  1. High concentrations of melanin are what causes freckles to form. It's somewhat uncommon, but absolutely possible for adults to get them, especially those with light, fair skin. While we're on the subject, moles also form with age (Nya), and open wounds (Cole's scar) can heal over time. Lloyd's eyes can simply be due to the fact he's the chosen one, the Green Ninja, as his powers continue to manifest. Longer hair (literally everyone but Zane) also happens with age, too. They also, don't necessarily have to look legitimately "old" to show the progression of time. Also, source for Samurai X info, please. Found them. Instagram is way too difficult to wade through.
  2. Maybe that’s just it. What if SoG aren’t the ultimate villains of this wave. I mean, technically the Sky Pirates defected at the end when Nadakhan (who was a villain that accomplished his goal to a point) had no use for them. It’s certainly not unheard of in this series.
  3. Literally the latter half of the Transformers Movie franchise... Lest we forget they have 14 more movies on the way (a good portion of which are spin-offs). Though Paramount does like to jump the gun in hopes of getting a leg over Disney. The LEGO movies are kind of in their own realm of sorts.
  4. Reminder that designs from the movies and TV show will blend. Though I don't expect personalities to change, that head can be viewed as a snide expression. It's also preliminary, so they might have used a head that was lying around. It's Garmadon. The SoG logo doesn't have a white toothed smile, nor is the logo a 3D object/person. And if it's true that Garmadon is going to go from child to adult during SoG, in-process armor would make sense, though this armor looks damaged, so it might just be old, or perhaps battle damaged.
  5. Pretty sure that there are only a select amount of movies made in the US make it to China. EDIT: It's a limit of 34 movies for Hollywood. Come to think of it, TLNM has quite the group of international workers, so it might be clear of this issue.
  6. I mean, that's true. I more or less referred to the fact that LEGO had multiple Ideas projects denied, acquired the license, and didn't make any fully-fledged sets with the license. Though, to be honest, there's not too much outside of characters that LEGO can do. I've only played through the Sonic pack of those three, and the levels are vibrant, and wonderful, although finicky. Though, if you are a Sonic fan, it's an absolute must.
  7. Remember how I was saying that that the delay in releases and the lack of any future info were bad signs? I also remember being mocked for claiming that they suffer when the sets are discounted. Then there was the horrible marketing, the drop in quality, and then, of course the rumors about it being cancelled. “I told you so” has never felt so good. The only plus I can think of is the Sonic stuff. And, considering the fact his pack is one of the hardest to find of those still in production, I’m hoping LEGO has the license for the foreseeable future. Though, when it comes to licenses, I’m really bothered by the fact that the interest we LEGO fans very clearly showed for Portal on LEGO Ideas was wasted on Dimensions, will continue to bother me to no end.
  8. Although I loved seeing some Mandalore stuff, I have to agree with how predictable these first two episodes were. An odd, forced Kanera moment, but hey I'm content with the results of this episode Now it's out of the way, we can focus on the Rebels as a hole again.
  9. Now that I thing about it, we are talking about sets that were planned by the same people who planned the sets for TLNM... So clearly there's little consistency.
  10. They're all the movie versions in the spinners, suits and all. The only similarity is the fact that Lloyd also has a spinner in an SoG set. One that has a unique minifigure according to leaks, so...
  11. Though not a legitimate source, I will point out that KIMCartoon has just made the entire 4th Season available in English should anyone desire to watch it.
  12. They probably won't announce it at all. This way retailers won't have any justice for putting them on huge markdowns, and to maximize profit. They'll just rot until they're gone. It's pretty smart tactic to get cash, but a real drag for retailers. Toys R Us will mostly likely wisen up the situation and have them purged once the holiday season ends.
  13. Pretty sure that's the only reason, however... ...one could argue with this. So where in the world is everyone finding Nya, anyway?
  14. Most brick-and-mortar stores have been cutting their losses in Canada. I'm guessing these are being shipped back to the US, to be redistributed in a market that is guaranteed to deplete the stock completely. It sucks for those looking to purchase it after the fact, for certain. It's this uncertainty, and their overall clientele, that makes me hopeful that this bankruptcy plan of theirs isn't fruitful.
  15. We FINALLY have a perfect head for Stromlings from LEGO Universe! The newest image from our minifig leaker, shows the guy from the SoG trailer with his helmet up, and his head is just perfect!
  16. The retiring soon label is added to sets that don't sell too good in order to encourage people to buy them Now I'm not an internal source, sure, but when you consider all the other sets that have been listed as "Retiring Soon," both past and present, they haven't necessarily been the most well received.
  17. It's funny, because Brickheadz were supposed to be D2C exclusives. Now there's no store without them warming the shelves.
  18. That's the interesting tidbit... Perhaps they may CHIMA this and have everything wrapped up in May?
  19. Regarding Batman's vehicles, considering we're on the subject, there was a page in the Making of TLBM book that showed all of the smaller Bat-vehicles. All of them have, or are slated to release, with the lone exception of the Batcopter. It's odd because each of the vehicles are exactly as they appear in the sets (as stated in the section's description), so what about this Batcopter? Curious if there's one more retailer exclusive that'd include it, considering it's not in the retailer catalog.
  20. The hundred millions are final box office numbers. NINJAGO has been out for two weeks. And another thing!... Whenever someone will post in the future that this movie is flopping/being compared to the previous LEGO films, I will re-quote this until we all understand what's going on here.
  21. Sundays are when the next pack starts, and the previous pack (should they have leftovers/don't count on it) will be available to purchase by itself. Batman is week 2. CITY - week 3. CMFs - week 4. If you are planning to pick up the sets after they go available for sale, you are taking a very, very big risk at the rate some people have been reporting their stores have been selling out..
  22. It means that it will hit during sometime during December-January. Sometimes what may appear as a Winter wave, may release during that window in Europe, but not until Spring in the US. This happens a lot, and we aren't quite sure, where NEXO Knights lies. All we know is that the NINJAGO Movie sets will be out in December.
  23. Minimum purchase of $50. Apparently that's consistent across all Bricktober sets for the month.
  24. They're uninformed. It starts today. I picked up my minifigs, and apparently Batman is next week.
  25. The Train Ride and Town Square are available now ($10 a each). The 24 in 1 is with a $99 purchase through the first half of November, and the Nutcracker is with a $99 purchase over Brick Friday weekend. The tote bag is coming back that weekend too, with purchases of $199 or more.
