I’ve no idea what’s coming in the movie - but any Lego sets using fleshie figures and representing historical periods would be awesome. Indy is an added bonus! -

I mean Doozer constructions are a simple building idea for a lego set ;) -
Re the tan turtle - in UK it was previously £1.46 on B&P It is now £3.25 on the new system. That’s a huge price jump, over double, and comparable with the Dk Orange horse Digested or complete ?

No, I must be doing something wrong, though I have chosen UK in drop downmenu. I’ll try a different browser in case it’s a glitch x -

U.K. folks - when looking at the PAB/B&P can you see part prices in ££? For some reason I’m only getting €€… -

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 23. Rumors and discussion
williejm replied to Robert8's topic in Special LEGO Themes
It’s interesting that, thus far, they haven’t done any ‘tie in’ CMF series alongside big Disney, Star Wars or Marvel movies. Would seem, on paper, to make total sense. -

I mean, I think we have to assume that’s more likely if they break the recent year/series link … -

Indeed, but some comments were about a few cents … the baby elephant seems to be cheaper at least. And you can always get two tan horses with change, instead of a dark orange one… -

It’s worth saying that inflation is a thing and - certainly here in the U.K. - prices on everything are rising pretty steeply, with COVID complexities & now energy costs. -

Indeed. I have a few ‘in process’. Best practice would be to honour the cheaper price … -
Hey - you can’t talk about Queen Elizabeth like that on her jubilee!

Indeed, which I think was @SamVimes’ point - rather than criticising the design. Several of the figures from @Robert8 ‘s series are ones which Lego would likely shy away from because of the potential inferences or fallout.

Well, given that Encanto is a massive hit - maybe we can have a twelve figure Encanto series? That would give us precisely all of the main characters. I do think that the way they included moulded Eeyore in the Pooh set means that perhaps some characters that wouldn’t work as minifigures might turn up in sets or CMFs going forward. Lest we forget, Brick-built Unikitty, as well as figures with large moulded parts (centaur, Medusa, Ursula) have appeared in CMF bags … -

There are now two wheelchairs, the standard one (in grey or red) and the racing one. The standard one is usually available on B&P though you can’t always fine all the parts in stock at once! As to the toucan and foal - honestly your best bet just now is trying to source the CMFs. They will likely show up again somewhere and somehow, and may be in B&P if they are in ‘normal’ sets, but there’s not absolute guarantee - especially not in the colours they appear in CMF 22. Thus far the pattern is that CMF animals in unlicensed sets have shown up in sets or BAM, eventually. But not all have yet, and often the CMF colour or print is unique.
