  1. A really nice entry. I love all the details and nice parts usage as well. This should stand you in good stead in this competition.
  2. I would love to see the cantina band (Bith) from A New Hope. It would double quite easily into any Alien abduction MOC as well. Commence the probing A Max Rebo would be most loved as well though. You know, I would quite happily settle for all these goodies and a Greedo in a larger Mos Eisley set
  3. There is a Squiddie 16+ Group on Flickr who are trying to give Squiddie more exposure out there, so I decided to have a crack with the Dojo and Grandmaster Squiddie.
  4. I decided to post a few more pics from the following rounds of Kung Fu action. Behold.... Clam attack beats Tornado kick! Furious Boom beats Fast Flying Fruit attack! Spinning Snakes beat lame Fabio jump! Fatality You weren't attached to this were you? All Dojo'ed out now I think!
  5. Now theres something unique Nice work on trying something different. I am torn as to whether I really love it or not, but it is quite brilliant when lit up. Great idea and well built.
  6. Great work to NILTC, a really nice display Scott. Stash mentioned it was a great show.
  7. Updated the first post with loads of pics from the last few pages as well as a link to Grogall's Hi-Res pics of all boxes and contents.
  8. You might want to slow down now as your post count and rank reset at 10000
  9. Thanks a lot guys for the nice words. No Problem, I took the clear edge of a sticker sheet and cut thin strips off. These were then placed on the back of the legs onto the torso and one on top. So its all purist LEGO
  10. Thanks for reviewing this set Etzel. I like the abundance of useful parts and nice figures in this set. Might have to keep an eye out for this set.
  11. Thanks Inventor, glad you approve, I may yet take some more pics with some actual squiddie action when he busts out the moves! Cheers mate, its all legit LEGO. I cut the edges off some sticker sheets from some old waterski set.
  12. Kung Fu Squiddie Final Rounds Fatality Fighters from all around travel to compete in the ultimate fighting tournament overseen by Grand Master Squiddie. His Dojo sits atop the frozen horizon of a far off land. The trek alone is treacherous and all who make it know they may not survive the tournament either! All attempting to win favour with Grandmaster Squiddie or even usurping his leadership. Special gues appearance of Kung Fu Kelso! Posing by Mark Kelso Flickr Set. Thanks for looking.
  13. A very spooky, malevolent creation! I took the liberty of adding a deeplink for easier viewing. Check out our tutorials if you need some more help adding pictures to posts.
  14. Fine! Renamed to "Cutlass knows best, but doesn't give an alternate"
  15. Kermit sets are generally available on S@H for a period of two years if they don't sell out/stop production. Green Grocer has been around for a long period of time and has probably been taken out of production. Which country are you trying to purchase it from? This is a global site so some more info like that helps us answer your question. If you are in the US perhaps a local Lego shop will still have some in stock? This is an adult site, as a result we generally appreciate proper capitilisation etc when you are posting as well Good luck in tracking down your sets. Topic moved and renamed to help out.
  16. Thanks guys for the congrats. So Kalle, what are you doing with the pay rise? I plan on buying a solid gold house and rocket car myself
  17. A hearty Happy Birthday to you both guys Have a great day.
  18. AC this is probably one of my favourites out of all your creations. I love the the use of the tan and dark tan as well as the oasis itself. It all works really well together even down to the modules not lining up. The only thing I am not a fan of is mixing flesh and yellow figs together, but that's a personal preference and doesn't detract from the posing of the figs. Great stuff.
  19. A really nice scene packed with lovely details like the double-sided tiled drawbridge and the half plate steps on the tower supports. Frontpaged as well. Great stuff.
  20. This really is a sight to behold, well done on the beautiful and simple details you have included. Frontpaged for good measure.
  21. Tis the season to remember history, or so it seems over in the History ForumHead on over and take a look at davee123 and CollerTD's creations. Some amazing work on the Viking village and a wonderfully sculpted Castle out amongst the sands.
  22. Nice little vignette showcasing some action mookage It really is a sweet design for the Tardis.
  23. Guess again Try the Dark Wizard of Australia It was too good a line to pass up.
