  1. I had the same problem, and I think it was due to a problem with the app version and the brick software not updated.... Anyway it was resolved after (many) updates of both the app and the brick.
  2. There's not many weeks left... But even after the end of AG1, you'll still be able to post your builds here if you want to finish your story
  3. Not for Category D. And I'm not sure a giant zombie fits the theme of minifigs raising from the deads. Only if the support vehicle can be part of a main vehicle. Like a motorbike that can be detached from a truck body. There's no restriction regarding theme or era, so yes!
  4. Built for Battle of Pirates on BrickPirates. Theme was mythical creature.
  5. You can use any heads that you see fit, it doesn't have to be grey. Current Nexo Knight sets have nice bluish heads that could be used. You could even go yellow vs fllesh I assume you're talking about Category D? No background is required, but you can add one. But note that only the figs will be considered for the voting. That's a choice we have to do for every contest. I prefer to separate bricks and digital entries, but I couldn't have a 5th category for digital entries, so...
  6. A little MOC I did for the Battle Of Pirates on BrickPirates! I'm not satisfied by some details, so I might make an updated version when the contest ends.
  7. Week 82 is over. Welcome in week 83! Octan's fleet stays on F10.Kawashita's fleet stays on F09.M.A.N.T.I.S.'s fleet stays on G02.First Aliens moves from H03 to G03.Second Alien's fleet stays on B04.Third Alien's fleet moves from E11 to E10.
  8. A bit late, but here are my entries for the LSB contest on Flickr. I choose to create 3 speeder bikes around the same motor core, piloted by 3 members of the same family. Thomas Hendricks inventing his repulsor engine... ... and piloting his Bison Speeder Bike years later during the Vastlan Cross race. Thomas' son Paul and his Firebird in the Overkill Oval arena. Paul's daughter Maya piloting her Pixie speeder Bike during a Nightline City race. Three generations of mechanics...
  9. The only Sci-Fi element that is mandatory is zombies, undeads, or whatever you call them
  10. Hi, Actually I'd prefer you wait for AG2. Joining now would be a bit useless as AG1 is slowly getting to an end... That reminds me I really need to work on AG2!
  11. Afraid of zombies? Well you'd better avoid the Eurobricks Sci-Fi subforum this month since it will be all dedicated to our favorites undead with the Braaiiinnss!!! contest! If you want to win one of the prizes provided by The Lego Group and BrickWarriors, you'd better check the rules and enter the contest!
  12. Since the beginning of time, minifigs have suffered from illness. Throughout the world, all plastic populations had to face plagues, curses or infections, with massive casualties... But what would have been the world if at any time the dead had risen back?... The world was, is or will be a place where the Survivors have to fight the Undeads! About the Braaaiiinnns contest This contest is about zombies, all kind of zombies, but more importantly all time period of zombies! Medieval zombies, Pirates zombies, Space zombies, Friends zombies, City zombies... they are all welcome in this contest! Categories A: The Wastelands - Create a scene, no bigger than 48x48 studs, where the Undeads roam and the Survivors fight for their life. B: The Shelters - Create a scene, no bigger than 24x24 studs, where the Survivors feel safe enough to call it their home. C: The Machines - Create a vehicle used by the Survivors or the Undeads (yes, some zombies still have enough brain to drive a vehicle) D: The Survivors and Undeads - Design and assemble a group of five Survivors or five Undeads. Rules First rule: have fun! Second rule: no, Galidor doesn't count as a Lego plague. Categories A and B have size limitations that have to be respected. Some overhang is allowed, but don't abuse it. The contest will run from 27th February to 9th April 2017. As long as it's still April 9th somewhere in the world, you can still enter. Entries posted after the deadline will be disqualified. This contest is open to all EB members, even if they joined EB after the contest has begun, with the exception of the Sci-Fi staff, who is not eligible to win prizes. One entry per member and per category. You can enter all categories with different entries, but you'll be eligible to receive only one prize. All entries must be new creations, not posted anywhere else prior to being entered in the contest. You may be asked by a staff member to change your entry if it is too similar to an earlier creation. All entries must be built from real LEGO. No clone brands, but third-party custom parts are allowed, no digital entries. Custom sails and rigging are allowed. Non-Lego light sources are allowed as long as you mention it in your entry description. You can use official stickers or custom stickers. All entries must be posted as a new topic in the Sci-Fi forum, the title prefixed by, "[Brains] Cat X - Xxxxx". (For example, "[Brains] Cat B - A place to rest".) Post pictures no larger than 800x640, but you may link to bigger pictures. You may do a 'full-blown photo edit' with all the text, effects, background compositing, support erasing, and other effects on one picture. All your other pictures may have no editing other than color adjustment or background removal for a solid-color background. For obvious reasons, any photo editing that changes the shape, functionality, or color (not tint or adjustment, but actual color) of a LEGO piece is prohibited. All entries are considered WIPs (Works In Progress) until the deadline passes. Until the deadline has passed, you are allowed to change and improve your MOC. 15. The board got upgraded, hoping it would solve some problems...
  16. My first entry for a contest on BrickPirate. A sort of ABS challenge, where 4 contestants have to build as much as possible with mandatory themes or parts. Visiting the Raven God shrine by BobDeQuatre, on Flickr
  17. I'll make all the database available, so you'll be able to make all the stats you want

  19. Agreed! I was a bit dissapointed when I saw the CMF... Nothing very interesting sci-fi wise...
  20. The problem with the portal have been dealt with
  21. Thanks guys. To be honest, I never fired the disk shooter, I don't like those shooters TLG puts everywhere, and I also don't like to search the whole room for a 2x2 disk
  22. I don't think so...
  23. Using his father's Hendricks Mk 2 engine, Paul Hendricks enters the Overkill Oval as a fierce opponent. His Firebird speeder bike is extremely fast, and its engine is covered with armored plates. If any opponents happens to be in front of him, Paul can use the two laser blaster to help him pass... My first entry for the LSB contest on Flickr. My three entries' characters are from the same familly and use more or less modified versions of the same engine Paul Hendricks' Firebird by BobDeQuatre, on Flickr Paul Hendricks' Firebird by BobDeQuatre, on Flickr Paul Hendricks' Firebird by BobDeQuatre, on Flickr
