  1. Just wondering, because my only fig, the aforementioned Walrus, has a rather stiff neck joint, which is still in his head, which right now is on the opposite side of my house compared to the rest of the fig.
  2. Sounds interesting.
  3. Don't know. Sounds good. Head---Is there some (easy?) way to remove the ball joint, if it is seperate from the body, but still in the head? Legs----The different coloring of the axle pins compared to torsos caught my eye, but I just hope I can get that done without messing up the torsos. Thanks. As far as being nice, I guess giving him a Brickforge microphone and making him sing the Beatles's would be kind of mean, huh?
  4. Finally, after drooling over several Fabuland minifigs I have wanted for some time, I just got my very first Fabuland 'minifig.' I have seen a bunch of Hinckley's MOCs, which are all very good, and it looks like some of the body parts are mixed about. I have now been wondering, though, can you take them apart? If so, how? Probably dumb questions, but nevertheless, I ask them anyway. Since I only have one Fabuland fig so far, I don't want to end up breaking it by trying to take it apart.
  5. Back in 2006, when I went to the Florida store (Orlando), I built a full yellow Leia, although they didn't have the right head. They had a bunch of old Dr. Kilroy torsos/heads, way too many yellow Leias and spring legs, and some boring town stuff. When I got to the counter, the cashier, who I think may have been recently hired, thought I didn't have enough accessories. So, it supprised the crap out of me when she pulled out a big bucket of relatively old accessories, and let me take 4 about more. I would have stood there for an hour digging through the bucket, had there not been a long line of people behind me. She may have just been in a 'giving' mood that day, but I guess that doesn't really matter that much.
  6. Good point, even though I don't really like Agents that much. Most of the sets are well designed, but I think of it as more of a 'parts theme,' that I just buy for the parts. And, at my own risk, I voted that I honestly think Fabuland is better.
  7. 1.) Maybe because of the Geonosis boxart, and the CW not yet taking place on Geonosis. 2.)He might happen to be an OT fan, for one, or he could be tired of being bugged on the face picture deal.
  8. Technically, that would fall under 'spelling,' rather than grammar. Some of us didn't necessarily assume the RBR would be shown, but were just desperately hoping it would be shown. I especially hate when people start assuming things around my house, and then neither of us have any idea what the other is talking about....I need to shut up now.
  9. It might come free with "select orders of $XX.XX or more." Or maybe even free with any order on a specific day...
  10. Even if it is a magnet, I would still prefer that entire minifig being chromed, because this looks pretty crappy with white areas left unchromed. Perfect for a Death Star Disco MOC.
  11. You know, that really would not suprise me at all if they did that. I just hope that not everybody's camera batterries have died by then... No offense, but why are you always so negative? You can't confirm that your statement is true. No need to get your hopes up. I personally don't care if there is a fake one, I just want to see one.
  12. Maybe it has something to to with his pink crew. Good point, seeing as how most damaged vehicles just blow up in space. Still, a nice idea, nevertheless. Actually, that's a good idea...
  13. I think the non-Batman gun is a hard plastic, as to where the Batman Tommy gun was a softer plastic.
  14. Lego might only plan on selling the keychain for a limited time, which could be in the near future?
  15. And using the zoom, you can clearly see that it has fleshie hands.
  16. +1 for ImperialShadows Got everything in today, was amazed at the quality of the bricks. (They were all in really good condition) One thing though---When he says he's notorious for reusing envelopes, he's not joking.
  17. It does help.
  18. Way to go Shadows. [Even though I also laughed. ] Such a nice person...
  19. Makes sense. Where did the Clone come from? Now you're just confusing the crap out of me...
  20. KimT got there first.
  21. Thanks. Actually a sort of funny story about the face....A while ago, one of my friends had given me just a Tusken torso, no arms, hands, hips, ligs, or head. Using parts I already had, I just built the Tusken from scratch, but I only had extra plain tan heads leftover from a Bricklink order. So, he still has one of those plain heads, until ImperialShadows can mail me his parts for a recent trade. As for the water, that is a bunch of Trans-Blue bricks on a black plate Like This one, so as some bricks can be connected to the plate upside-down. Where the Gungan soldier is standing, there is a 1x1 hole, and his foot is connected to one of These pins that is sticking through the bottom of the grill piece.
  22. I wish I would not have massacred that cape to make a Boba Fett shoulder pad. Although it did come out really nice.
  23. If I didn't live on the other side of the country, I would have loved to go fill out an application, and at least try for a job. Unfortunately, though, South Carolina is just too far away.
  24. I thought they were actually supposed to display a preliminary model of the Red Bull Racer Rebel Blockade Runner at Brickworld? Isn't that what they did with the Death Star II? They might have a list of next year's sets there, or something like that. Hopefully.
  25. Unless you supposedly ''built him under the table.'' Or point to the sky behind him, and yell "Hey, look! A distraction!" Anyway, this is getting rather off-topic, though I can't think of anything to say that would be on-topic.
