The neck is attached to the XT4 torso as shown in the following image. The HF bone snaps on to the same ball joint as the socket.

That's actually how I got the name. I took the word "stone" and translated into Malay. Anyway, thanks, everyone. :)

Sort of a revamp of Evo, with purple as the main color instead of yellow. This was largely an experiment in working with the HF build system. Skeleton:

I was rather surprised in a way by the reviews. A week or two ago, I liked Crystal Beast best, and didn't really care about the others. Now almost all of the other sets appeal to me, and Crystal Beast is low on the list.
-
Could the three signatures imply that one person designed the cocoon, one designed the figure, and one designed the beast?
-
Thanks for the review. Anyway, as for the set, I don't like it in the least. It basically looks like they took the Breez polybag and added some extras. Overall, it seems far too small for a $10 set.
-
Have these been released, or did you get them early? Anyway, thanks for the review. A while ago I wasn't too interested in this set, but lately it has grown on me. Certainly one of the best looking summer sets of the wave.

Does anyone else find it ironic that Evo Walker is actually a crawler, and Rocka Crawler is actually a walker? You would almost think the names got mixed up in production.
-
Interesting. I might just have to try that with the Brown and Dark Tan armor pieces. Does anyone know how much it might cost to buy parts in that way?

The Chima constraction sets this year look much better than the summer HF sets to me. It's a shame that they won't be released in the US, though I will probably import either Panthar or Mungus at some point.
-
Yeah, I know they are in several other colors. What I meant was just that black always seems to be used, even when a new color would be useful.
-
Is that a brown socket/hand piece on Mungus's trunk? If so, it's surprising, considering that Lego seemed to get the idea that they could get away with making only black ones. Anyway, I hope these get reseased.

Through early 2013, I build mostly simple, HF-heavy mocs. However, around April, I saw Chro's mocs, which inspired me to build to a higher standard and make technic-heavy, Bionicle-based builds.

Brickset lists the price as $35 and 35€. http://www.brickset.com/detail/?set=44029-1

Transparent bones sound great. Personally, I would choose Tr. Neon Green.

Are the villain sets full-size as usual?

Earlier, I noticed that my gunmetal 3M armors, from Raw-Jaw, are translucent when held up to the light, similar to the 2001 metallic Kanohi. I tried with other sizes of gunmetal armor, and none of them were translucent. Are all of them like that, or are mine the only ones?

Wouldn't Bricklink make more sense?

Walmart has already started discounting the wave 1 BA sets, it seems. I got Furno XL yesterday for $13. Small sets were $7.
