And thirdly, I saw Star Trek last night. It was pretty awesome, with a ton of loud explosions and that cool warp speed path; haven't seen Wrath of Khan or the old school stuff so I wasn't too familiar with his backstory there. Still can't decide whether it's better than '09 or not but Benedict Cumberbatch's acting was ridiculously good.

Is there a way to see if my 2-year subscription to the magazine is up? It's just that I saw some talk about the May-June issue in the Historic forum and I haven't received it yet. If so, I can just renew but I just wanna make sure I don't end up getting double copies.

Seconded; Cavalry Builder has a ton of minifigures and accessories, like you pointed out. I wouldn't be too worried with not knowing anything about The Lone Ranger, the pieces can be reused for a lot of other things too. Gandalf vs. Saruman is good just cause LOTR.
