. *sigh* >:( Oh well, I guess it was too good to be true. Least here in the U.S we will hopefully get the Factory ordering system soon. LEGO has lived up to MOST its promises.
  9. So many people going on vacation! Farewell and good luck (and have some fun while you are at it) to you both!! Well, I guess, I'll announce my departure also (sadly, but truely): Even though it is only for 3 days and 2 nights, I'll be going to Quebec, Canada to visit my relatives. I'll be leaving at around 7 AM EST on Monday and coming back sometime in the afternoon on Thursday. Don't worry though, I'll still be online (just not as much), since I'm bringing my laptop/notebook computer, but I'll miss you guys!
  10. Lost Viking: Thank you for the pictures, but I have posted the same link above. ;)
  11. I guess you are right. Let's head back up. On to the second floor! We are bound to find something there...
  12. Let's back track a moment. If we were careful, there should be some footprints leading to Mr. Crowley, since this is a dirt cave. We should look for the more worn footprints and ignore the fresh footprints we just made. We could then see which, if any, of the group's footprints match the more worn footprints. Maybe this could get us somewhere. What do the rest of you guys think we should do next?
  13. How big is the gate? Does it have any markings on it that could be of importance? This just doesn't make sense. Why would there be a gate down here? There could be a big secret behind there. May I ask you Brickster, which way is the tunnel heading towards? And how far away (we could estimate) from the stairway is currently the gate at?
  14. For anyone who still wants more, in-depth pictures, see this Brickshelf gallery.
  15. Why do LEGO toys have value to you? As my first toy, they can be used (and re-used) from childhood to adulthood, and you can never get bored of them. They provide me everyday with enjoyment. As a student, quality LEGO products provide much fun in a stressful world of ours. What makes LEGO brand construction toys worth your money? As mentioned before, they can be used over and over again. One day the LEGO bricks can be one thing and the next day, it can be a totally different toy. What you can create is only limited by your imagination. Also, as I think about the future, LEGO products brings me a sense of early childhood, a less hectic world in today
  16. Take a look at this folder at Brickshelf. Here's a sneak peek:
  17. IMO, the rings wouldn't fit even though it did once belong to Mr. Crowley, because it was mentioned before that the body was worn away and skeletal. About the worn heels, this inditcates thats the body could be indeed dragged from place to place. So, are there any skid/scratch marks on/near the body that lead futher into the "tunnel"? If so, how far dos it go and how far does the tunnel itself go? What do the rest of you guys think?
  18. Yes, there are many possibilities. There could be a R/C system for the electric tracks themselves. Controling the flow of current and the direction of the train. This would seem like the best option.
  19. Holy megablock! :oo But wait one minute, here! Is this the only sign of injuries made to Mr. Crowley? Should we, um, futher examine the body? (Don't invade his privacy or aggravate the dead though! They can be a powerful force, not to be reckoned with! :^D ) EDIT: On second thought, look in the pockets and the shoes. Also, the bump on the head could either be a huge clue, or just misc. information. This also goes for the statement brought upon Bloody Jay... Just my thoughts on this matter...
  20. Hello and Welcome to our friendly little boards!
  21. Interesting indeed. If he was to murder Mr. Crowley in the wine cellar, persay, would he have hidden the body in this secret passage? So, where is the body now? Is it found, in the autopsy room or still missing? If it is still "at large" there might be a grusome discovery in one of those barrels.
  22. What a relief! ;) P.S. I hope you restarted your computer when the Antispyware software asked you to! If not, it might soon resurface again!
  23. This yet arouses another question: Can we order parts of the licensed figs? I want some of those "normal" torsos found in Spiderman and Harry Potter sets...
  24. There's shipping cost for one piece!? *wacko* How much will this be? A couple of cents? *wacko*
  25. Oh great! :| *wacko* Try this manual removal:link to eTrust Spyware Information Center-IBIS Toolbar EDIT: I wonder why the Antispyware doesn't work didn't work. You should run a full scan. Upon veiwing the results, select "Remove" on the dropdown menu next to IBIS toolbar. Next, click "Continue" on the bottom. A confirmation dialogue box will pop up. Click "OK". Wait for it to remove it and restart your computer. After restarting, if a dialogue box pops up saying that some files aren't found, it is normal. Actually, this is your comfirmation that the spyware was removed. Hoped this helped!
