  1. You know, I kind of wonder if people have just tried taking an assembled Vader with them, and holding it up to declare victory while scooping the given Vader parts into their pocket... (Yes, I know that qualifies as cheating and stealing. Just one of those random "What if..." moments.)
  2. Which is good, because at that time, I only had one Tusken. And he didn't even have a face.
  3. Unless there is some sort of other limited edition Vader currently on the market.
  4. No, not 'busy'. Even though it's just Georgia in between us, he just got his Yesterday, I think. This may be a while.
  5. Update/Bump. Just got up some pictures of several minifigs and parts I have for trade in This Brickshelf gallery.
  6. +1 for JCC1004. Good trade, fast shipping. Does that mean yours is shipped out yet?
  7. If it really was the Red Bull Racer, I would laugh. No, not because I'm mean or anything, but because I don't absolutely have to buy it, like my life depends on it or something. And what set pictures are you talking about? Prelims for later this year or next year?
  8. Yes, that Gungan and KimT were my inspiration. The water took me a little while to think of, but I feel like it looks pretty good. Thanks, and suprisingly, not for Tuskens.
  9. I wish they would make an almost completely minifigure chess set. (Yes, I play chess. I'm a nerd, I know. ) As far as costs, I think they could pull it off, providing it was an exclusive or something like that. With the Death Star II, the new Dropship and AT-OT, and especially the UCS Falcon, I don't think costs to them would really be that much of an issue. If they made one though, I would kind of want one side to be OT, and the other side PT.
  10. So, obviously enough, this is my first MOC for Eurobricks. The title of "Celebration Day" I felt was very deserving, for obvious reasons. Basically this is celebrating both my getting 500 posts (though a little late), and the day Jar Jar was kicked out of Otah Gunga, or whatever that place was called. So, here it is. A basic front view. Looking at the vig head-on. From the back. And a basic top view. Comments and criticism welcome. (P.S. I don't know how to resize pictures, so KimT please tell me if they are too big, or if they are fine.
  11. How much was he selling them for? By the time I figured out the design was Arealight's, he had quit selling them already.
  12. A while back, I had asked Arealight if he would ever start selling the scooter again. He said he was working on a better way to mould/cast them, so maybe this is what he was talking about... I am also excited about these new products. And although $6.00 sounds a little expensive for the scooter, I personally think it is worth it. I just wouldn't buy as many...
  13. It looks great, but I just think the front wheels should be moved further forward to represent where the axle was on the real car. Also, if the wheels were moved forward, the front ''fenders'' would then need to be moved upward some, while keeping the same distance between the rubber of the wheels and the fender well. If that doesn't make sense, I could explain in simpler terms. EDIT: From looking at it again, the front isn't really too pointy. It just needs the big rounded fenders to make up for it.
  14. And Mutt was left-handed in KOTCS.
  15. Chrome-coat a plain minifig, keep fleshie hands on it (why, Lego?), put it on a regular Lego keychain, and use Photoshop to make the background entirely white, and add in the shadow. Not as hard as it sounds. And with the right technology and equipment, a very good fake could be made. NOTE: This is just a statement, I do not do any of these things, I just know how to. Don't ask.
  16. [cough] Or both. [/cough] I get that a lot. (The whole OCD/Perfectionist deal) And obviously enough, I voted yes.
  17. No, not yet. I hope everything's alright.
  18. Really? I have This barding, and it has almost perfectly aligned printing...
  19. All of these are the main expensive ones, right? Chrome Gold C-3PO Greedo Cloud City Boba Fett Cloud City Lando Watto Jango Fett Maersk Construction Worker I know there are more, but I can't really think of them off the top of my head.
  20. Shadows, if you don't want that Watto, I do. I'm pretty sure you want it anyway, but I would like to be sure.
  21. And Watto. I'm proud to say that I have Greedo, (did have two, now only one) Watto, and I'm about to buy an entire Cloud City set from a friend of mine, who is the one I traded my other Greedo to, and he also has a Watto. Luckily, he wants to sell his whole collection, mainly SW, and I'm in the market.
  22. Well, at least they won't feel left out, as there are a few more losers in my collection.
  23. So Leia basically had a little more cleavage showing, a necklace, and a different hairstyle.
  24. Sorry. (I was actually going to post my question anyway, and you just reminded me to do it.)
  25. I know, I know. At least you didn't put Marion and Willie there. Anyway, wasn't Han wearing his regular vest, but just with a ribbon on it? And what was Leia wearing?
