  1. First off, not sure if this in the right place in this forum. But decided to make a topic about advice of the right parts to use to make up the characters from the R&C series (up to now), and wasn't sure if this has already been discussed on here before. Hence this topic being created. I also wondered if anyone, to start off with knows what parts to use for a custom Sigmund from R&C: A Crack In Time. Hope this can be used as some where to discuss and share/help in making of the custom Minifigs from both, the Ratchet & Clank Original and Future Series.
  2. How easy would it be to MOD 7659 to allow more minifigures?
  3. Can't wait to see the new EP7 sets, plus the Shuttle Tydirium set too.
  4. Been thinking about EP7, and not sure why I have changed my mind towards EP7, but in a way, can't wait. Perhaps the only thing at the moment (including PT/OT) that is keeping that Star Wars fan in me alive. And in fact, hope to see where this new era takes the fans.
  5. Tatooine themed sets: Tatooine Droid Workshop/Scrap Yard (OT/EP7) Tatooine Town scene (OT/ST) Space hangar bay - Cargo ship and crew (OT/ST)
  6. Can anyone, at all, make me Jak 2 custom torso decals? Thanks in advanced
  7. Does anyone know how I can make a custom Grand Admiral Thrawn from any suitable (as close as possible) Lego pieces? On another note, how much would 7283 as complete, but with no instructions or box be worth these days?
  8. Reading through the recent comments on this topic, about the now defunct, but still existing old EU of Star Wars, can be imagined by the long fans of Star Wars, and doubt has done so since the creation of Star Wars since 76/77. There is just something about the entire Star Wars universe, no matter if the Legends EU or just the movies, that it brings the millions of fans together, and create a lot of things that can be shared of each indiviual own ideas of stories to coincide with the movies or the old or new EU.
  9. I've decided to part with a number of Lego Star Wars sets, mostly Prequel Trilogy of which follows. Lego Star Wars 7283: Ultimate Space Battle - complete with both Original minifigures, all of the ships (still unbuilt of one of the CIS vulture droid and CIS Tri-Droid fighter) but will make sure all parts are there. (no instruction manual books) (mostly complete) Lego Star Wars 7252: Droid Tri-Fighter Complete and with instrcution manual. (No Box) Complete Lego Star Wars 8036: Separatist Shuttle, with Nute Gunray (TCW), Battle Droid Pilot, 2x Battle Droids, Onaconda Farr, and with original instruction booklet. 100% complete Lego Star Wars 7184: Trade Federation MTT, with all 6 Battle Droids, plus 10 more, with original instruction manual (No Box) 99% complete Bunch of Phase 1 and 2 Clone Troopers from several older sets And a few Jedi minifigures If interested PM, and can negotiate price. UK only
  10. As myself haven't read the Thrawn Trilogy as of yet, but have heard quite a bit about it, on here and other places linked to Star Wars. Thought could be a starting point to the ST. I mean, only set a few years after the OT (might be illogical, especially since that most of OT cast is 30 years older), but they could bring in new characters, especially Thrawn etc to pose as the new threat to the galaxy, and possibly could span a decade or more afterwards (VIII and IX). But since then, especially since this new approach by Disney with the likes of TFA, Rebels, Rogue One etc, I just find it a tad too much to release in a short amount of time, which is the fad these days of movies etc. Sure to keep peoples appetite fresh with new releases, but with Star Wars though, can't see it myself being a big 'hit' of releasing new movies every two years as an example. I know I shouldn't jump to conclusions etc before even watching TFA, Rebels etc, but that is why I don't watch something 'new' these days when it doesn't get me excited to watch them in the first place.
  11. Lego Speeder Bike UCS from RoTJ - 1x Scout Trooper, plus stand, and info board
  12. Seeing the new Star Wars Universe timeline recently, and I can say, in my personal opinion, that it doesn't look that thrilling. I know that Disney is in control with Star Wars, and I know that they can do whatever they like, but surely that the old (still better in some way I think) Star Wars Universe wasn't all that bad, was it? Especially the period inbetween III and IV, or before TPM, like KoTOR etc, or after VI with the Jedi Knight series. Some might agree, and some might disagree, but with most of that content now out of the window, I'm just not sure that it will excite or inspire as many Star Wars fans of now than before.
  13. The more I look at Shuttle Tydirium, the more I get in a ROTJ crave mood.
  14. Liking the new pics. Have to say that 75094 looks more and more better, plus the EP1 sets, 75106 and 75093, and the R3 astromech in 75106 too. I do hope that 75096 Sith Inflitrator rumor is true though.
  15. Does anyone know how I can find the right parts needed (or at least near accurate) for a Senator Palpatine from TPM? Thanks in advanced
  16. SOLD
  17. I'm starting to like Rebels a bit more now, the more I look at the clips from behind the scenes. I still prefer TCW more though than Rebels, but perhaps its maybe getting used to this new era of Star Wars. Like some have mentioned on here, its not the best cartoon as such, but no where near the worst, and the sets that are linked to the series are starting to grow on me more.
  18. I'm liking the look of 75106. Especially the mini Tie Fighters that come with the set.
  19. 4494 Mini Imperial Shuttle 3219 x2 Tie Fighter
  20. Thanks again for the replies about 7672. Has made me finally decide to get the set after reading the replies.
  21. Thanks for your reply. Was thinking about what you have mentioned about the set, and whether or not after 7 years if I should get the set, which I might anyway. Thanks again
  22. Is Lego Star Wars set 7672, Rogue Shadow worth getting?
  23. Impressive custom minifigs. Simple parts, yet effective results to the minifigs representation of the characters from SW. Keep up with the good work.
  24. Updated
  25. I've decided to sell Lego Star Wars set 7662 2007 version of the MTT. Bought the set some time ago, but never really have built the set until now, but due to other commitments arising, haven't completed. The set is currently 99% complete which is as bought, apart from some parts to the Droideka. Complete with both Instruction booklets for the set, but no box. Happy to negotiate price of the set if anyone is interested. To add, if anyone is interested in the set, PM me, and I will try and complete the droideka to 100% before postage of set.
