To me, this just doesn't seem right. I can't tell if it's a complaint thread or not, because you have gone in different directions. First this, then a thread about every other state? This site is for LEGO first people. LEGO!

I would be more than willing to assist in moving these poor souls' bodies to a final resting place of peace. Such a horrific way to go, and during such an important time for all of us. Just as we seem to be making progress, we have friends who are victims of these voracious attacks. I am slightly concerned for the valley girl maid who appears to be possessed by the spirit of ebonics.

Talk to the Star Wars Moderators and Regulators
Stash2Sixx replied to KimT's topic in LEGO Star Wars
As far as I know, you just did! By all means, do your review. Take your time and do it to the best of your ability. Sure, sometimes it seems that someone else may have "stolen your thunder" by doing the same review, but don't let that get you down. People will usually read any and all of the different reviews on the same set. It just gives the reader more information on the item they were looking to gain information on in the first place! -
Talk to the Star Wars Moderators and Regulators
Stash2Sixx replied to KimT's topic in LEGO Star Wars
When I close a topic or move it, I always send a message to the member that started the thread. Mos_Eisley knows why the thread was closed, and I know why the thread was closed. That's all we need! All you need to know is that it was done for a reason. No, it was not closed because I had nothing better to do this weekend! -
If you could revive one production year's sets...
Stash2Sixx replied to Mos_Eisley's topic in LEGO Star Wars
No. However...after some thinking I have decided to go ahead and open this thread back up. Those of you that were upset, my apologies. I did not plan to upset anyone, but I did have my reasons. In the future, I will be a little bit more descriptive as to why I close a thread. So please, feel free to contribute and answer Mos_Eisley's question. -
The Battle Packs have all had four figures, at minimum, so far. I can't see them making a Battle Pack with 3 figures, otherwise it would be a magnet set! THIS IS THE 2010 PICTURE AND RUMOR TOPIC! STAY ON IT! Or else I'm locking this down and you kids are actually gonna have to go outside for a while!

Lord Edward Griffin checking in. -
Moved to the MCW.

Thanks for the flashback! I remember when these things came out. Of course, I also remember that the Discovery Store carried Star Wars LEGO that year. They had these things clearanced at half off. Yup, half off. I remember making a few trips that week. As has been suggested, by showing us some more pics of the minifigs and a few more of the ship from different angles, you would give us a fairly complete view of this ship. Nice job on your first review!

Just 5 figures with the Landspeeder guys, at least that's what it looks like. Your Garindan is just a figment of your imaginations.

My wanted sigfigs, including Staff & Members
Stash2Sixx replied to JCC1004's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
Check out my Flickr gallery, I have a lot of SigFigs in there, and I will update it in the near future also. -
I don't seem to understand why there is so much chatter in a "User Picture Thread?"
-
First off, those of you that are trying to offer corrections...try being a little nicer about it. When typing something into a thread on the internet, tone can be very hard to discern. And smilies don't do a thing. I can be super rude to someone and throw ten smilies on the page, all it's gonna do is make that person angrier! Second, there needs to be a source or two where all this information is coming from so you can all stop bickering like 9 year olds! Third, my concern that this could turn into a mess is slowly coming true. Let's see what KimT says about this before I do anything else.

Do you get catalogs and what do you do with them?
Stash2Sixx replied to Clone OPatra's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Yeah, I keep 'em. The oldest Shop at Home one is from 1995. The oldest catalog contained in a set is from 1989, when the Pirate line was released. I don't know your exact term of 'organized' but I do have a pile of the current Shop at Home catalogs. -
I know, I saw this the other day. I guess someone at that site read our thread.

This just wrapped up in Indy at the Children's Museum there, and as far as I know, there were no promotional sets. I would love to be proven wrong, but any promos released would most likely consist of current pieces and very simple builds.

1st Annual Redcoat VS. Bluecoat Tournament of Retribution
Stash2Sixx replied to Commodore Hornbricker's topic in LEGO Pirates
Yeah guys, sorry, but with work and everything else I had to remove myself. I sent Hornbricker a PM to let him know I was out. -
I have a feeling that PoP is gonna be amazing! And yes, I feel that Indy and Pop could exist. PoP would be based on the "Castle" theme if we had to pick, so maybe a cut back in Castle (I would hate to see that). Indy seems more like "City", but the time frame throws me off, so maybe it would be a branch of "Pirates" due to historical aspect? Just thinking out loud...

I would like to partake in these festivities dear lord! -
Yes, please reread the rules, as they are very to the point and clear. And MOC stands for My Own Creation.

Orland Park Lego Store, Grand Opening!
Stash2Sixx replied to sologuy369's topic in LEGO Events and User Groups
I am surprised that with all the Chicagoland area people on this website, that no one has really shown interest in this. I'll be there helping out, but I guess that just scared everyone away! Sorry. Anyway, hope to see some of you there. -
I have never seen Walmart exclusives....except maybe that Jango Fett Slave I with the black storage case? Someone remind me on this one.... With the promotional items, it's very rare that we get to see them anywhere other than their intitial release location, except of course Bricklink. But, I guess you can always hope.

Yes, it has been asked, and the answer is yes, you may make a battle pack of one that has been made by someone else; race, species, faction, team, whatever. No one has the exclusive rights to anything. Except maybe George Lucas. Now, to start designing my Staff entry....
