Upcoming releases & rumors please. Let's not discuss how LEGO runs it's company please. Thank you.

US LEGO stores (Europe too?) are running a promotion for the new VIP card. If people sign up for the card (instore) and then register (online) before the end of February, they could win one of these figures. There are 25 available to each store. They are/were also available to children who attend a LEGO Club Meeting in February.

I'll be honest, cypress trees are not something that any LEGO fan I know would trade or sell. These are really rare and can average about $25 USD and up. My advice to you... Ebay and Bricklink at this point. Good Luck!

Post updated with a few items I am looking for. -
I'm going to move this to multimedia and culture. Boba Fett shaking his head was great.

Hey Deino, Happy Birthday man. Anychance you gonna be coming to Brickworld, maybe shoot a few people in the head?

I'm sure we will see Train sets this summer in the states.

Phipson, THAT is a masterpiece! How many speeds does it have? Seriously though, this looks really good. The fact that it is solid and can stand up on it's own is really great. Now, if you can rebuild it and seal up all the seams...

NOT! Seriously TGBG, do these sets really suck? Why? You say they suck, then you go on to say how some things are ok; that there are good pieces in some of these. I'm really confused. Please clarify for those of us who do not share your constant pessimistic attitude. Thanks.

Does Space Police III promote racism and xenophobia?
Stash2Sixx replied to Sonic Screwdriver's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
From trends we have seen, it sure looks like it. But as others have said, that could be said about many themes. I do find it funny though. Amusing topic guys! -
WELCOME BACK! I am quite familiar with your work, back in the day. Glad to see you.

Happy Birthday Svelte. It's nice when the pets leave you presents, isn't it?

Ok, main list has been updated. I will hopefully get a few of these put up for the weekend. Anyone wanna take a try at a sigfig for BrickworldBryan, maybe shoot me the pic in a pm? It doesn't matter if you know him or not, just give it a shot. Brickme, I think Natman changed his sigfig multiple times last year. No problem, just don't change it again. You might make me angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry!

EspEth12, Thanks for your contribution. We just so happen to have a member by the name of The Enigma that is Badger, or just plain old Badger, on our forums. Badger is a spokesman for Brickarms and he tends to keep us updated with all of the news coming out of Brickarms when he can. I just wanted to let you know.

Speculation is fine. Trying to sort out rumors is fine. Discussions are fine. Personal attacks are not. I think a few people in this thread need to cool off. Go outside and walk around for a bit, then come back and discuss the multi-faced canopy or the use of a carbonite block. So let's relax and discuss this like adults and not angry children, or a few people are going to be taking a break. Thank you.

Fantastic work. I love the custom weapon that troll is holding! Nice opportunity for a business.......

Star Wars The Clone Wars Season 2 Discussion
Stash2Sixx replied to DarthSion's topic in Culture & Multimedia
I see so many more opportunities for the Jedi to use the force to close doors, push items, knock over fools, etc, etc, etc,.... But I guess they don't want to make the Jedi overpowering because that would just change the storyline entirely. When Anakin cut into Marek, I laughed. I found it funny how Obi Wan and Satine were bickering with Marek about who would do it, and a future Sith Lord sneaks into the scene and BAM! He's dead. This season has been so much more enjoyable than season one. I really enjoy the fact that many of the episodes have gotten away from the "kid friendly" atmosphere. And yes, I agree, Obi Wan is "thee" bad megablocks and would look too much like a kid without his beard! -
I also feel this is becoming a LEGO Wargaming topic. Have you actually played RISK Dan? This being the 40th Anniversary Edition, which is a really sweet version, but any version will do. Take a look at the rules and how the game is played. Now you will understand why everyone is saying "go microscale." Now, if you choose to go a wargame route, then by all means, cool. I just don't think, my opinion here, that you should call it "LEGO Risk." Risk is a very popular game and has a strong history, over 40 years as you can see from the version in that picture.

Daniel, I have merged your trading topics (all 8) into a single post. Please keep it that way and just update your posts. If you need help or have any questions, feel free to ask a staff member.

Let's be careful not to start describing what a specific module should be. This can take a lot of creativity out of the project. I agree wth KimT on the baseplates though. Go big or go home! 48x48 would be a great size to incorporate lots of detail.

Personally, I think they should have made the Wampa in blue, with googly eyes. I don't think one person in this thread would have complained. Seriously though, I think the CTT looks huge because it is huge! Hang in there everyone. The other toy fairs are coming. Didn't we see pics of the AT-OT set from the New York Toy Fair last year?

Star Wars The Clone Wars Season 2 Discussion
Stash2Sixx replied to DarthSion's topic in Culture & Multimedia
WOW! All those links, there was some great stuff in there. Thanks guys. DarthSion, that Feloni interview for IGN was amazing! Bossk. Bossk! More bounty hunters? Season 2 is amazing so far. And with the Mandos stoppin by for a three-parter? On a side note, I actually liked the last episode, "Lightsaber Lost." If not just to see new characters, faces, and races, I really enjoyed the environment. It reminded me a bit of the scene in AoTC where Obi Wan and Anakin went after Zam. What was really cool was seeing them running atop the roofs...it was just like Bounty Hunter, one of the best Star Wars video games, of coursed based on Jango Fett. -
It's truly going to be a great game. The two top seeds are gonna battle it out. Of coourse, it could rreally suck too, but I don't think so. I'm looking forward to this one. All my Bear fan friends will be at the party this year and most of them are pulling for the Colts too. Really nice to see your team making the playoffs almost every year. Patriot fans, I am sorry. I don't hate you. Always a good game when Pats battle the Colts. I too was rooting for the Vikings Sunday. Tough loss. Saints fans, it'll be good.
