  1. I like this entry, very nice, though I would suggest angling the window in line with the wall. Good luck.
  2. Well since only 3 of the 4 10200 Custom Garage were available, they also billed me the $494 dollars whilst the two lots of $545 were holding as well, so suffice to say I wasn't happy about being down $1500 on my acct for a $500 dollar purchase. I have emailed them, but got the Company line spouted with no real apologies for the extra hold End Rant!
  3. Thanks, I had completely forgotten about the replacements parts order if there is a problem. Cheers
  4. My commiserations for all the fallen warriors of the March 09 campaign Svelte! It shouldn't take rocket science to figure out that the heavier set will weigh more than the bigger boxed/lighter set. Obv the couriers don't really care about the quality of delivery. I would refer this to TLC as they are sure to want to know about the quality of the courier service they are paying. On another note, I recently placed an order, and TLC put two holds on my acct for the same amount, $545, so denying me access to 545 of my own money for almost a week before my bank cleared this up Must have been why they sent it express (without any damage, thought it was dropped in a dawn raid on the driveway) Back on topic, DJ's has 30-50% off selected toys, I will venture in to see if there are any Lego bargains to be had.
  5. Cheers guys, thanks for the input on this issue of cosistant brick colours and injection points. I guess I will take my chances on ordering the 10190 as its still an awesome set. Besides they may have addressed the problem a little by now.
  6. Hi all, Im curious to know if people are having colour issues when it comes to the quality of Dark (Earth) Blue bricks. I had heard off svelte_corps that on the initial runs of 10190, Market Street, there was considerable colour differences from brick to brick and was wondering if anyone had noticed this continuing or has it since been rectified? I also remember a review on Green Grocer that mentioned the same quality control issues on the Sand Green bricks too. Curious ISC
  7. He delivers! A very nice creation, love the wine cellar, bureau, and lantern. The yellow arches are a bit in your face though, otherwise I like it! Good luck.
  8. A very nice creation cagri! I like the atmosphere of the whole scene. The hedgehogs are nice, though the idea of an exposed computer console isn't my idea of safe The little curved barricade is a nice addition. The cannon is really well designed. Is it me or is your SNOT road bending the baseplate? Once again you have made a really nice Post Apoc creation, well done!
  9. I will bide my time for Pirates to arrive, though I do already have the Brickbeard Bounty, Shipwreck Hideout and two Cannon battles, so waiting isn't too bad
  10. A most amusing article, perhaps the first post could be edited to just have the safe PDF from Cavannus?
  11. Most likely off this guy. I ordered 100 of them and 30 of the 1 x 1 trans dark blue bricks. As for the 1 x 2 plates trans clear, they were a PAB gift
  12. The polybag that the cows come in has it printed on.
  13. I can't believe i hadn't commented on this first time around. I must have on CC or Flickr though as I do remember pooring over all the different building detailing. Yet again this is the nutz! Well done, you won a prize too didn't you?
  14. $80 seems like an awful lot for 239 pieces of Lego I heard they were stocking them for a while now, though they are on clearance on S@H for 39.99 and not even worth that according to svelte_corps!
  15. A very creative minature MOC you have built Klaus, Bravo! I really like the atrium/courtyard
  16. Better hope not! I will come visit you if it is! Aus TLC people look away, don't get any funny ideas.... On another note my Custom Garage S@H order turned up 4 days after ordering, thats just crazy. I didn't spend over $800 so I can't explain the speedy delivery from UK
  17. Hinckley has updated the skins for the site. Its been a while since the last change.
  18. Well, with all the other sweet cross section SW books it could be a large order for me too Well your welcome, I went to the Wollongong Myer, and surprise surprise, 40 boxes of droids and not one clone BP to be seen, our Myer is pretty lame, they still have MM on shelf, maybe if the big walker goes on special I will weaken.... Well according to this site they have 170+ shops, I had no idea they were that big, must be smaller regional centres I guess, the only ones near me are holiday towns Quick look in their catalogue shows no Lego on sale
  19. ROFL, absolute gold there D! Now I wish that was my login name No new TRU catalogue yet, and nothing on lasoo.com.au. This is probably a good thing for the wallet.
  20. I had already seen this amazing creation on Flickr, but had to post again! DNL also posted a rough list of the bricks included for anyone interested Quite a few pieces there
  21. Awesome creation, so many details to fall in love with, well done.
  22. Well done, its amazing how just one piece can make a whole scene! Without the blue wizard hat, this MOC would not be as cool. Cheers
  23. Much clearer now, pictures paint a thousand words, especially if I didn't read that it was a straight copy of an existing structure as I tend to look at pics more than text. Yet again an amazing work of art. Well done, and props to stash for getting all the parts too.
  24. Hinck, I think you have done a great job on the design of the smart house The wood paneling is very appropriate and eye-catching. The futuristic windows and overhanging roof lines make a lot of sense in the design as well. From what I understand about 'Smart houses' they should make use of things like rainwater run off, and decreased heating/cooling due to better natural insulation etc. Perhaps some awnings would serve a useful purpose in this structure as well as guttering showing the water course to gardens (may be too clunky for this creation though) The garden grass/plants are great to illustrate sustainability too. The only thing that troubles me is the three stories worth of stairs to climb to reach the top of the house, brutal. PS, also a great idea to separate your websites
  25. Myer has buy 2 toys get third free, great for army builders out there! Offer runs to 29th of March
