  3. Mine are based on before the Fellowship hits Lorien, since they all basically look the same cloak-wise afterwards: Aragorn: a dark green-black one would be best; it would be even better if TLG had modeled the Weathertop minifigure after his Strider outfit, but nothing that can be changed there. Legolas: whatever he wore in the 1st movie (brown?) Eomer: the green cloak looks good on him, but for movie accuracy the minifigure should've been bare-backed. Pippin: I don't mind the one that came with him, since red would've clashed a little with the outfit. Gimli: dark blue.

    Canadian Eh?

Basically; Yorkdale, Sherway Gardens, Fairview, and the Discovery Center out in Vaughan Mills. Pretty justifiable considering Toronto's population.
  5. Happy Mother's Day!

  6. Great band.

  8. Not ridiculously big news, but film sites are apparently to be in the UK. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-22491025
  9. Watched Iron Man 3last night, good movie overall:

  12. Well last year they were in late December around the same time when the first movie was released, so I'd expect about the same this year for DoS (also a December release date if I'm right).

  14. In other words, they have no idea what they're doing. Spectacular.

  17. Welcome to Eurobricks, looking forward to seeing your MOC's!
  18. During Boxing Day I decided to get Mirkwood Spiders instead of waiting maybe another week to save up and get Attack of the Wargs; by in large the latter still seems to be the better set. That's probably the most recent 'regretful' decision I've made, since I'm still reasonably satisfied with the Mirkwood set.
  19. Welcome to Eurobricks; you should definitely post some of your MOC's on the forums sometime.
  20. If it were my guess for polybags, I'd roll with a Mordor Orc and an Army of the Dead minifigure; a possible 3rd could be a Ranger of Ithilien dressed in something similar to the Mirkwood Elf Guard. Nothing else prominent really comes to my head.
  21. Assuming this is true, maybe he was such a minor detail in Origins that Fox was like 'w/e, Disney can have him'? Hopefully it's a cluing to a potential universe-linking between The Avengers and whatever happens in DOFP. EDIT: Sorry, accidentally wrote DOTP.
  22. Apollo 13; great classic. Planning to have a get-together this Friday to see IM3 after school. It's actually hard to avoid reading the spoilers...
  23. More than once, and I suppose my answer is pretty similar to everyone else's - nostalgia. The fact I was introduced to it around 5, which is about as far as my memory goes, kind of reinforces that nostalgia. Playing with Lego has always been a good way for me to spend free time when I'm not gaming or watching TV; it's a great hobby overall, and that's basically how I feel.
