If LEGO wants to call something UCS, they can. It's their company. UCS stands for Ultimate Collector's Series, right? They are obviously geared at an older crowd, due to piece count and the complexity of the build. The shuttle is most likely from Episdoe VI, but that's just a wild guess because it includes IMPERIALS, Luke Skywalker in Jedi garb, and Darth Vader. Why can't this shuttle be close to 3 feet tall? And on a side note, I seriously doubt that there will be a landing platform.

If you wanna word it that way, anyone who has a VIP card is in the VIP Club. It's really all the same thing. There was a promotion to boost VIP sign-ups, in the month of February, by having people sign up for VIP membership and then registering their cards online before February 28th. Those that did were automatically entered into a drawing. About 20-some full sign-ups, per store, were chosen to receive an exclusive Max minifig. This was the same minifig that was given to kids who attended the LEGO Club Meetings in February. Hope that helps Oky, and anyone else who might have been confused. I believe the plan was for VIP to be used online at some point this year. Only time will tell.....

I miss the orange piece. Good job though. Will you be giving it any weaponry, or is it more of a service unit, similar to the Powerloader.

AHHHH, you guys got to see a Boss Hoss. I got a friend in the next town over who has one of those, they are quite 'interesting.' Interesting because although they are loud and look impressive, they are obnoxiously huge. But... I would love to make it to Windsor for 2011, all depends on how the rest of 2010 goes. I'm trying to do one year at a time. For those of you stateside that are complaining about not being able to make an event, you do realize Brickworld is coming up? Copmike, Quarryman, I Scream Clone, Norro, Hinckley, DHCP1121 are just a few of the EB members who are going to be in attendance. I can't guarantee cool candy-spitting contests, but I'm sure everyone is going to have a good time. But it does look like everyone had a fantastic time in Billund this year and I really would like to participate in 2011. So Ras, get planning!

ENOUGH! It's a thread about upcoming Star Wars items, not about how others post. If it bugs anyone that much, then please just report it. I've been at work all day and when I log in, I see two reports; thank you to those of you who let me know. DO NOT MINIMOD! As far as we know, information we get is posted in the locked news topic or the first post of this thread. If it's speculation, then we mark it as such. Doesn't matter if you are well known or not. Find the table of EB peeps, just look at the map when you arrive. I'm sure we will think up a name and tell everyone here. Dates are June 17, 18, 19, & 20. 19th and 20th are the public days, so just find us and talk LEGO with us. What do you think we do at these things? Do you mean 2011? Even if you don't register, just show up, pay the fee, and check out all the awesome displays! Not sure where you are coming from, but hours are 10-4 Saturday & 10-3 on Sunday. Meet people, yes. Socialize, yes. Got to the stores, yes; you just don't get to take part in the special store events and things unless you are a registered participant.

I could frontpage it, but I would never frontpage my own work. If I do something, it's for my own enjoyment, never to appease the masses. I do enough of that at work. Besides, I like the speed this is moving. The last thing I want to do is turn people away because I am suddenly overwhelmed with requests. To those of you that have signed up, thanks. I am still working diligently on this 'motley crew.' I keep saying I'll get pics up, just so many other things tend to PoP up. Anyways, keep your eyes peeled for another update post. That one will actually be about pics on flickr. I noticed no one has used any of the Prince of Persia figs or accessories yet for their figs. Such a great line too.

WOW! You made it! Good thing I didn't even try. This looks great man, I almost choked on my food when I saw it. Nice job, lotta laughs. Very smooth working in the Arealight hair. Kids today just have no idea what we went through when we were younger. This is a great example of what fun used to be!

Are you registering or just showing up on the public days General Armendariz? I don't want to sound mean, but there is always limited space at these for MOCs. If you are registered and paid, you have the ability to get a table to display your items. If you just plan to show up for the public days, then you might not want to bring anything to display...unless you know someone is going to be watching it during the public hours. Just a few things to think about.
