  1. 1. I can pretty much confirm that this set will be
  2. I think we noticed it already, but that's a pretty nice close up Just look at the detailing in that Yoda mold!
  3. EDIT:Hey everyone I was just browsing the USA Lego Customer Service site when I came across one instruction booklet for an Old Pirate set http://us.service.lego.com/en-US/BuildingI...ns/default.aspx What do you think? (Please delete this thread as the instructions are old, but it's intriguing as I didn't know TLG CS showed such old booklets!) ( If the thread isn't deleted, please rename it to emphasise that the set is NOT brand new )
  4. Hooray for early Castle! Now for the Pirates Don't forget, with release dates in Europe there's no Thanksgiving and no Black Friday... But we still want to do Christmas shopping.
  5. ... Or any country in the world apart from most of the USA!
  6. What is is with the USA and child safety warnings! We don't have massive labels here! Can't the warning be more discrete at least? I suppose it has something to do with law - it always does... but anyway back on topic. Thanks for the review Brickster. Quite detailed for a small set. I think I preferred the preliminary collapsing wall design but this one wil do. I'll definately get this when any Pirate sets come out in the Uk. (which reminds me... )
  7. ALSO a very good point!
  8. I'm going to have a look at my nearest TRU between 12th December and 19th, unless otherwise notified. I think I found 2008 sets on 15th December at TRU Uk last year. (I found the MM Mobile Mining Unit and Indiana Jones Well of Souls set to be exact)
  9. Ah! I knew there would be a troll fortress! I'm interested to see what 'drawbridge defence is considering it's unlikely to contain a whole castle. Thanks cagri
  10. Welcome inside the community card! Doh!!! I thought you were talking about the Uk!!!
  11. Oh no. Am I in my mid-life crisis already I can basically understand what you said but it's pretty much a novel!
  12. That's a VERY good point!
  13. Don't think so, but it might be a nice pic. Yes please!
  14. In THAT CASE... TLG would be making a big mistake keeping us waiting for more months. I don't know whether this happens for anyone else but I find after time the initial hype will go and I'll think about using Pirate savings for Summer releases
  15. I don't see many people doing this, if any, but happy birthday (and soon to be Christmas!)
  16. I love this new window piece. It'll be much easier to make buildings with a square shaped window block instead of a window which has a 3 stud part on bottom and on top with gaps on the sides making a width of 5 studs (AS mentioned already!). I suppose one downside is that there was a neat inside part on the old wall making it easy to build rooves
  17. I bet someone or two on Eurobricks picked up Cannon Battle and Kraken Attack. I think lego12 is submitting a Loot Island review soon!
  18. I'm still dying to know when someone in the Uk finds any Pirates... Just like everyone else in the Uk I should think! Nice cache pics whung - I reckon it is a sign that Pirates will be available everywhere soon!!!
  19. Maybe he should book a holiday to the Uk before Christmas!
  20. I'm dying to know that as well, but I'm not sure anyone knows an exact answer!
  21. SECONDED (Especially the part about changing $ straight to another currency (€ or £)) (Anakin's Jedi Starfighter anyone? (£20 and $20))
  22. If you mean that literally, I can't see any brand new Batman.
  23. This doesn't really ring any alarm bells for me. Call me back when someone in the Uk has one cos' I'm not getting them off Ebay!
  24. I think it says on that forum page that the information was directly from a Lego employee - quite reliable... (If the poster is telling the truth... which I think they are)
  25. Yesss I won on the difficult level in only 3 minutes with 25% accuracy! A good laugh. Thanks BlueBard
