MOC: Lancer Bike - Star Wars "Clone Wars"
AudiBobaR5-D2 replied to actionman's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I really like how it looks like something medieval mixed with something modern as star wars. Never seen the original Clone Wars seasons from 2003 to 05, but really interested in the MOC's based of the original series. Keep with the good work -

How rare is the Han solo yellow version with brown legs and the classic vest? Just was on my mind, especially trying to find one. -

I'm pretty excited to see the pics of 75079/80/81. Especially what the other unannounced sets are as well. I was hoping a few more PT sets before the ST in 2015/16. But there is still time yet to find out the other sets are. Is the SDCC later this month? -

Thanks Wasn't too sure. Just thought it was unique because of being an exclusive minifig. -
Now I don't know if this is in the right place to discuss this, but I was wondering what parts would be perfect make a custom Fallout 3 power armor custom minifigure. Been interested about this for some time, as well as playing the game some 6 years ago and wondered about trying to create a minifig of this armor from the game. Now plans are to paint the minifig in gunmetal grey, but not too sure of what parts would be the part of this complex custom. Thanks

What shade of green does R2-A5 from 75059 have? As I have been thinking to myself of creating a custom R5 series astromech (white & green) but have no clue what shade of green to use that R2-A5 has. -

LEGO Star Wars 2014 Pictures and Rumors
AudiBobaR5-D2 replied to Erdbeereis's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I don't think it is myself, but was just wondering the price per brick compared to 7184 and 7662. Still a possiblity though. Might wait -
Agreed with dust and sunlight being an enemy to lego. I would recommend, even though I haven't tried this yet, but perhaps use a soft brush to avoid scratches when dusting. And in terms of cleaning, like others have mentioned so far, use soapy warm water would be the best bet compared to using chemicals to restore the color of the Lego. Was going to mention about covering them, but that won't help the viewing of the Lego on the shelf.

£89.99 for the MTT at S@H. Tempted, but not definite. Is that reasonable for a set of that size? Or too much? -
I really like the Steampunk vibe in the B Wing. The amount of extra detail shown by the Steampunk design and of the simplier times that the Steampunk genre gives as a whole. Good Luck in the FBTB SteamWars competition, and a possible winner.

Hopefully there is some news about 75057 and 75060. Can't wait to see what TLG has for 75057, and same with the official UCS slave 1 75060. -

I hope that there are some PT/TCW sets in the next wave, especially since that the ST/Rebels/OT are going to be the main focus in the summer 2015 wave onwards, plus like many have mentioned with the stand alone films inbetween 7/8/9 on the horizon. To be honest I'm not really looking forward to summer 2015 onwards. Also, when does TLG announce the winter wave? -
I'm looking for the original Lego Star Wars 7184 MTT from 2000. Either complete with the original box or without, and happy to negiotate if anyone is willing to part with. In the UK only. Thanks

Not too sure if this the right place to ask this. Does anyone know where I could find 7283 instructions or instructions for the older type (7256/7283) vulture droids. -
Now that I have read this MTT review, I'm more interested in getting the set when it releases later this month or early next month (or whenever it does). Missed out on 7184, and especially 7662 with it's ever high prices. The lack of high number droids don't really bother me, but whatever the final price is of 75058 will no doubt I think be reasonable. Great review

REVIEW: 7150 TIE Fighter and Y-Wing
AudiBobaR5-D2 replied to ZeldaTheSwordsman's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Looking at one of the earliest Star Wars sets from 1999, it does rather have a basic construction, a sturdy construction. Might not be a detail set like its successors, but still no doubt something to add to a LSW collection.- 9 replies
