WOW! not quite sure how I missed this topic. My first Castle set and first LEGO set ever was... That was the start, and it really hasn't slowed down. Some great memories looking through this thread. Thanks.

I have seen nothing regarding Cad Bane's Speeder as of yet. There is a ton of potentail for figures in that set though. Kind of exciting!

I sensed this topic getting a bit off track, but it looks to have returned. Do remember though, this is a toy aimed at kids, not hormonally charged teenagers! And Darth Legolas, take it easy. Actually, if they did change the torsos (and I'm not saying they will or have), it would constitute a new minifigure, and since kids love the minifigures, then it would be a brilliant move for LEGO. So to say "No, not really" in a thread which is all about speculation, rumors, and gossip...seems a little too much.

Agreed! The accessories are fantastic, just give him time to make them. As Omicron said, they are all handmade to order.

Star Wars is the best selling line in the states, and number 2 in Germany, LEGO's second biggest market. I cannot see why TLG would let their relationship with Lucas expire. Now, back on topic... Just so you are aware, the 10XXX series of sets are all Exclusives in the states, and usually a single retailer in countries without LEGO stores. That doesn't mean UCS (USC is University of Southern California), it doesn't mean big set with lots of figs, it just means Exclusives. If LEGO wants to call it a UCS, then I guess they can, but as Mutley said, UCS 'usually' means the little detailed info card. 2 sets with Cad Bane sound good, let's just hope they each include rare figures. Lots of opportunities still, a lot of opportunities.

Saw 8048 at a LEGO store yesterday in Chicagoland, so they are out in the states; at least as of yesterday!

Well, I feel like I have been down this road before, and I really must say, it sucks just as much as I thought it would. Both Antares and Michael bring forth excellent points. He said, she said, this happened, that happened, he left up the seat, she always leaves it down....All I know is we need a vote. Based on all the information I have, some of it being private conversations with others, I choose: Vote: Suze Antares/Shadows You are good, very good. Most of my suspicions match up to what Michael also feels. But then again, so do ours. I feel that this is the way I must vote. AND, if I am wrong and Antares is found uninfected, because most all of my last minute information/confirmations are coming from a single source (look up one post), then I am sure that whoever the new night killer is for us un-infected will strike at Michael and leave nothing but a bloody, alien puss-like mess.
