  1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EgQYveThqwI Can't wait till Saturday.
  2. Assuming you're basing it off the little we saw of it from the 1st movie, a detailed Prancing Pony, some crafting buildings, and maybe some stables as well for the horses and carts.
  3. Gotcha, thanks. :)
  4. Costs aside, would I be better off getting Captain America's Avenging Cycle or Loki's Cosmic Cube Escape?
  5. An ARC-170 fighter I got and built back in February. Since then I've accumulated a few more Star Wars sets which I'll post later as well once I've found copies of them...
  6. This is probably the movie I'm most excited for this year, other than the Avengers of course. Anne Hathaway looks awesome as Catwoman, and it'd be interesting to see how Christopher Nolan is gonna wrap up his trilogy, which is by far superior to Joel Schumacher's series in my opinion. Anyone else?
  7. The 9488 Elite Clone Trooper, etc. Battlepack. Definitely worth the money, in my opinion, with the detailed minifigures and all
  8. Classic Pirates hands down, mainly cause of the soldier minifigures. In this case, originality > licensed theme.
  9. It's probably your Internet connection, then; happens to me sometimes when my router gets wacky. Are you using wireless or LAN?
  10. So with all the new LOTR sets coming out I wondered if anybody else here played the online MMO ran by Turbine. If you haven't I encourage you to try it out; it's free and has a lot of good stuff in it. :) I started in October 2010 and have a level 62 Dwarf Champion on the Crickhollow server.
  11. When I was 7, my parents got me the PC game Lego Creator Knights' Kingdom, and one of the main minifigs in it was named King Leo. Around 8 years old, I tried to use the name Leo to sign up for Runescape, but it was already taken so I used Leo604. A few years ago, my friend made a little Sims thing where one of the characters based off of me was named Leo Crimson, and I just used that from then on.
  12. Trailer music to Captain America.
  13. Occasionally, if I'm passing by a Walmart or another retail/toy store and have some spare change, I'll buy one of the smaller 10-20 sets and then build it in secret (sets 4427 and 9488 were the most recent ones, I think). Parents usually don't notice; they think Lego's a much better hobby than constant gaming anyways.
  14. The top ones I'd really hope for are the Battle of the Pelennor Fields (Minas Tirith), Osgiliath, and the Battle of Five Armies from The Hobbit.
  15. Darth Vader, the new ARC Trooper, and the Clone Wars version of Anakin Skywalker.
  16. Commander Bly, just cause his armour looks really cool.
  17. Gandalf Arrives and 9488 for my brother, as it was his birthday.
  18. The Incredible Hulk, borrowed from the public library. Edward Norton was good, but I still kinda prefer Mark Ruffalo.
  19. 1. I'd ask him where in the name of Elrond he came up with all the amazing LOTR ideas. 2. Show him the Lego LOTR collection and see which one was his favourite.
  20. Hey there; big Lego fan joining the Eurobricks forums! :D As far as I can remember, my first Lego set was probably the 6470 Mini Dump Truck, which I actually found intact in one of my Lego boxes a couple months ago (good memories); I'm not too old, so I never really experienced the stuff of the 20th Century. After that, my grandparents introduced me to Lego Star Wars with the original Sith Infiltrator and Anakin's Podracer set. Unfortunately, I've lost the hood and lightsaber of Darth Maul, so that kinda sucks. When I was about 7, I got into Bionicle after a Christmas party at my dad's old work company where I got the original Tahu and Gali; still have both of those. Asides from Lego, I'm a huge fan of Halo, Zelda, and LOTR, so I was really excited when those sets came out. Went and bought Uruk-hai Army from Walmart last week, and it was pretty cool. So yeah, there's a quick intro on me.
