  1. I personally like it for humor, I am fairly open minded when it comes to sets, personally I do not like Bionical, but can respect some creations that the fans make with the pieces. Same goes with Fabuland. I actually thought it was duplo... just don't tell any one. Other than that, Fabuland deserves the same amount of respect as say pirates ot castle. Just because of our personal taste, we should not slam it for being "enter comment here". I feel we are treading a thin line here. Be careful what you say, those that love it might get offended. That is not something we want on this web site as for it being retarded, nothing is genius with out a mix of crazy. What other theme can you buy a set with a dog and fire hydrant, all they needed to do was add a bit of dog wee and it would have been a top seller! Regards, Cpt. PB
  2. So is there any TLAPD stories to share? My girlfriend and I went out for some tea. That was about it. But I did wear a bandana! Regards, Cpt. PB
  3. I think I know his secret little plan. I dare not speak it here, I might get hung! Regards, Cpt. PB
  4. WOW. Can not wait to see what we are expected to create to get these great prizes! Can any body enter, or are new joiners (after start date) able to compete as well? Regards, Cpt. PB
  5. It would appear you bated someone very powerful Great work again Hinckley, the first picture is great with the moon behind the clouds! Good plot movement and interesting clues, criptic just enough to elude my logic of who to trust and who not to trust. Keep it up all! I look forward to Whitefangs input. Regards, Cpt. PB
  6. Hmm, yup thats how I like my dark eldar... Toasted ah the glorious buzz of a chain saw ripping though Alien flesh -I just hope I get to burn the witches! (being a Black Templar collector!) Love that trailer! Although I am rather confident in saying the Marines should have kicked a little easier than that! And it looks like that chaos outbreak has been squished. Long live the empire. Tyranids, however, this could cause a head ache or two. Regards, Cpt. PB
  7. Oh my... um wow, what happened! I just followed the link thinking it was a joke! Self incrimination station... sounds serious. All I did was look up mini fig heads on Google and deap link. Oh well looks like I am going to go Incriminate my self. It was the same head as VBBN's. Regards the internal self-incriminating Cpt. PB
  8. A belated Welcome to you. I still have not post my Hi here so don't think your late Could you tell us what your favourite theme is? It would be great if Lego produced some BMX sets! I could see a track with a few bikes selling well! Regards, Cpt. PB
  9. I have seen your creation in the pirates forum! Great techniques that you use. I would love to be able to create things as beautifully as you do. Welcome to the site, I hope to see more Pirate creations from you in the future! Regards Cpt. PB
  10. Welcome to the site! What faction with in city do you like most? like fire, police, shops etc. Have you made any films we could see? Regards Cpt. PB
  11. So in your opinion the listing is from a fan of his work? I hope this is true, I have always hoped he would grow and expand upon his collection. Maybe his collection was stolen and he doesn't know yet Regards, Cpt. PB
  12. I can see this just sitting on my desk while I study, Needing a break I look across at this tranquil scene and I am ready to work again. First MOC that has placed me in my own house admiring the creation. Very well done. I like the flags as water, I think it works well. Regards Cpt. PB
  13. The movie was above average, it however when compared to all the other Star Wars movies was not on its usual standard. Plot and action all very predictable, mind you they had very strict guides and story to follow. The "youngling" was an obvious attempt to get the female fans interested in the series. All said and done, I found it entertaining with a few "cool" moments but walking out of the cinema, I could not help but feel I had just watched a collection of videos from a computer game. As for the Lego, very nice but too expensive (above average), perhaps I would buy them on sale. Regards Cpt. PB
  14. Perhaps he prefers to have a big budget to build an all new army, of the new double side printed torso soldiers I can not understand any other reason, if he needs money surely he would let something else go first. I hope he is doing it to expand rather than other money needs Regards Cpt. PB
  15. Hi, all welcome to PCSI (pirate crime scene investigation) This is where it all went wrong, The Pirates saw the tree, growing in the sea, decided to investigate just how it could be. Only to realize it is high tide on the island, unable to foresee. consequently the boat just rammed into it and sunk, lost for all eternity! Well thats what I make of it any way. Regards Cpt. PB
  16. Argh, The day be today, Talk like a pirate Day, tis up'n us. Blast th' Cannon' in-a volly for celebrat'n this gran' day' Regards, Cap'n PB
  17. I am lucky enough to live in Adelaide, perhaps we could use this as a topic to share all our Lego contacts? I will start the sharing, As I live in the South, I am not near this wonderful shop in the photo posted above. I am planning a trip up there soon. (for those that know Adelaide, I live near Marion, the shop is near tea tree plaza ) Any way back on topic. There is a guy called Greg H, he has a store on Goodwood road, just south of the show grounds, Galaxy Collectables or something like it. Just say the guy who brought him tissues sent you At the port markets there is a stall, a Lego stall, h has a online store, you can buy and then pick up on the Sunday, no postage! That so far are my best to finds, however the gu under the kiln at the brick works market can be good for a deal. Regards, Cpt. PB

  25. I believe most of what your looking for is Han Solo fig... By what I have heard, the face can be tiresome to come by unless your able to pay high shipping cost for a head from bricklink. Hope that helps! As for the whacking tool, just use your imagination, and the hat, bricklink away! As for numbers of he pieces, someone else will need to help! Regards, Cpt. PB
