  1. Amazing bookshelf! But what is Lewisham doing? Whom is he writing to? Can we still count on the Count? Countless questions
  2. The small guy is the most dangerous of the bunch! Je regrette, mais I am not that pombe-guy. I can offer a strange but not a split personality I need to check out what he is doing to see how it relates to my stuff... Ok, I just checked and the stuff looks nice and funny. Different building style, however. He does not seem to get a lot of comments, that is a pity.
  3. "Nothing matches experience", says Colonel (Long Tall) Sully when he speaks about his Monomonto Arkebusier-platoon. His battle-hardened soldiers have long years of experience with their sophisticated weapons. Some say his men are old and forget to put on their boots in the morning, but, as Sully puts it "those critics are just envious".
  4. CAT1A entry for Eslandola: Cat 1B entry for Eslandola:
  5. Another unit under the Lotii flag was the 37th Long Pike Regiment, also known as "The Happy Bunch". Trained and led by their noble Captain ShooShooShoo - and aided by their famous Boom-Cannon - they were a force to be reckoned with. ShooShooShoo, being a nobleman, was enabled and destined by birth to lead his men into an early death battle. When it rained, his men occasionally cheered up while he did not.
  6. Nice scene. I bet he's going to start a fish restaurant soon
  7. Thanks Movies? What movies? I might include movie lines if you make me an offer I cannot refuse ...
  8. You are going digital? What will that mean for our next BrickMania? Will we all just set up large computer screens? Fine mill, still
  9. Great stuff ... but hang on, you are building for Oleon? A redcoat? I probably missed something
  10. Thanks a lot for your royalistic feedback!
  11. Fine creation. Thanks for sharing the painting that was the inspiration behind the MOC.
  12. Excellent layout, further improved by the lighting. Maybe I could try to tweak my Eldorado fort too ... but how?
  13. Fine creation. Roof is great and I like the colourful trees.
  14. Someday we will, we might... Get building!
  15. So they brew Bru Ha Ha? And it is a blueish liquid? How much is it then?
  16. I am wondering about those dialogues (and I am wondering about the spelling ) too. A movie with such lines would be absolutely strange, wouldn't it? "The King's wife" - we'll see what happens to them. The show must go on! Thanks for liking the red colour. It actually looks strange on the smartphone when I look at the scene, so it is not an effect of the "post production". How weird some people look? I thought you liked Lucy! Yepp. I agree. Let's do that!
  17. Well, the possibility of successfully finding all the references in my posts is approximately 3,720 to 1. I have the slight suspicion that the musical references I am using are too old! Queen was a huge British rock band of the 1970s and 1980s.
  18. Thanks. These cantinas seem to attract a strange crowd...
  19. Garmadon, Kai NRG and Captain Braunsfeld proudly present: Chapter 3: (This is chapter 2 where we left last time) While the Marquis was busily stowing away his newly-won riches (he always left a generous tip)… ... the King (well, Mr. Smith) quietly left the cantina. And while the bystanders were chatting about the Marquis' latest victory ... "When the Marquis had lost a fortune three months ago, he had merely shrugged it off and paid with three tulips. Now he is in luck again!" "Yeah, and now he's got gold. Those tulips aren't worth much anymore. I heard that pumpkins are going to be the next big thing in the colonies." .... the the shady character, we had seen before, left the cantina soon after Mr. Smith. Unawareth (that is an old word, you might not know it) of these incidents, Lucy Diamond entered the cantina: Green Villain: I don't like you. Lucy (is speechless) Green Villain: You just watch yourself. I am a wanted man. I have the death sentence in twelve cities. Lucy: I'll be careful then. Green Villain: You'll be dead. ... meanwhile and somewhat fittingly "The King's Wife" just started their next song "Who wants to live forever?" Guard (drawing her pistol): This little one isn't worth the effort. BARTENDER: No pistols, no pistols! Guard: You want to go home and rethink your life. Green Villain: I want to go home and rethink my life. (leaves) Lucy (to the guard): Thank you! And just while Lucy and the guard were starting to talk, somebody else left the cantina. Lucy: If I may ask a question: if you were trying to leave the city in secrecy, who would be the guy to talk to? Guard: Well, certainly not that greenish guy. That is not the pirate you are looking for. Lucy: That is not the pirate I was looking for. Guard: Yes, but maybe you should talk to Captain Cookie. Lucy: Ok, I should talk to Captain Cookie. Where do I find him? Guard: Mr. Cookie has just left the building. Move along! (to be continued) The story so far: Chapter 1 Chapter 2 Chapter 3 (you are here) Chapter 4 And now a quick word about today's sponsor: This episode was brought to you by Captain Cookie's Pirate Training. Join today and get a free walk on the plank!
  20. I love that part It really is a pity that all those things were "lost" And that giant whale!
  21. Thanks, I don't mind if you read the story several times. Did you discover all the Queen-references? Captain Braunsfeld (is unimpressed)
  22. Thanks - just wait for the next part! You got it! I wonder why there were no other Star Wars comments...
