A nice MOC, and great addition to the 'Alphabet Project.' One question though: If you look at it at an angle, do you get confused into thinking this is the Z-Wing?

Can you say.....D-Day? Obviously. But anyway, I have to agree with SWMan here, the blurriness does take away from the MOC. And Legolas, it might be that the ads are there because of where he uploaded the pics from. (?)

So, other than Oxford, Best-Lock, and formerly Brickarms, is there anywhere or anybody in the US that somebody could buy those helmets from?

Now that's just mean.....Although he actually doesn't have any color in his eyes..... I'm sorry if this has been known, but I think the left-looking eyes on clones might be normal. I just bought Four more Clone Battle packs, and there was one left-looking head in each pack. Just seems too perfect... Also, one of the Clone Gunners had the gray stripes on his helmet too low, but I am not sure it is worth taking pictures of. Also sorry to 'dig up' this thread after a month.

Who is this Damien? Does he design the figs for Brickarms? Because, as stated elsewhere, I am Damian, with an 'A,' rather than an 'E.' I especially love this fig in the quote, and plan to buy a bunch of them from Brickarms as soon as they are restocked on everything. Great job Thrash, they all look accurate, and well executed.

Misprints' value is usually, or in most cases, not very high to anybody other than the diehard collector / completist. It all depends on what people are willing to pay.

So did I!! (Seriously, though. I would mentally create Pros and Cons lists for each) I, since about two years ago, have started keeping one box for every set I get, just because I can. Old boxes, like the Watto's Junkyard box, for example, I keep because I do really consider them works of art. They are old and often worn, but the pictures, setup, and design of the box(es) are just beautiful. Creator and Brick bucket boxes are, well......85% of the time.....Crap. Unless it's like the Podrace Bucket, etc.

It's 'old' as in the 1970's. I was expecting Old as in the 1930's, but it is still a nice MOC.

I think he mean't Y-Wing, as the 'T' is beside the 'Y' on keyboards. (or at least on mine) And he probably mean't the new Vader's TIE with the Death Star Darth Vader fig and metallic lightsaber. I guess that is 8017, I don't feel like getting up to dig through instruction manuals to find out.

Looking very good so far. The only thing I would reccomend for now is a few pieces of Dark Red greebling on the top part of the ramp, when it is folded up. (The section with the two guns on it)

Watches and clocks are an exception. I mean't like promotional minifigs and such. That is pretty much what I was saying earlier, in the second part of your post.

Interesting. I would have held the camera down and attached the torso to a brick to try for a still picture though. Also, if you could do this with three pictures at once, try putting a ghost minifig in the background of the 2nd picture, and see how that 'effect' would come out.

Looks like I am only wasting money by buying sets in hopes of finding a Vader. (Off to Bricklink) Seriously though. An AAT, six Clone battle packs, a Vader's TIE Advanced, etc. and still no hope at all for the dad in black.

Okay, I apparently didn't fully understand that bit in the other thread. I do very much like the AT-TE more than the AT-OT. If, by chance, I were to buy the AT-OT, it would be the first thing I would do to mod the back ramp so that it is near perfect. Also, I know it is off topic, but what if a droid tosses a thermal detonator into the AT-OT? Do the clones die? Is there some sort of force field there?

I know it's not adventure, but it is technically part of history. I just keep (mentally) hearing this old radio broadcast of some panicing guy announcing MLK. Jr.'s death, if I'm not crazy and you actually know what I am talking about. In a different context, yes. Because, in this case, we all know he is dead. It's the crazy people announcing they just had a conversation with him that draw your attention.... ....a one-way conversation....

I would declare that a misprint on your part, because neither of mine show any sign of a tie. Mayne the printing machine had leftover ink on it from a previous print?
