Also just realised the baby raptor is a new mould, larger than the babies we already had, and with a stud on back

Blue and ‘baby blue’ are light grey with dark blue and yellow printing. quetzalcoatlus is white, with what looks like dark tan wing markings and grey and orange beak, and a blue crest. small raptor looks like it’s tan with orange on the back, with pattern printed in dark orange T Rex is tan with dark tan on the back, as well as dark brown printing for body pattern (the dark tan *might* actually be the new brown colour, hard to tell in the pics)

That is so adorable. Nice work

There’s a printed ‘baby’ raptor for Blue’s baby, but there’s also another ‘new’ raptor, smaller than the standard one, in the set with T Rex so far we have seen recolours - T. rex, raptor, dilophosaurus, baby raptor new - quetzalcoatlus, pyroraptor, smaller raptor

Lego City 2022 Rumours, Leaks, Information And Discussion
williejm replied to Powered by Bricks's topic in LEGO Town
I understand the speculation, and indeed cynicism, but think we should maybe wait to see the sets. To me it makes total sense to market farm sets to younger audiences, as they will be keen on the animals and tractors etc. Also, previous farm sets have had some large parts, to make beams, roofs, silos etc - so piece count doesn’t mean they are small pieces. Lastly, there are supposed to be SIX different animals 🐑🐑🐖🐖🐄🐄 in this set, plus three figures, and at least one vehicle - let’s not overlook how unusual, and how much that already is. -
It looks like it should transform into a tank or something

I’m sure the chimps do the smashing. I also hope it’s an excuse for a new chimp :) -

Please don’t. They’re just plastic bricks. -

I have four separate B&P orders ‘in warehouse’ since early Jan, and I haven’t had an email apologising for the delay … they must think I’m patient -
I’d actually love if they went down the ‘wild’ goat route - something like the Markhor that one of them is based on would be awesome.

Yeah, just saw some images like that - makes me think they will go with brick built… but then we did get giant eagles in LOTR/Hobbit … so it’s not impossible.

I would guess they are similar to the boat-like flying ships they had in the first Thor movie? -

I mean, I dunno what to say, Lego has moved away from moulded features - and animals are generally printed now 🤷🏽♂️ -

It’s entirely different to the old monkey, which was obviously oversized and expensive to produce. I like the new one. -

Loving the new pyroraptor, that set looks great. Diorama is awesome. Not too sure about that new triceratops colour and printing. She looks like she’s had a hard time of it, not sure she’s gonna be tricked by a carrot on a stick…

Same. It’s like an addiction. Knowing new critters are coming, and not seeing them, then not having them … then they announce new ones! I was thinking - there’s likely a good chance that the ‘wildlife rescue missions’ set includes a vehicle like a boat or helicopter. We KNOW how much Lego like to use them in City sets, and they won’t be appropriate to the farm sets … so they might appear here.
