The gate is always the weakest part of a castle.
I Scream Clone replied to Kumpelkante's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
This is a really nicely done evolution of a Castle gate All three scenes are nicely done, all killer, no filler as they say. Well done and good luck. -
Wow, such a nice set and an awesome price for brown bricks and dark red tiles. Sign me up. Thanks Brickster.

REVIEW: 7306 Golden Staff Guardians
I Scream Clone replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Great review Brickster! You are right to put out the fact Jack isn't in all sets, which is nice to see as I have my fill of Dastan's, and a grease monkey shirt/torso is great I just love the mummies especially the two-sided head, it all adds up to a great small set. Cheers ISC. -
Not bad for a first MOC, smooth lines and you can feel the action, but I think a combined shot would set the mood a lot better.

No I don't, thank you, but I did hear all about it from a few people

REVIEW: 7327 Scorpion Pyramid
I Scream Clone replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Looks like some amazing parts and figures in this set Thanks so much "mini me" for reviewing this set. I can't wait to get saome Anubis and mechanic figures, and I actually quite like the lead character Jack Raines. -
Welcome to Eurobricks and what a great introduction. A really nicely built house, and at a guess I would say it might be in CCCVIII. Great job.

Well that's something you don't see everyday. Such a vast building effort. The red and black are such striking colours, it really burns the eyes and takes a little while to get used to. The details themselves are many and varied and you have done a great job in bringing the storyline to life. Well done.

Thanks for the nice comments guys. Cheers for the Blogging Cam Its actually a snake, but I guess from that angle it looks like two sausages

Who's Barrel is it?! Seems there is a bit of competition for a good barrel these days! Cheers ISC.

Thanks a heap guys, glad you got a kick out of the craziness going on in Fhloston.

Whilst some of your points are fair Green Brick Giant, insulting people about ranting on and on isn't the most mature reaction to perceived immature posts now is it? Tone it down a little and we can all keep a lively conversation moving forward. If anyone has a problem with the maturity of a post etc, by all means hit the report button and I or my trusted colleagues will be only to happy to step up and take a look see. Lets stay frosty people. If the line continues, which it will most likely in Summer (Northern Hemisphere) we may be fortunate to see some pics early next year, as it is the first half year release is packed full of themes already with which to spend your hard earned, if not continue saving up for the next Castle/Kingdoms line. Cheers ISC.

Yes a custom from Arealight.

A great quickie alex! Nice work on the pictures and content on a absolute classic.

Thanks guys. Legostein the octopus is from Toy Story truck set, so no customization on that fig.

Well done on a great Elvish sanctuary. A nice combination of colours and a nicely constructed tree as well.

Very nice work. If you want to deeplink your pics, click on "Actions" then "view all sizes", choose a pic size 800x600 or smaller, then rt click on the picture and copy image location (Firefox) or "properties" and copy the url. Use the button and place the url there. Like this

I went for Crystal trees, but yes Ice would be just as cool! Thanks. Its actually a meeting of three doctors, a Top hat Dr, Kit Fisto, and Ackbar, there is a better pic on Flickr and Mocpages. I really wanted to make use of the myriad of colours available through the last few years, no pink or purple though He is having trouble with the 3D map of the apartment block. Thanks, I was happy with a fair few of the combinations, including my new avatar. As for the elevator to nowhere, it may in time connect to something else, or it may just be a reference to The Simpsons monorail episode, just have to build the matchstick tower and giant magnifying glass now Cheers mate, thanks for having a good look over it.

Fhloston Paradise Deep in the Theta Quadrant you will find a bustling world full of holiday destinations such as this one, Fhloston Paradise, but make sure to stay vigilant some one may be looking to steal your Multi-pass! Loads more on Flickr and MOCPages Props to Dr Sinister for the Tardis design. Cheers ISC.

Lots of amazing details here Luke! Love the raised roof sections, quench, steering wheel wrought iron holding the sign post, telescopes on the chimney and the stonework and wooden tudor work beautifully as well. Did you cut brown weapons up for the fench? Definitely a favourite of mine for sure. Cheers ISC.

Top MOCer Derfel Cardarn has done it again! Another beautifully detailed Castle themed creation. This ranks as one of his finest works to date and is certainly one of my favourites! Head on over to the History Forum to take a closer look at this beauty, talk about photo-realistic Cheers ISC

Lol, damn was using the wife's laptop and the monitor is tricky for colour spotting. I have some plans for Pirate stuff moreso than Castle, though Staff can't win comps on EB Uni is done for the year and now its time for some MOCing!

Another beauty DC, really has a nice country feel to it. You just can't go wrong with Tan and Brown imho. Good luck with the competition. I am not sure if I will get anything built for CCCVIII. Keep em coming.
