  1. An excellent MOC, well worth of winning the challenge!
  2. @Captain Braunsfeld has posted this interesting piece of architecture: The Cathedral of Pontelli. It seems that some finishing touches are still being applied. Check out this creation and more detail pictures in the Pirates Forum.
  3. Thanks. I need to mention that it was a collab with ArchitectureFan. He has an eye for those proportions.
  4. Thanks a lot! Merci! Thanks for the support! Very helpful. I need to build something in that way Or register something already posted. Thanks. "find the monkey" = that's the new clickbait! Thanks. I wanted to take it apart after BrickMania.... maybe I should wait A pleasure
  5. Interesting theories! Maybe that was too hard. The monkey is on the very left and working the middle-age-crane: Art & Culture - I think that is still missing in Pontelli On the left = yes, see above.
  6. Yepp, great ship indeed!
  7. Finally the last touches have been applied to the great Cathedral of Pontelli: A lot of work went into this building and you can still spot the craftsmen around the mighty cathedral. Making those coloured-glass windows is really difficult! And these guys are probably just practicing... While the architect is happy with his finished work. Amazing, how many strange details such a cathedral has... Careful when you carry that! On the right: Some gargoyles are obviously being re-invented. "Verputzen" - what is that in English? I am planning to license this in some way Did anybody spot the monkey?
  8. @Bregir presents us with an excellent view of his harbour - the buildings are great and the ship is also fine. This is a part of his storyline and you can check it out in the LEGO Pirates Forum.
  9. I don't know if I can make it this year. I like this challenge but currently I am busy with preparations for BrickMania Antwerp...
  10. This is something you have to see if you are interested in the pirate topic! The creator @Garmadon did not only succeed in building a fine pirate ship with custom sails and rigging - he also provided lighting and full interior! Check out the incredible details of his creation "The Buccaneer's Dread" here.
  11. Very fine scene - and the monkey is noted! But why are the pictures so dark? I took the liberty to modify the first one: That helped me a lot in seeing all the nice little details!
  12. Great idea for the roof - fine build and nice story.
  13. I happily accept that license.
  14. That is a nice and welcome surprise at the end of a working week!
  15. @Mister Phes This is a sure contender for next week's slot on the frontpage. @Garmadon Excellent ship. And I am very (positively) surprised to see all of that beautiful interior. And thanks for the fine video! And you have included at least two monkeys. That gives you some extra points !
  16. I think I've praised this already on a different platform - but still this is an excellent little castle. Everything a knight needs for the night.
  17. In Queenston some soldiers get equipped with fancy weaponry. Fine uniforms, you might say. But did you also notice the clever wall design and the green coral-pieces used as leaves for the trees? @evancelthas created this fine scene. 18. A great success for the Young Boys. But they still have to be in bed by 7.
  19. Lunchtime is nearing in the settlement of Arlinsport and the cook is quite determined to serve chicken today. So maybe the chickens should have run when there was still time... @Spud The Viking has presented us with this fine scene called "Arlinsport Factory" that also includes a mouse and some cheese. And did I mention the cannon? You can find this entry in the Brethren of the Brick Seas subforum.
  20. They have a price. And I have sold one in July I am happy to hear that. As the marquis has gained some abilities regarding animal control, he could easily have a flock of gwuinnees following him I had actually thought, you would say something about those red coats!
  21. Who needs a custom hull these day? Fine vessels can be built today using modern curved bricks. If this has made you curious, please feel free to stop by here to see more pictures of this fine creation by Brickland.
  22. Thanks. Fortunately/unfortunately this concludes the storyline about the Marquis. What do I do now? Thanks. Fortunately/unfortunately this concludes the storyline about the Marquis. What do I do now? Thanks. Fortunately/unfortunately this concludes the storyline about the Marquis. What do I do now?
  23. Great diorama. And I like the fact that you gave them all yellow hands and faces!
