  1. As sets, they sort of suck. For a collector like myself, I would love to buy them to keep them MISB.
  2. Now that I think about it...Nothing. I just like to own stuff, and keep the government's nose out of my business.
  3. Wow, that really sucks that I would have to install software to watch those. Really need a new computer...
  4. As soon as I read that, a Ghostbusters commercial came on my TV with Slimer talking about something. Perfect timing. Anyway, this game is more than likely going to suck, if it is only for Nintendo.
  5. Go away. Good point. Oh, and by the way, I would be one of those bystanders watching John on that sad, December 8th, 1980 day. Because the ''Telekinetic Walrus'' just told us it's not possible. EDIT: Finally! I just realized I caught the NeoWalrus making a reference to the Original Walrus! (John Lennon) Sorry for all the names, Siegfried. Couldn't help myself.
  6. Would it make me weird if I raised my hand or said I could probably not care less on a daily basis? No. This is why you keep your lips really dry when you sleep: So they are stuck together and not even the smallest critter can get in. Me, I'm not afraid of much, but these count: 1--Being in Homosexual's houses. Seriously, not prejudice, they just freak me out. 2--Communism. 3--Making important decisions, because I am really indecisive. 4--Temptation to do stupid things. 5--Getting trapped under ice in a frozen lake. Can't really think of anything else, I've mostly seen it all. Been there, more than likely done that.
  7. I always wanted to do that. Hey! Hotwheels rock, or at least vintage ones do.With me, well... I used to love running down hills, for who knows what reason. Many big scars later, I now choose to walk on flat ground. Need I say more? EDIT: The hills were all so steep, you couldn't stand straight up if your life depended on it.
  8. This is already in the 2009 Sets and Rumors Topic. Close please.
  9. I agree with you! I think his legs are light bley in the picture of the cockpit, so that might be a temporary thing for that picture individually. And did Leia get a new torso? How do I put this...She looks...sort of oddly shaped on her frontside.
  10. To make that perfectly clear, all of those plates were actually leftover. I guess the factory dumped two loads in one box, which was mine. I said extra pieces that should not be there. Those are intended, and come with almost every set. It would have to be a Harry Potter set... Then start saving. Normally they are just twice the amount of a part that is in the set. That's a little rarer.
  11. It would be terrible if the set was awesome and us 'Easterners' on the other coast can't buy it.
  12. Nobody has any Fabuland at all? Even if it does not fall under one of the listed categories, I might want it.
  13. But Will was working on a prototype of a Brodie helmet like that, right?
  14. I was just curious about some very odd things with my sets. My UCS Falcon, for example, came with 24 "Wedge, Plates, 4x2 Right" and 22 of the Left matching plate. (I would put a link to Bricklink, but it keeps freezing up my computer) Also, my Chauchilla Cemetary came with 3 1x1 Dark bley tiles, which are not even used in the set. There are several other cases like this with my 'collection,' but I can only think of these right now. And yes, I built them perfectly. The pieces should not be there at all. Has this happened to anybody else?
  15. I wanted to know what happened to the clay figs after Lego was done with them.
  16. The Trooper, by Iron Maiden. Next it's The Number Of The Beast. I personally love the video for Enter Sandman. This one.
  17. I already did, before you even suggested it, so I lay claim to any Fabuland for trade in the USA. (Sorry for being Off-Topic) And featuring our favorite Walrus local to Eurobricks! I wonder what they did with those clay figs...
  18. Free beer? Wow. And you don't have to spend your hard-earned money for your hobby, so you can use it for whatever else. Or, if you don't want the set, you could probably part it out and sell it.
  19. 30% Minifigure parts, especially Space Police, fedoras, etc. 25% Minifig Accessories 20% Animals 5% Animal Accessories 20% Vehicle parts, Example: Front Grille, Chrome exhaust pipes, 1-Piece full Vehicle Interior But then they would not be rare, now would they?
  20. Sounds good. Oh. I've heard a few of my friends say that, but thought they just made it up. Maybe they are expecting more ''Collector'' type poeple to buy it, who sit it on a shelf to stare at. Lucky... (Wishing I had your job)
  21. 1st Pic----Would be awesome, had it not been for there being a head on the minifig closest to the camera. 2nd Pic----Great close up. 3rd Pic----Lots of veteran respect, rather symbolic picture.
  22. Unless you personally picked up one of those sets and looked it over, with good eyesight, and recognized them to be ESB, then you don't know that's what episode they are from. Period. So unless you are willing to give some high resolution proof they are ESB, then please do not assume things and get mad at others for doing the exact same.
  23. I was in the middle of a trade, including Jar-Jar, and we were about to send each other our addresses, and I haven't really heard from him since. If he still wants to trade with me, the Jar-Jar is mine!
  24. I collect vintage Redline Hotwheels, but that probably should not be discussed here. So we're not even allowed to discuss non-Lego things in PMs, as far as trading?
  25. Thanks. I looked in the index, but didn't see it.
